Has come a long way... With a long way to go! Ive been here eight years now and have seen it at its worst and although the facelift has made it look nicer, there are underlying issues that need some attention. And I do see how hard at work they are to make these improvements possible. Thank you for caring about our living environment!

I went for a drive around this park checking it out. It was winter and the back road was a bit pooled up with water maybe a drainage issue at the time? But better than other local parks check them out you decide...

I love what the new owners are doing and hope to do in the future with this property. This was once a less than desirable mobile home park but the changes that have already been made are making a HUGE impact in the area. This is quickly becoming a nice, clean, reputable place to live.

I find most of these newer Google reviews...interesting. Let me tell you a bit about myself. I grew up in Deer Run when it was Butler Mobile City, or better known as the local cesspool of drug trafficking, drama, and an overall abundance of human trash. I lived in Deer Run (Butler Mobile as it will always be known to me) for eighteen years, until I moved away to college. Needless to say, every time I return it sinks deeper into its own misery, and it clearly shows. Most of the trailers are nasty and unkept, garbage is everywhere, and the tenants are, uh, well you get the picture.I did, however, hear new management is on the rise as it often is. So I would like to extend my best wishes to you, whomever you are, as it seems you are genuinely trying to make it a better, cleaner, and safer place. All I can say is - good luck. In my eighteen years of living there as a child and young adult, I can safely say that I never want to look back.EDIT:I visited Deer Run last week and Im very happy to see new improvements. Kudos to the new owner for really stepping up to the plate and getting stuff done. I admit, I was unsure at first but Im happy that I was proved wrong! With the right management, this place can be great. Looking forward to more updates in the future.

I have been there. Inquiring about a rental at first. New management says she does an inspection every other month. Being almost 50 I didnt know I needed a babysitter. Then call on 3 for sale mobile homes. 1 which said for sale $650. Which is what the trailer is really worth but when called about it management never mentioned renting only selling. I had just talked to the actual owner which told me to call her. Then asked snit another posted for sale $1500. When called she said her husband which just got title for the maintenance man only had the job for 3 weeks talked them both them and heard story from both of them. When pulling up to the trailer listed for $1500 he was sweating like a pig an eyes like a deer in headlights. So when called about the listing as I said she said he is rehabbing so price is going to be higher but had no price. Why list something that is false. Take the listing down. Bad management. The park is nothing special. Not really clean. She took us thru a yard, she brought up thru to look at a Mobile home full of dog poop. She said she is going to have them clean it. No incentives or any thing impressing about the park. Does need to be cleaned up. Only 2 nice mobile homes there. The rest look trashy.Keep looking ppl there are much better homes.More to all listings but said enough. Good luck
