Getting some fresh air and exercise walking through the park and watching some good ball games when their playing and also some winter fun activities.

Stranded but what an amazing Park to be stranded at and look at all the gorgeous gorgeous memories that they have at Hoyt Park for veterans.

Saginaw really cares about its parks and it shows. The Veterans Garden is well taken care of.

I love this park!! So beautiful! You dont even know its there then, bam, you pull up and its like the heavens opened up to this wonderful park!!

Nice fields. They used a portable mound during our tournament that seemed like it wasnt long enough for 13u kids

Had a great time skating here over the winter! They have skate rentals(hockey and figure). Free hot coco and cookies on select weekends. Bring back the park! It’s a great cause! We will be going again when the Hoyt park committee succeeds in their goal! Keep up the good work! Would love to volunteer for this cause.

Our grandson is playing coach pitch baseball at the park. The fields were mowed and in good shape. There are bleachers at each diamond but its not a bad idea to bring your own chair. There are restrooms there. Plenty of parking. Everything was clean, lots of people with their kids.

Great place to go sledding or skating with the family. Havent yet had a chance to experience the other things the park has to offer

Nice park for softball, not baseball. Fields are to dusty. Pitching rubber on one field was in a hole and you literally were throwing up hill to the plate. No shade at all for any of the dugouts either. They should probably cut their lawn more than once or twice a summer too in the areas around the diamonds.

Loved the fireworks last night. This was the perfect spot to watch the fireworks. Easy in, easy out.

Great for sledding in the winter, ice skating and baseball/softball

Would be nice to have consessiion stand open during ball games. And young kids team a little disorganized. How ever very affordable for beginners.

It is good to see the youth baseball program going on this summer. It is a shame that the park is under utilized during the summer. Adult softball is definitely missed.

I have so many memories from here. I love how much community happens here. The veterans memorial is beautiful. Although not from Michigan, we took my father-in-law there as he is a Vietnam veteran. We appreciated the quality work and upkeep of the place. Im looking forward to the kickball tournament later this year again. And its hard not to check out the zoo when youre so close. :)

Such a fun place to enjoy. The zoo looked like a great way to spend the afternoon in much warmer temps. A lot of space to have get-togethers or company functions.

Played baseball a few times here and I usually run /workout here. Decent park, the parking is a bit more complicated than it needs to be but overall I think it is a good place.

These pictures bring back memories. My Daddy took me to Hoyt Park in the winter time to go ice skating with my little sister. We had such a good time. Im glad they still keep the park open.

This place has been around for generations. Baseball and softball in the summer and sledding and ice skating in the winter. They also have a great vets memorial spot

Nice park for baseball, but the bathrooms are locked, even during Tball games. Makes it tough to take a young family.edit: bathrooms did end up being unlocked later in the year during games, but dont count on them being open

Overall, it is a beautiful park in the city of Saginaw. It has great sledding in the winter, baseball in the summer, and is always a good place to go relax.
