I lived here for five years and liked until they changed management a couple of years ago. Everything started going downhill. The manager, Britney, is rude, uncaring and untrained. Maintenance is greatly lacking. I moved out a year ago to a much nicer place at Meadowbrook mobile home park in Santee, so glad I did.

Excellent, safe and friendly mobile home park for 55 years and older. Two clubhouses, pool, jacuzzi with plenty of open space. Ultra quiet and centrally located right off Mission Gorge Road on Old Cliffs Road. Dog friendly with many coaches having spectacular views.

Overall this place appears quite clean and well taken care of. The only drawback is the exorbitant 1300 + dollars per month space rent

Park changed management. This has led to me to increase my rating in hope that the new management will do the right thing. Old management did not handle situations regarding assault, stalking and harassment. My review might increase as time passes, and more situations occur- if theyre handled appropriately.The park is well-kept, and pretty. The housing units spacious and cozy.My family member lives in The Cliffs and chose to live here as a quiet getaway. However, I am sometimes harassed as well, by a neighbor, when I come to this park. I cant even begin to fathom the emotional stress my family member endures.

I would love to live here! The views are spectacular.

Management are borderline cruel toward the residents. They advertise this to be a great place to live, and signs and advertisements read... Welcome Home, when if fact, the managers are control freaks, who love to be ready at the drop of a hat to tell you that THEY are the Lord and masters of the place and the unspoken word is to FEAR THEM! Their office is located RIGHT NEXT to the swimming pool so that everyone who uses it can feel uncomfortable in knowing that the management is staring at them the entire time, making SURE they dont do ANYTHING against the carved in stone rules. Yeah, Welcome Home! The other insane mention here is that the Lord God almighty has stated that just because I have created gravity to hold things down, onto the earth... it does NOT mean that your vehicle can be parked in front of your residence at ANY TIME what so EVER! If you are visiting a friend or family member, and you are (most likely) ELDERLY and even DISABLED, you MUST park a quarter of a mile away and WALK to your friends mobile home (UP HILL) in order to visit them. If you are bringing groceries or any heavy items, TOUGH, you MUST walk and carry it yourselves! The streets are just for show only and NOT to be USED by vehicles! PERIOD! Yes, Welcome HOME! The space rents are among the HIGHEST in the county and the KEEP GOING UP EVERY YEAR! AGAIN... Welcome Home! The management in plain terms... SUCKS! They are insecure people with the mentality of being BIG FISH in a SMALL POND. Without this job, they would be NOTHING! They are control freaks who in truth... really dont mean Welcome Home at all. What they are really saying there is, Welcome into our little fish pond of insecurity and CONTROL.

The best mobile home park in San Diego.They raise the rent about $50 every year so eventually youll have to move if your on a fixed income lime I was.

Safe, well kept, and the neighbors are nice.

The park is nice place to live, but the lady who manage the place is not in right job,She is rude, acts like we are nobody; not helpful, I strongly believe some professional people should run this park.Update:12/21/2018water is shout down more than 24 hours management hired 2 day job labor to fix this with no right tolls, lots of elderly people are out of waterupdated 12/22/2018:here is some pictures, 8.30AM no one working on water issue

Park is nice, but I spoke to several residents and they are disappointed in the managers and maintenance.

They charge way too much to live there! Way too expensive! You buy the home, and then are forced to pay outrageously high rent for the tiny plot of land its sitting on! Rip-off!

Place is clean and well tended.

This is one of the worse mobile home parks to live in due to poor management.The resident managers discriminate against certain tenants. They are requiredto follow rules to the letter of the law, others are not required to do routinemaintenance on their yards for years. They just turn their heads. If you haveany problems with regular street maintenance she will tell you to do it yourself.Unbelievable
