The maintenance man is a very disrespectful person he is rude he never comes into my home without a smile it comes onto my property unannounced every time my Holmes and broken into twice I lost everything and this man thinks that he can come onto my property anytime he wants to he is very rude and very disrespectful I dont understand why aggressive argumentative every time I experienced this man he is disrespectful dont give a s*** about the needs of the tenants but your maintenance people were supposed to help you

Great place to live and raise your family, close to grocery stores, gas stations and so much more.....

This is not a trashy mobile home park. The rifraf is gone and upgrades are continuously being made.

That place is like fear and loathing in Granite Bay just weigh more ODD!

For starters, the place is ran by slum lords. Being a resident Im constantly burdened by incompetent, primate-like, numbskulls that call themselves maintenance men. Management is a total joke and can be compared to a train wreck, that should paint the picture well for you. Finally, it seems theyll let any scum of the earth in here. My advice, run while you still can and dont consider settling here...
