You definitely want to stop by with time to spare. A lot of articles and information to read from. This isn’t just a stop and check in. Love everything they had and the gift shop was great!

If you are in Roswell, why arent you doing cool retro alien stuff? This is a great gift shop with amazing photo opportunities, make the most of being in the alien capitol and visit these guys.

Cute gift shop. Enjoyed taking fun pictures more than things to buy as selection was minimal.

When budgeting for this stop on your next journey, I recommend saving at least $100 for merch alone. T-shirts, key chains, stickers, educational books are all a must have! And don’t forget to check out nearby businesses for alien themed snacks and beverages!

Neat place to stop. Lots of fun, life size, alien diaramas. The price is cheap too. They had some of the funnier t-shirts in town and good quality as well.The staff person there was very nice. The kids will love it.

The museum was amazing and this is why Im giving this 3 stars, but they dont carry baby size clothes nor plus size clothes for souvenirs and the cafe was closed due to COVID Im assuming and this is also why they are only getting 3 stars.We would definitely visit again just to see the museum and hopefully get to eat at the cafe.

This place has so much potential but they seem to lack a creative director.It looks like some places they started to draw something and they fully gave up. So around the ceiling there is a bunch of drawings that are uncompleted and that just gives the space a weird unfinished vibe.The place just really needs a good cleaning up. It’s really dusty the floors are dirty. The figures are all covered in filth and some of the foam on the creatures are poking out.Aside from that the space is super affordable their prices on stuff isn’t too crazy. You have to pay $3 admissions fee if you want to check out the exhibits with aliens and space creatures.I strongly suggest they replace the black lights in the last room because it is very faded. You can’t really see any of the utopia clearly because it’s just a dark room with a small black light.

We had never been to Roswell and done the alien thing. Its pretty cool if youve never done it, even if you arent super into the conspiracy theory. We bought T shirts but for a small fee, you can go into the back and take alien selfies in different setups. Its pretty cool.

If you like Aliens and taking selfies with them, this is the place for you!

This is a very interesting store, very inexpensive compared to other local shops. They have an indoor playground and the photo op section you can pay for. We got a voucher on Yelp which is $10 for a $20 credit. The girl at the front was also very polite. It appears they used to sell food in the back of the store or perhaps during their peak times.It is a very old establishment with way more potential if they just cleaned and dusted the place? Especially the playground, just get a ladder and a rag. There is a black light lit area towards the end of the photo op section and they also need to buy more black lights and just make it easier to see in there...I was disappointed I couldn’t see all of the details of whoever put this exhibit together. I realize this place is old and people will walk in no matter, but it could definitely be cleaned up.

This was the highlight of Roswell! More so than the museum! We had so much fun in their area 51 room! Bring your camera its a blast!

Another stop while on our cross country trip and it was fun. Me and my wife had a blast posing and taking weird pics with the aliens located here. I will say Roswell in general was a bit of a bust as I expected a citywide alien fest and you get some alien advertising, alien eyes on light posts, a museum, and a few souvenir places. We ended up visiting the museum and Alien Zone before leaving town early.

Great place for alien photo opps

Lots of fun photo ops! Only dissapointing that some of the aliens appear to be somewhat destroyed over time. Luckily it wasnt well lit to hid those imperfections. It looks like a lot of people didnt respect the rules they have posted everwhere. Like dont stand on the table and dont draw on the walls. Which ruins it for others. Had to zoom in to avoid the MANY signs saying these things. Personally, I think they should raise the price a little just to fix the problems. Its not a huge amount of photo ops, but enough that its frustrating that the aliens have been partially destroyed. There is a gift shop of stuff like toys and shirts as well.

After fifteen minutes in Roswell my interest had dwindled to nil...and then we stumbled upon Alien Zone. Toss down a few dollars and the lady will let you in the back where they have a bunch of thrown together sets that make for a great photo op. I havent laughed that hard in a long time. You can take as much time as you want since theres no one to rush you along. It was a great ninety minute killer and we had a ton of fun. Id totally do it again.

Of all the alien stuff to see in Roswell. Alien zone was my favorite. They have all these little alien sets built so you can take pictures with them. We had a ridiculous time! So many insane photos. Just use your imagination and be a kid again for a little while.

Its kitschy and campy, on purpose, of course. The alien models are dirty and dingy but its fun and goofy to take pictures with them. Wish it was a bit more clean and kept up. Is it worth a 2-hour drive? absolutely not? Is it worth a visit if you are doing a Roswell-run?Absolutely.

We had a super time taking pictures here! There are about two dozen spots where they have scenes set up and you can take really crazy pictures. Theres the alien autopsy, the upside-down room, the UFO crash site, the alien in the cafe and lots of others. Theres even a place where to kids can play with tubes and slides.

Its a cool place to take pictures with the aliens. Cant beat the price. It was nice.

When you are in Roswell you want to take pictures with aliens or at least get some souvenirs. This is probably one of the biggest in town and right there on the main street a few blocks from the museum. You can find many unique designs of shirts and they have an instagramable area in the back where you can take pictures. It is very cheesy, but thats why you are visiting Roswell.

Alien Zone is the cheesiest, most ridiculous place Ive ever been to but oh my gosh my husband and I had so much fun here. They have a bunch of different scenes set up for you to take corny pictures with aliens, ufos and such. When we visited there was nobody else there so we were able to just move freely and enjoy ourselves. Great place to take some fun pictures for really cheap.

Not worth the time, minimal displays and you can find all of the merchandise online for a lot cheaper. Signs on everything saying do not touch ruin any decent pictures you might try to take.

Do cool. A must if you are driving through New Mexico. This is the Meca of all the alien movies, alien fans and more. Go back in time with this small city that big of stuck in the 1950s and never left

Great t shirts & souvenirs

It was fun, but the movies werent very long at all. The childrens cartoon was super cute.

Drove over 500 miles from Texas and this was the only place we wanted to visit in Roswell. Showed up Sunday march 1st and even though it says its open, it was closed. Called and no one answered. Left Roswell the next morning

I went in asked if this place was something my kids would like to do and of course she acted annoyed and said NO its a gift shop and the area 51 next door is just a bunch of aliens posing and you can take pictures with them. There was clearly a playground in there and the my kids would have loved taking pics with the aliens. I didnt bring them in though because she clearly didnt like kids. She needs a different job that doesnt make her a miserable ****

Seems like all the shops in the area carry the exact same souvenirs. Would be lovely to see some more unique gifts. I feel like Ive seen it all and no reason to go back.

I just love this place. Theres so much creativity and so many neat things to see its a great tour place to visit and take your kids through their Museum. I will definitely be going back and taking my kids. Jessie the lady at the register was super nice and sweet made us feel at home she was very welcoming! Great prices on their souvenir gifts and plenty to choose from for kids and adults.

I cant believe people wouldnt give this place 5 stars! It was awesome! Loved the cheesy gifts and the prices. I took lots of souvenirs back to St Louis. Everyone loved them. Now I have lots of people going to visit.

This place is not worth your time or money. The place is dirty and the attractions are falling apart. It seriously looks like a junior high student attempted to make a haunted house and failed.

Lady at the entrance was rude and seemed annoyed to have customers, and the displays are a little beat up. There are a ton of cool displays and photo ops, though. It was certainly worth a few dollars each for a fun half hour with the kids.
