Peaceful and quiet place to live but needs more parking spaces.

The place is cramped the yards are maybe 4 feet wide. Also absolutely no parking for guests. All the parking they remade to cram more trailers into the property. Good people though neighbors are very friendly.

I love this place, Holly is very efficient and a nice person too, Im so glad my friends recommended thos place to me!

Me and my husband are happy here. I think it is a nice and quiet place to live. Whenever I have a issue the staff always respond quickly and try to make things right.

Have live here for 6 moths now and cannot get the park to repair my street lights. Also as it gets warm more teens are on the street and causing trouble.Now after living in this park I have had to deal with a water leak under our home from an under ground pipe break. It still has not been fixed and it has been three years a d I sti.l have water sitting under the mobile and our skirting is still off because of animals getting under ther and using it as a litter box. Problems dont get fixed but manager sure complains if something is not right about your yard. I still give this park 1 star.

Some times gets loud but pretty relaxed area

As a former tenant of 18 years, Ive watched this place rapidly decline - not only in environment but also in management. I wouldnt recommend this park to anyone, nor would I move back.
