This is an adult park(55+ I believe) this place is beautiful. Very well kept, grounds are well maintained, looks to be a newer park but still looking very crisp!! And the homes and lots are kept clean, free of clutter, residents take very good care of thier spaces. Looks to be a place i could very well call home!!

I was extremely pleased at the amenities provided by this modular home community. They really do have everything. Also, their groundskeeper, was arguably the most polite individual in the entire place! Highly recommend this place.

PRO : Impressive mobile homes. All have 2 car garages and a little extra property around each one. Enough for a back yard patio or ? CON : One owner complained about management because his space rent went up to $850/mo. They told him that if he didnt like it, he could move. He might be on a fixed income ?

Diamond K Estates is one of the best over 55 Manufactured home communities. Every residence has a front and back yard and a garage. Beautifully kept pool, tennis courts and community centers.

Wonderful place to live

Looks to be a great place to live - nice amenities within the community. Though it may seem to be affordable, there is a lease on the property that increases the expenditure for living there.

Beautiful community of very well maintained homes. The people who live here obviously care quite a bit about their neighborhood. Everything is clean and pristine on freshly paved streets.

Senior 55+ mobile home park. Close to shopping, nice grounds & common areas, like mansion, clubhouse, walking paths, duck/fishing pond. Community newsletter. Friendly neighbors. Most units have garages and/or a small yard. Pool is very old and unheated so not as usable as it could be for older folks. No locker rooms.

Very well kept. Quiet. Simply a lovely place to live.

The rich people are cool. No not really. I need the historic house to myself.

I can only speak from visitor perspective. But, good low speed limit and plenty of parking. Most homes have garages.

Moved in here 5 mos ago, retirement communityvery quiet and relaxed atmosphereextremely well maintained, friendly management, beautiful groundsthe only negative I see is parking just a little tightcause you cant park on street overnightbut all the houses have garages so its adequate

Rip off $950 a month rent with no ammenities

Contactor working for the park. I did the work.The claimed to have a problem.I let them know I would fix the problem.They would not allowed me to fix the problem or see the issued and I could not charge them for the labor and materials I installed.Bad Management issues.
