This is one of the courses where I learned to play golf many years ago. They were open today (the weekend after Thanskgiving) - isnt global warming great. My brother and I decided to play and had a blast. This is a beginners course. Experienced golfers wont need their woods. Who cares, this is a gem tucked in a first ring suburb and is affordable.

Great course especially for a beginner golfer like myself. Guy at the desk is a bit slow, and gave me the wrong set of clubs, but that was just a minor negative that is offset by the beautiful views

First time teeing off here and onky my second round ever. Was a great course. Especially for beginners. Simple yet subtly challenging, it presents itself as a beautiful, well laid out course. I would definitely go back whether its for practice or a competitive round with some mates. I must say though for the big time golfers, you may find it too simple and not challenging enough. But if you just want a round of golf with or without a nice cold beer and the sun shining down on you, this is the spot!

Ive grown to appreciate this course for what it is. Its a good course for beginners or someone looking for a metro par 3 course that is inexpensive and welcoming. Carts are available, but not needed. Hole #6 is the longest and most difficult hole at 206yd with water on the right and trees on both sides, including narrow tee box. Great course for tuning in irons and working on short game. Currently hole cylinders are raised up slightly out of the ground for covid- protection. This means the ball does not go in the hole. Im not a fan. Positives are that there is never a starter or a ranger. I play extra holes and balls when time allows. Negatives are the clubhouse does not try to make foursomes. The course is filled with 2s and 3s and even 1s and its hard to get in right away.

Great 9 hole par 3. Playable with 2 people in about 90 minutes if not waiting on a group ahead. Rarely crowded and conveniently located.

Great Course, fairways were nice and greens were in good conditions. Although there was quite a bit of goose poop on the greens.

Cedarholm is great for those who dont want to struggle on a regulation course. Longest hole is 194 yards. Take your kids here to introduce them to the game.

I think this is great little golf course for the cost. Its not hard. Its really a beginners course. No drivers needed and the price seems fair. The whole course is a 9 hole with mostly par 3s. Overall, 8/10 would play it again.

This is a great golf course for beginners--very simple (no big obstacles) and short holes. Overall it is a very small course--so you can get by with the pull carts just fine!
