It was a good place to hang out with friends and family. I proved it when I went to your movie house last week. It has a good place to stay, very refreshing, the seats were very comfortable, the screen was large, and its extremely loud. Also, customer service was great, and the food was always hot. It was truly nice to visit again and again!

Great date night. Theres a full service bar and food in the spacious lobby. Comfy recliner seats and full food/drink service at your seat. The burgers are GOOD! Will be back.

Great option for a movie and a dinner night. Food was good the seats are super comfy. My only suggestion is not to sit all the way in the back of the room. Way too much bass when you sit in the back corner.

My first time at one of these theaters and I seen Endgame. Great theater with a full menu and bar options. Seats were comfortable and roomy and I got a free large popcorn for my birthday!

Very enjoyable experience. At the time we went they were giving free refills on large soda and popcorn. That was a nice change of pace. Theater was very clean and service was fantastic.

The AC was not working on the hottest day of the year and finally had to leave.The kicker was that the movie was getting really good.They did give us replacement tickets, that was nice.

Unfortunately Ive never seen a movie at this location, but took a little tour inside.The place is spotless.Theres a small art collection upstairs and you can get meals and drinks while you watch a movie.Its more expensive than a regular theater, but (from what Ive been told from people who have seen a movie there) its worth it.(I normally go to Angelika theater in Carmel Mountain, a sister theater, which is awesome).To me the food, service, and that you can purchase your private seats ahead, is totally worth the extra money.

I just love it, very comfortable, can put arm rest up and kick back feels like your alone there with your partner, lots of space surrounding if you pick 3rd row back (reclining leather seats).Order cocktails ( best mixer healthy agave) and caramel chocolate popcorn (very delightful), and other appetizers, waiters come directly to you, very convenient and fun.

Management is very rude to employees and mistreat them, last time I was there saw an employee spit in someones food, terrible service and way to expensive this location should be shut down.

Great movie theatre experience. Atmosphere outside the theatre is just as great. Best immersive experience in movies such as a Quiet Place. Helped me out when I made a mistake booking my tickets early. Regularly return to experience movies in bliss.

It is a nice experience. Comfy chairs that fully reclined, staff available to bring you food and drinks during the movie at your seats. The offer is nice but the pricing seems a bit overexpensive. Get ready to pay 20$ per movie plus an average of around 7$ per drink or food. If you are ok with the luxurious tariff, then you will have a great time. If you are not, try it at least once and dont come back.

Theater was very empty due to everything closing due to the virus. I was surprised the armrest area where the cupholder is was a bit dirty and full of crumbs. Facing this crisis, Id expect, them to clean better.

Came here this past weekend to watch Toy Story 4. Great service and one of the cleanest Movie Theaters I have been in. Highly recommended. Purchase tickets online or by the app ahead of time so you can pick the best seats.

I love the atmosphere... relaxing, tranquil, and spacious. I couldve used the dimly lit lamp while I was eating though...but other than that, my movie experience haz a new home!!!

I went to watch Addams Family with my husband and 2 boys. Went on their computer to buy tickets and it showed they had no seats close together available so we ended up buying seats that were not together. Yet during the movie the whole row next to my son and the row next to me were completely empty. So we would’ve been able to sit next to each other. Not sure why they do that but it was completely inconvenient especially when it came with sharing the food. Talked to who I think is the manager and he completely dismissed me. Not good customer service. Won’t be coming here any more. Angelika will be our preferred theater.

One of my preferred places to enjoy movies whether they be new releases or old classics, Cinépolis is always a great night out for groups or pairs. Great movies in a luxury seating, what could be better?

By far one of the elite theater experiences with full reclining chair, restaurant style food and beverage, and wonderful customer service. This place makes for an excellent date night you can select your seating in advance utilize their app to get rewards points and wine and dine your significant other.

It is one of the most beautiful cinemas I have ever been at and the butter popcorn it is so delicious and the best part is that it actually it doesnt have butter so it is that much calories.But so many good things why only three stars? Because you pay for luxury meaning high prices and they can not give you a free refill of popcorn neither free refill of coke!! Popcorn is super cheap that will not lead to bankrupt. Plus in all the luxury cinemas I have been like Ipic in New York they all give you free popcorn. I say free because that is included in your high price ticket.I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED

My friend and I have a tradition of seeing movies here together. There bar has great service! I love the convenience of ordering from your seat at the theater and they are very discreet if you need something during the movie. Also, their nachos are delicious!

