The manager is such a pest! They pick on the smallest things on your property and keep nagging at you. Cant really live there peacefully.

I live here and the manager complains about everything like why does she care if it’s not her business. like she told me “worry about yourself”

I would never recommend that any client of mine move into any park owned or managed by this company. Too many reasons to list also I dont want to say anything that .ight get me in trouble but beware.

The management writes up the tenets for everything here. Cant have nothing or do anything here. Kids cant play out side with out getting yelled at and management shuts park lights off so kids wont play. This place is a joke

For this type of living, this is a nice place to live.usually quite, clean, and parking is well kept. Current mgr. Nice, fair to residents, and involved with our community.

Dont move to a park owned by these guys they might be one of the worst slumlord corporations ever the way they treat their tenants is horrible. they dont care about the rights of the people living there and basically do whatever they want since many of these people really cant fight back without some sort of retaliation.

Food is good.
