Great facility for baseball practice. No machines but all the equipment you need for batting and pitching practice. Great way to get a young player started or for practicing mechanics to improve your skill level.

Jerry and Rickey are amazing coaches who desire to teach their students to love the game. Coach Lovely is every good strength trainer. It has very reasonable prices.

This place is amazing. They offer various services. It is well worth the cost to attend each week. The batting coach we see is absolutely amazing! The level of detail and care the staff has is absolutely wonderful! The improvement we have seen since starting has been absolutely amazing! We love this establishment. This place is in a warehouse, due to the services it offers, so it is not easily noticed from traffic. They do have signs at the entrance directing you, but there are other business within the same complex. I use Google Maps when navigating me, and it led me directly there.

Skilled instructors who are both encouraging and fun

Capital City Sports is what Salem needed! This place has top notch instructors, clean, and very welcoming. Our boys have been taking lessons from all of their instructors and I am proud to see their progression as baseball players. You cant beat the caliber of instructors here, professionals through and through. This is like our second home and feel so blessed to have a safe place where our boys can learn. Jerry is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet! Proud to have him, Ricky, and Sam as mentors to our boys!

A great gym to come and hone your skills! We just started our family membership here this past summer and plan to be here for a long time. West Salem has badly needed a place like this for years and CCS finally answers that call! Top-notch hitting instruction courtesy of Ricky Ward (former AA slugger for the Giants and current batting coach for the Salem-Keizer Volcanoes). Owner Jerry McMullen (former AA pitcher for the Braves and Red Sox) offers private pitching and fielding instruction. They also now offer strength, agility and conditioning training as well. Bottom line, if youre looking to improve your game, this is the place to do it! My son has been working with Ricky for about 8 months now, and his hitting has improved a hundred fold! All around, just an outstanding group of guys down there who take a vested interest in getting you trained up for your season or career. Bravo!
