Leanne listed our 40 powerboat right before the pandemic. She took a phenomenal group of professional pictures that really showcased the boats condition (unlike another broker who took what I would call snapshots that did not do the boat justice). Even in these adverse times, one of the first people to board the boat made a decent offer and we countered just once, getting what we were hoping for. Leanne kept us appraised throughout the process and even moved the boat for the new buyer at the end of the escrow period, which we appreciated. This review is long overdue. I purchased a Beneteau Sense 50 with Paul Briant as the broker. He was helpful in every step of the process and perhaps more importantly he is extremely knowledgeable and made a number of great suggestions when it came to configuration. The post closing warranty work was fantastic and perfectly coordinated through Greg Coleman. They continue to provide service on the boat post warranty period. As I told Paul upfront if this process isnt fun and easy Ill just go to work instead He made it both.

Re: Salesman: John Bohne - Do NOT trust him!!!We went to the Long Beach boat show looking to purchase a boat for a boat slip which we already own. Our main constraint is the boat beam. When we entered the boat (2017 Beneteau Swift Trawler 44) that John Bohne was hosting, we asked him what the beam size was. He misrepresented the actual beam size by increasing it by 2 feet (stating it was 1511 which it clearly was not) When I saw the beam size (1311) referenced on a sign, we questioned him about this discrepancy and his unfriendly response was that the sign was wrong. Then I saw the flyers which also stated the beam size was 1311 - substantially smaller than the 1511 that he told us. Again, we questioned him on this huge discrepancy and he would not answer.I do not know why this salesman mis-represented the truth - I assume he was not actually interested in selling the vessel. I feel sorry for the owner of the company - paying this salesman for acting inconsiderate and more importantly mis-representing the truth!In summary, be aware of John Bohne - he is NOT an honest man!

My wife and I sold our 28 Pearson and were looking for a 36 Hunter or Catalina. I called on a 36 Catalina in San Diego and Dea Allen from South Coast Yachts answered the call. I inquired about the boat in question and she said that it was not in a very clean state. She asked what we were looking for and after listening to me for a while she said she would look around. I figured I would not hear back as did two other brokers but within two days Dea had two boats to look at. They did not fit the bill but Dea would not give up. After 6 or 7 boats she finally found the one that fit all of our specs and price range. She traveled up to Dana Point numerous times to look a beautiful 36 Hunter that we eventually bought. She was there for the inspection and for the sea trials. She was a tremendous help in every aspect of our voyage to a new boat. I cannot say enough about her professionalism and tenacity in finding us the perfect boat. She was with us every step of the way.
