Kids had a lot of fun. A great way to get their energy out when the weather isnt ideal. They have some good deals right now during covid.

If you like watching your yahoo fly, great place. Concessions are lacking. Not very expensive and the grown-ups do you not have to pay to enjoy watching their kids have fun! To me, major brownie points over the very few other choices around Roanoke. While explore Park Splash Valley are still exceptionally fun, the grown-ups still have to pay. The arcade portion has top-notch games. The one and only thing I would like to see is the facility do something like Chuck-E-Cheese and have a gate to where a child cannot leave without a matching stamp from their parents or grandparents! I would otherwise give this place five stars easy!

Brought my grandchildren over for a birthday celebration. Launching Pad was the first stop the kids requested. Very pleased with the customer service and friendly staff and atmosphere. Will definitely be returning soon

Great place the kids had a blast. They are 11 and 12 and really enjoyed the basketball. If your looking for a rainy day activity for the kids this place is alot of fun. Friendly staff I recommend this place.

This place was a lot of fun for the kiddos. We had 4 that went ages 7 to 16. Everyone had fun. I dont think they had enough staff, there were some things that one person was running multiple so you had to wait until she came back. It is pretty expensive, but I thought it was worth it, but not something to do often.

We unknowingly went at a busy time. Adults were playing kids’ games. No one directed them not to and they didn’t offer to move for kids. It was too crowded for a smaller child to safely jump without getting plowed over by bigger kids. There didn’t seem to be a limit to the number of jumpers. If there is, it wasn’t enforced. When we entered, we were hit by the overwhelming stench of pot. Definitely check schedules and go at a less busy time to enjoy your experience and not waste your money.

Had daughters 6th birthday. Mikayla and Macy were our party hosts and they did an absolute fantastic job. They interacted with the guest and showed enthusiasm with their job. From start to finish they did a great job. The facility was very clean. Perfect time for a party as there werent many people there on a Sunday. My daughter had an excellent time!

Man, this was tons of fun! Its even better if you have someone there with you. So many positions you can assume in the air, constantly going up and down, up and down. Seriously, the best feeling in the world, you can see everything at the climax of the your jumps. I could not recommend this enough to my friends. Again, loads of fun!

My kids liked it but my wallet didnt. Its pricey. Staff is all teenagers that play around more than the guests.

Really fun but not cheap family entertainment center. Great pizza at birthday parties. Our 10-year-old and her friends love it. Latest arcade games, ninja warrior course, bumper cars, dodge ball, and of course- trampolines! You have to fill out a waiver before playing.

Awesome place with so much to do. The employees were tremendous and have to move around a lot based on what we want to do. Front desk was inviting and showed great attitude. The people on the court were always there when we needed them. I’m for sure coming back more and more.

The arena is amazing! My child had a lot of fun, she was afraid to jump off the launch pad, but they gave a refund and let her ride the bumper cars for free. I totally would give it 5 star, everybody was very friendly and the trampolines were awesome. 1000000000000000000000000000000000% percent recommended

This is a great place for kids of all ages. Im not sure on the price (this was my granddaughters birthday party) but everyone had all the fun they could stand, from my 2 year old grandson to my 33 year old daughter. The party room was adequate and not having to clean up the mess made by a room full of 4 year olds was a definite plus. Add in the pay as you go games and this is definitely a great spot to spend a wet or cold day.

Really nice atmosphere, good people, and was all together a really nice place to be! There was one guy that was kind of rude when I was on the jump tower (its 15 feet in the air), I ended up getting down twice sense I was pretty scared, he told me the third time that if I tried a third time I would have to jump, but I never saw that on the sign... Otherwise loved everything else about it!

This was my first time there and I was amazed at the wide variety of games. Not to mention this is an indoor place and I was under the assumption that the trampolines were outside. Just stop in and take a look and youll love it!

Lots of great options to pick from and the prices are good. Would’ve been five star but there is sometimes a rough kid element and I don’t think the staff always keeps an eye on that. Management is great about dealing with problems though.

Great place for kids (and active adults!) to burn off serious amounts of energy. There are lots of different activities that appeal to various age ranges, so there should be something for just about anyone. The staff work to keep people safe, balanced with encouraging people to have fun. The snack bar is somewhat minimal, but good enough to get by. Theres also a video game area and jumping tower that cost extra. They have birthday rooms and package deals to help craft the right birthday party for your kid.

Great place to let the kids burn off that energy we all wished we still had. Prices are reasonable and arcade is well set up.

