Not a whole lot of extra parking. When cars parked on both sides its a 1 lane road to get to and from homes. On the plus side there are several speed bumps. Safety first!

Nice place to live. Clean and more spaces are opening.

Managment: Carl and Jeanne are great to work with, they keep the park clean and have made many improvements to the park.

This place is horrible the people are good, but they dont know how to manage good. I feel like since I moved its a problem after another. What I notice is that they dont treat everyone with equality. They treat other with kindness and dont say anything to surrounding neighbours that have similar problem or situation as me, but keep picking on us. I feel like the house I purchase in this community doesnt make me feel like I am home but threatening my happiness of living in my home it causes me a lot of stress. These manufactured houses are built bad. I recently purchase the house. Not that long ago and there has been many problems with things breaking and other problems. I dont recommend this place they try to control your life and way of living.

Speed bumps are annoying but so are the idiots that fly through here with total disregard. Management is great & stay on top of things making the community safer. Security cameras and security company make it safer too

I loved this place because its where I kick back and relax have a cookout with my fellow family members and catch up with life and its pure beutys of it.

A place to find a brand new home (mobile) many new unit install every month

Management is bad. I’ve lived here for a decade. The current managers don’t know how to run things and try to run things unrealistically. I enjoyed the old managers. The speed bumps and roads are the worst things of this place. They only repaint them and fill the cracks with sand in the roads but that doesn’t fix anything.

Great people but management is very selective and has face value for selling a home. Two faced and uses one issue to another to harras you if you call em out they play like little kids to win with eviction threats enough said management beware

The parking and the lack of security is like no other place o have visited.

Nice quiet area, slow traffic inside, clean

It is terrible here, the people that live here are good for the most part. But the management is terrible, they dont understand basic tennet landlord laws. My girlfriend has a service animal which they cant do anything about but have threaten to harm and call the pound to remove them. They are also friends with the tweakers in the park and wont kick them out of the park, because they are friends even though many of the people in the park complain.

A nice mobile and manufactured home park

The roads are kinda ugly and the neighborhood might look a little ghetto because of all the kids running around on the street but its not to bad neighborwise
