Gorge! Well designed park open and inviting with many different areas to it. All nuanced. With even wom3 samplings of cultures
The people were super helpful I totally enjoyed all my experiences with the staff and what they offered me.
Difficult to find the place and building. I missed a right turn and had to go take a u turn and come back, took me an extra 10min. Most people dont know the building, so if you ask around it doesnt help. I didnt know where to park, so I parked on the street, but there is ample free parking in front of the building for limited time. Once I found the building the experience got better. It is one of those old Victorian buildings with a peculiar old smell. The park personnel are nice and friendly. They are short staffed though. Since just one person makes the booking and answers incoming calls. With two people ahead of me, I spent 40min waiting. I got the booking though for the tecolote shores. Please call and ask before if the dates are available otherwise the whole trip would be a waste. Office is open 8 to 4am, Mon to Fri.
Great service, very helpful
I had to book a last minute reservation for a memorial and the entire office staff were so accommodating and understanding.
Waited a hour at a window to obtain a permit for a small family wedding ceremony to be told were in the wrong line (no one in front of us and no signage) took someone who just walked in in front of us and then 30 minutes more waiting at the other window to be helped. A total of two other people were helped during the almost 2 hours we were there. This was a horrible experience and wildly inefficient. The city should be embarrassed.
Very interesting you learn more every time you go
Friendly staff and in a really nice location
Crappy customer service . Came for an inflatable permit, was told the park I wanted was full . No help was offered when I asked which parks in the area were available . Rude, unfriendly, miserable vibe dealing with these ladies especially the African American woman .
Great staff