Fairly enjoyable family fun center. Can get a little too crowded on holidays and weekends. The arm band lasts three hours which is ok, because that is about the maximum time that will keep the kids interested. Also several adults were in the mix, tumbling and bouncing amongst the small children which was a little unsettling. Also, I was witnesses to a few minor injuries. Plus, no Chuck E Cheese style Security measures, the front doors are right there within feet of the arcade, and apparatus, so keep an eye on your little-ones. All-in-all, a good way to engage the kids for 3 hours or so.

So their system was down and couldnt take our card. Not their fault but they have no customer service skills and didnt even offer us a discount to come back another time or anything. Just an apology and goodbye. And we came from out of town.

Terrible. Brought my daughter here for her Birthday and an extremely rude staffer ruined the entire experience. I spoke with a manager and asked for a refund as was met with a simple and obtuse “No”. Didn’t even offer to comp us a free round of jumping, another day. I’ll never waste my money here again. Plenty of other things to do in Roanoke, that don’t involve dealing with people who obviously hate their jobs and shouldn’t be dealing with children.

Such a super fun family atmosphere. There wasnt enough workers to cover every fun zone, but everything was clean and the staff that was there was very helpful. We will visit again.

Fun and friendly place to take the youngins, I actually had a great time myself. I realized how old and out of shape Ive got. Only thing... I think they could have had more staff working the day we come. Other then that, it was a great time for us. I will definitely bring my family back soon.

Workers dont seem to know the basic rules that kids have to watch a video on. They let multiple kids on the same trampolines and flip...basically anything kids are warned about the employees let them do. I dont reccomend this place if you care about safety.

Had to wait too long to use the bumper cars because attendant working sky fall was also operating bumper cars if someone takes too long to jump holds up bumper car riders not fair when u have limited time to play

It can be a great place for kids to come and burn out some energy or for adults to come in and let their inner kid come out and have fun. There is someone for everyone, jumping, basketball, dodgeball, arcade, 3 attractions rock wall, launch tower, and bumper cars, lounge area. If you have any concerns staff is more than happy to step in and assist.

Nice place to let your child release some energy. My 10year old loves it here. My only complaint is the rude teenagers working at the register. They got really impatient when someone came to the counter. All they wanted to do was stand around and talk and play with each others hair. While my child was trying to figure out what she wanted to use her tickets on, the girl became very rude and was rushing my daughter. She told her she wanted to save the rest of her tickets and the employee just walked away. No thank you, smile or anything. Just a rolling of the eyes, a few sighs, and yawns. If youre going to work in a place with kids you need to have patience and a better attitude.

Today was my first time coming here. I called ahead to inquire about purchasing tickets and general questions about the waiver, and got a rude staff member on the phone. She was curt and I felt rushed off the phone. No big deal, maybe she was busy. I came in the next day and was surprised by how many different jumping/activity areas there are. Front desk staff was moderately friendly. There was plenty to do to keep busy and engaged (had an 11 yr old with me who jumped the whole 2 hours). The different areas (dodgeball, foam pits, basketball) were all great. The reason for the 3 stars is that the staff looked like they would have rather been anywhere else than working here. After spending 2 hours here, I only saw one staff member engaging and having fun with the kids/customers. Staff looked terribly bored, one even had earphones in and had to take them out to hear me when I asked a question. I feel like if you have a job working at a family fun place, staff should be smiling and interacting with patrons instead of only talking amongst themselves or standing there with their arms crossed looking miserable. We still had fun, but staff really could have made the experience better. On a side note, the inside was clean and seemed to be priced fairly.

I recently took my children here for a birthday party. Facilities are very clean and modern. There is a snack bar where you can get cold bottled drinks, ice cream, and sweets. Staff ensures that safety is a priority. The arcade is very open and modern. Plenty of ways to earn tickets, but the prizes are mostly cheap trinkets. The prizes with any value would be better purchased from a store. My only complaint is the high jump isnt included in your time, its a separate purchase. Thats why I cant give Launching Pad 5 stars.

Our two boys (4 and 2) had a great time. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

Clean place. Staff is polite, but seem bored. Overall good experience. 1hr+ bumper cars =$16ea...I figure its better for em than sitting in a theatre. Had a blast!

Ive been here multiple times, every single time its been worth the price. Ive done bumper cars, the launch towe and all of the trampoline activities. Theres numerous trampoline pads, a rope bridge you crawl across on over foam cubes, two trampolines that ypu jump on to jump into a large bag of air, basketball, dodgeball and a battle arena. The snack bar has great pretzels and candy. This is great experience and will be fun for all ages.
