Wonderful walking trails, paved and unpaved options, baseball diamonds, dog park, kid park, big grassy field, benches. This park is lovely and has it all.

Good park big hill trail with dog park / feild in the back past the bridge creek is a nice sight in summer .

My daughter and dog love this park good place to go.good trails also and dog park and track all around fun.

Busy with Softball practice but has nice trails and creek and kids play area. Dog have a special place for running and playing! Unique!

Its a nice park with a good sized field, tennis courts, baseball & softball diamond, kids playground, little dogs park, large dog field thats a little ways down a small path that winds around the back of the park.

Beautiful park in West Salem.

This is a great park! We take the dogs here and we let them off their leashes in the dog area. They run and play with the other dogs. It’s clean and surrounded by woods. The walking paths are maintained and very well kept.

Great park with off leash dog area, baseball field, softball field, playground and soon to be a brand new tennis court area.

Have lots of fun. And there is lots to see and do at this park. Can even pokemon go there.

Cute park, two trails that are a mile long if you walk both of them, a cute playground and tennis courts! I take my morning run here nearly 4 times a week and have only had a problem a few times when people left litter, or when there was a sketchy character.

Great place to just walk or jog on the trails. Theres a kids playground, two baseball fields, some tennis courts, and dog friendly area where you can let you pooch of the leash. Lots of parking too.

Every time I go here it seems that people dont want their dogs to socialize. Their is an off leash area where larger dogs can play, but all of the people there seem offended if your dog tries to play. They will pick them up and hide them like youre walking around with a tiger. There are plenty of areas in this park where animals are kept on leash and you dont have to worry about your delicate or aggressive dog being bothered. Stay in those areas if you dont expect your dog to play.

My favorite park in West Salem there is something for everyone! Playground for kids. Walking trails. Basketball and even tennis!!

Nice little park with a couple good dog areas. Several poop bag dispensers but sometimes empty. Several good walking paths and one good off leash dog areas.

Great park, especially for dogs! Theres a large area above the playground and fields that is an off-leash field for friendly dogs that is just gorgeous! Its perfect for a long walk and has gorgeous trees and lots of different paths. The tennis courts are well-maintained, as well as the park itself. Super friendly environment and good even for just a short walk or a breath of fresh air. The creek that runs through it gives it a little more life as well, and theres a few picnic tables in the shade by the small bridge. Plus, they provide dog bags.

Well kept park. I was certainly concerned when I first arrived seeing the tiny fenced dog area, but I soon found the open field. Just cross the little foot bridge and follow the trail!

Nice little park with easy access though not wheelchair friendly. Be aware of the people that leave their dogs alone and go play with their kids though.

Nice tennis courts good ball field theres a wooded hiking path in the back. But the path itself is not very well-maintained there was quite a bit of garbage as well as a couple of campers last time I went through.

Nice area for Birthday Parties; as theres tables, a stream w/a little bridge, plus a Kiddie play area. Although there are BBQ grills- youre not allowed open Fires, you can have propane fueled grills- which is what we had- and it was fine. Theres tall beautiful Trees surrounding the picnic tables, and we dont wanna have any accidental Fires. Orchard Heights Park is a very nice out of the way Park!

Nice park. We took our two dogs since we knew there was an off leash area. It wasn’t well marked as to where that area was so at first we were near the fenced area for small dogs and the kids park. Once we asked and got to the off leash area it was much better. Lots of space for them to run.

DO NOT COME IF YOU DONT LIKE DOGS. This is a very busy park with high traffic and lots of pets. I have a daughter who cannot stand animals but it was still great. There is a nature trail, playground, and tennis courts.

A very nice park with 2 softball fields, 4 tennis courts, a nature trail, and a small dog park. The dog park is a fenced area that is small and is for small dogs. Evidently German Shepherds and Burmese Mountain dogs are small. The whole park is popular for dogs which means there is dukie everywhere. Mutt mitts are provided in numerous locations if one is inclined to use them.The small dog park gets pretty muddy in the wet season.Only portable toilets here.

Great dog park, go for a walk down the path and find a great off-leash dog park. Dont forget that it is an off-leash dog park and to tell off people who tell you to control your dog, if they dont want to have a dog run up and politely smell them then they can find a different park.

Decent shade near the kids play ground, and over the fenced dog area!

Tennis courts. Basketball courts. Baseball field. Playground with little and older kid slides/structures. Swings. Walking trail around the main open area along with a bigger loop through a wooded-forest area. A very nice, relaxing walk to take in the evening. Lots of blackberries for picking in the late summer. A creek runs through that some people play in.

Nice and quiet little park with off leash area for our dogs. There are couple of tennis courts and a half basketball court, baseball field and a walking track. There are some picnic tables and grill for family picnics and barbecues. Past the trees is another open area for the dogs. There is a couple of pathways to get there but keep your eyes open for snakes. Weve seen a couple at different times when were walking our dogs. I think theyre just garden snakes but some might freak out when they see them.

This park is pretty great. My kids really enjoy the play structure and swingset, but exploring the nature trails and dog park areas are where they have the most fun.

Very beautiful, several trails. And not highly populated. You can take a forest trail then it suddenly turns to a Meadow setting. Very nice park with toys for kids. Many picnic tables and a tennis court to boot.

Usally have a great time at this park. Today, unfortunately witnessed a woman pull up to me and my grandkids, her son who was about 7 years got out of the vehicle and proceed to relief himself at a tree in front of us. Wish my grandkids didnt have to witness that. There were more private places around us the woman could have the boy go without being right in the open.

This is a great park for littles and biggers! Theres a little Creek and nature trail to wander through as well. Easy to keep and eye on more than 1 kid as they play
