WHP HOA rec center (pool, clubhouse, gym). Well.maintained, family friendly and convenient for HOA members. ID needed.

My experience was terrible. My daughter just bought a house Watermark Pardee 92130, this isa neighborhood in PHR 92130. When buying this million dollar house, she was told by Pardee sales person, that her family will have access to this community rec. center and now everything is up side down. How this might happened? Who can visit your center? Please, explain it to me. Sincerely, Faina

Awesome facility, great staff! Private use.

It has a swim pool but not wide enough. Half its width is kept reserved for children and only 3 tracks left for lap swimmers.,
