Great location, just be sure to have your home inspected before you buy. The lot owners will let current tenants sell over value, and in disrepair.

I can say that I lived there since November 2008 and Jo Anns husband Terry gave me a place to live when I was homeless and getting unemployment checks . Terry asked for $750 to move in and he passed away in 2014 . Awesome man but I got evicted 07-2018 because I lost my job and couldnt find a new one but I lived there nine and a half years and had great memories I will never forget living there meeting interesting people

Great place to start a lil family like 2 adults and a kid since most trailers are 2 bedrooms. Cheap lot rent. Great landlady with a heart. Garabage is picked up twice a week . water is included . close to lots of restraunts and shopping and freeways

Management is completely horrible an rude. The maintenance in this mobile home village is sketchy an unreliable.

Very well managed. Tries to work with all tenants.

Small town feel. Nice and clean property.

Not the worse place to visit. One way only dont miss your address or you will be driving around the whole place again.

I lived there and it was hell my trailer burned down n it was there fault because of the wiring

I will tell you this... Being harassed for no reason is unacceptable! You cannot treat your tenants like that. I mind my own business and bomb I feel like Im being stalked by someone who isnt even the manager. But that doesnt matter because Im sure she cries until she gets her way. I asked for something to be fixed two months later nothing so I paid for it to get fixed even though they have a lazy ass maintenance man. Place is a Damn joke. Do not recommend this place ever!

IVE BEEN LIVING HERE SINCE 2005 WITH MY FAMILY AND THE ONLY WAY YOU GET HARRASSED IN HERE BY MANAGEMENT IS DUE TO THESE PEOPLE NOT PAYING THERE RENT ON TIME OR BEING A FEW MONTHS LATE.DUH OF COURSE YOULL BE HARRASSED WHEN YOU OWE THEM MONEY. THIS PARK IS AWESOME ACTUALLY AND THE ONLY PARK IN MACOMB COUNTY THAT I TRUST. REASON BEING IS THE NEIGHBORS THAT HAVE BEEN LIVING HERE FOR A LONG TIME ACTUALLY WATCH OUT FOR PEOPLES PROPERTY ECT. MANAGEMENT IS AWESOME & GOOD HEARTED PEOPLE.THE RIFF RAFF ALWAYS GET KICKED OUT OF HERE, ESPECIALLY NOT PAYING RENT. WHEN YOU OWN A TRAILER IN HERE, LOT RENT IS FARELY CHEAP. THERE IS ONLY ONE WAY IN THIS PLACE WHICH IS OFF OF GRATIOT BEHIND BROTHERS TIRE & PIZZA HUT.REASON IM LEAVING THIS UPDATED REVIEW IS IM SICK OF PEOPLE TRASHING THIS PLACE FOR NO REASON. THERE IS A PARK ON THE SIDE OF US THAT HAS BASKETBALL COURTS, PAVILION, PLAY GROUND EQUIPMENT ECT. KROGERS, WALGREENS, DOLLAR GENERAL AND RESTAURANTS AND FAST FOOD EVERYWHERE. Parking not good

Living here was horrible. I could not get any repairs done on the rental. I was harassed by the Management. This has been a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this Mobile Park to any one looking for a secure place to reside. Zero rating from me!
