You get to Boulder, top rope climb, lead climb, fitness class, yoga class, work out area and a sauna and shower. Not a lot of gym can offer that much in three different locations for one price. There is a towel service as well. Great thing about planet granite are the members and staff.

A ton of great equipment, resources, a dry sauna, lockers, showers, rock climbing wall, group classes, treadmills, etc. The monthly price for a SDSU student isnt so bad - $19.

Thank you SD state for allowing young teenage girls to pursue their career dream in the basketball world . The basketball traveling team life isn’t always glamorous but it wouldn’t be possible without the use of gyms so thank you again & go SDSU

Edit:Three months, and it still doesnt work, from what I understand, they have hired NASA engineers to fix the issue. Too difficult for normal people to do. *Fingers crossed*==========================If you want a clean bathroom and a Sauna that works, dont come here. Sauna has been broken for over a month, they wont fix it. But they will say they will to make you feel nice and warm on the inside, but not on the outside. Mens bathroom always smells bad, mostly like mold. Otherwise, the gym is awesome.

I only signed up because I had wanted to work with a personal trainer there. Well, my trainer ended up leaving for a new job after the first session. The rec center has a four month minimum and you have to cancel by the 24th to prevent billing for the next month. So Ive paid over $100 just for one session, basically. And its not even that great of a gym. Just large to accommodate the student population. Avoid...

Great place to workout with classes, a Rick climbing wall (need to attend orientation first), a pool, all their missing is tractor tires to flip. Also keep in mind the track field is knkh open to the public Monday and Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. which I think is ridiculous but it is what it is.

I loved the gym until their vending machines stole my twice. Both of them. For a $3.00 water its pretty freaking annoying.

Get crowded during the week but otherwise good gym to workout. Havent had a chance to check out the pool and other facility yet so Im looking forward to the summer.

Complete with clean white towels one could check in and out, and the sauna is great!

The gym has all the amenities that one could ask for. Big cardio rooms, workout room, ball room, sauna and showers. All the things are well maintained and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Staff is hit or miss but it is the only gym near campus. The Express arc in the student union is usually less packed

Its a great gym overall. It gets busy during primetime hours especially when school starts but its a big enough gym to handle the people. Ive had a membership since 98 and the price is right for me.

Overall good. I fell off stairmaster because the sign saying it was broken was too high up to see at all. Not enough ab machines

Review №17

Really nice facilities, and the Olympic weights are a nice new addition. But its usually packed during peak hours, which sucks because you end up wasting a lot of time waiting for equipment. During the day its not so bad, but then Im in class most of the time. Best times seem to be buttcrack of dawn or over breaks.

This gym is a joke. The machines are ALWAYS broken, they do not upkeep their equipment. I had a cable snap on me causing a bar to go straight into my chest, causing crazy back pain for over two weeks. When I reached out, they responded with some BS about how “they upkeep their machines” yet they are broken for several weeks at a time and a cable literally snapped when using the lat pull at 260 pounds. The sauna was broken for well over four months (I build houses and know it does not take that long to fix a sauna). If you look at the cables, a lot of them are about to snap. The management is a absolute joke, very incompitant of running a gym propertly. There is a reason everyone is switching gyms...

So many machines and weights. The classes are amazing too. Never had a bad experience and never had nothing to do!

Review №23

For students, this is the cheapest gym you can pay for. Its 19$ every month (if you start mid month youll only pay half that). Along with all the work out machines, they also offer rock climbing, dance, yoga, basketball, swimming, etc. If youre a student definitely take advantage of the arc.