I would have given it 5 stars; however, the app to order food was down and they failed to inform us. We waited for our food and drinks for 45 minutes before we called a server for help. It would have been helpful if we were informed of the issue prior to the start of the movie or ordering. The food was good and loved the atmosphere. It was comfortable and roomy for tall people.

Very very comfortable recliner. You can lay down pretty flat and take a nap if you dont like the movie (best $18-hour nap Ive ever taken). All kidding aside, Cinepolis staff took good care of our foods and drinks, even special request. Restrooms are well kept and clean.

Cinepolis is the only place I go to watch movies now. The chairs are as comfortable as a first class flight. The snacks are good and even though its a venue you feel like its just you and whoever you went there with.

Cinépolis is my favorite movie theatre in town!! Impeccably comfortable seating, excellent sound system, spacious rooms, excellent customer service, great movies selection, very good food and drinks. The location offers plenty of parking, covered and uncovered. There are many restaurants around the movie theatre in case you don’t want to eat in the theatre. This place is a 5 stars no doubt!!!

This is a fantastic luxury theatre. The seats are very comfortable, and there is service at your seat that rivals most restaurants. The new parking structure makes everything so convenient and the place is very nice. Theyre is some difficulty in exchanging or cancelling tickets, but they will work with you. Very pricey but also worth it.

This place is nice and clean - excellent amenities- but if you going to have leather seats you must TURN THE AC ON - after paying so much money for tickets food and drinks at least the less you can do is kept the AC ON - the prices for popcorn and drinks are very pricey and the worst Part is that your watching a movie and here comes the waiter at a very key moment that you don’t want to miss asking for your signature and tip at a moment when you really want to be enjoying what your paying for - I think I will think twice to come back here - very disappointing on Cinépolis

Thought I was gonna fall asleep in the seat, it was dang comfortable. My first time here, very cool experience. Staff was nice. didnt get food but saw it being delivered to people and it looked hood. Drinks were good, just a little pricey. Definitely will go back again.

Full movie theaters with state-of-the-art screens and displays and speakers, the sound systems are outstanding. Also of note is the wide variety of movies they have. And come hungry because theres a plethora of good foods and beverages including alcohol and soft drinks to enjoy while youre watching a movie make sure you sit in one of the real rose and the seats fill up fast. So buy your tickets early if you wait until the last minute youll never get a good seat for the movie that you want to see. And everyone knows that the Summers Blockbusters start the beginning of Spring.

My favorite place to see a movie other than my own den. A bit pricey if you buy food but they provide quality products.

This movie theater is one of the more luxurious dine in movie theaters Ive been too. I wish the tables were a little bigger for plates. Since it was a dine in theater I was expecting a Hollywood Palms atmosphere instead of the atmosphere of a nice clean hotel lobby, but hey they can work on that.

The best cinema experience Ive had so far. Love the reclining seats and the ability to order food and drinks during the movie. Tickets are about $21 for adults, which is not cheap especially when you add food and drinks on top. So we maybe go a couple of times a year..

Heres the thing: the movie theater seats are great, and the service is good. The wine selection is just ok, but heres the thing: its impossible to get un-buttered popcorn there. They can either give you full-butter or lite butter. And by butter its really some soy-based butter like substance...We really love the movies, and we will continue to go, but if they could figure out how to make a non-buttered popcorn and get a better wine list, wed be there all the time...Its right around the corner from our house, but we usually end up driving to the Lot in La Jolla instead,,,

The best thing about this specific Cinepolis is that if theres a big upcoming sell out movie releasing your best chance at seeing anywhere near opening night is here. Also the recliners and food is pretty good also, plus you dont have to wait on something going into the oven theyll bring it to you.

Its so expensive but they really stepped up their game...so much more individual space and comfort. Makes the movie experience much better than it used to be.

Love the big comfy recliner on every row. Relaxing while you watch the show. You may order drinks and food from the seats or at the counter before you go into the cinema, but be prepared to wait for a long time. There is only one person who could make coffee, and if he has gone to deliver drinks in the cinema, you have to wait for him to return. The cashier ended trying to make my friend’s and my orders but the coffee didn’t taste right. Nevertheless, I still enjoyed my show in a recliner.

Loved being able to have reserved seats. The recliners and service to your chair in the theater makes it a special time out with family and friends. They usually have a good selection of movies, but always best to buy tickets online in advance as they often sell out long before the actual showtime.

This theatre is nice! I like their concession San Diego area, you can go order and then there is a check out line. They pretty much have all the regular concession items. The small size popcorn is a bucket! Bathrooms were decent! They have quite a few theatre rooms, I believe at least 9. They have recliner seats which is awesome!

Always love this place! Just a great way to see a movie. Food is good, there are often happy hour specials and service is great. If you are on a limited budget, expect that an evening here with movie, appetizers and drinks will be at least $100.

Very comfortable seats, and an impressive wine and cocktail list given this is a movie theater - including real French Champagne by the glass (Perrier Jouet), most unexpected - and delicious. I had the hummus platter which was fine but just the night before I had the same at Angelika theater in Carmel Mountain, and Angelika wins hands down: better hummus, fresher veggies, easier presentation to eat (hummus in a container as opposed to dropped on a plate - hard to find in the dark...). Very friendly staff here, nice to be able to summon good to your seat.

Cinépolis is a luxury-brand chain of movie theaters that are really set apart from the competition. From the interior to the bar, and everything in-between, Cinépolis really is luxurious. Inside is a large bar, an upstairs balcony with food, and the ticket stand. Inside the theater are leather seats that recline. If you so please, food and drinks can be ordered from inside the theater and delivered to you. Prices are obviously higher than an AMC or Regal, but you are paying for quality and a more posh experience. Highly recommend, especially for a date.

Wonderful looking theater with excellent amenities, but if youre going to have reclining leather seats, make sure to turn on the AC. I literally came out of there sweating bullets during a 3 hour movie. I would give you more stars but it was incredibly uncomfortable sitting there hostage to a movie you dont want to miss.

This theater is *nice* but TOO EXPENSIVE. Like I think this was my last time at this theater TOO EXPENSIVE. With most other theaters doing upgraded seating at much lower costs, I dont know why I would keep coming here. Not only are the seats $$$$ but their concessions are outrageously expensive. $14.50 for a small popcorn and a medium drink?!?! Yikes! And the medium drink is the size of a kids cup at a restaurant. I know thats probably the portion size I should be drinking but for $7.00??? No way! At least half the reclining seats are leaning or torn. AND, they bounce you with their broken mechanics. Which doesnt seems like a big deal until you are holding a $20 (!!!) adult beverage in your hand and this causes you to spill. The server coming to your seat is nice until you catch him in a bad mood, he makes you wait a long time to show up, then interrupts you during the climatic moment of the film to get you to sign the check. Oh well.

The only way to see movies!! Great cinema with full bar. The theaters have reclining leather seats. They serve food and drinks, including alcoholic drinks. Theres a call button next to the seats. The food is actually good!! Not just hot dogs and popcorn, and there is a large selection. Parking is never a problem and on the weekends there is a valet.

First visit was awesome, second visit not so. Really like having food brought in to the theater while you hang out, service was great. Quality control on the chairs though, yikes. My movie I watched was 2 hours and 9 minutes so I told my wife we had to go here for the seats, showed up early so we probably sat for about 2 hours 25 minutes after all was said and done. Bummer was the foot rest came up at an angle because someone broke it. Since I am 6’2” i really enjoyed last time having a foot rest support that worked well. Not so much this time round.Would recommend coming here as long as you dont get a broken chair. Dont be like me, broken chair no good, say something if you see something.

It is what it is. Comfy. But Pricey. Chair service in middle of movies...which is a bit annoying. But thats known.

This was a great movie going experience. The establishment and service was great! The Staff was very courteous and attentive. We were served on a timely manner. The seats are like recliner seats and comfortable. It was nice to stretch out our legs for the hour and a half. The sliding trays make eating very convenient.The food on another hand was not as good. We order the FIesta Cinema Box. Well, that was a mistake. The burrito was cold and stale. Chip and salsa was bland and tasted like plain tomato sauce. The only good thing on it were three jalapenos peppers and three little pieces of churos. For the price we paid, we were expecting better food.This is a great concept and didnt mind the high price to experience this type of service. I wish the food had been better, then it would have been a five star rating. $$

Extremely luxerious cinema with many options if you want to spice up your movie-viewing experience.Might not be suitable for the average moviegoer or just a casual night out, because the ticket prices are very steep for some fancy seats (if you dont get any food or whatever else they offer).
