It was a great day at the park. My grandson played for 2 hours basketball and football with a couple of kids that he met there everything was nice and clean it was a good time for them

We had my nephew birthday here you can play basketball, tennis has a baseball park ... you can also bbq there lots of space

Playground is big but needs some cosmetic work done on some of the equipment. Basketball and tennis courts need some work also and people seem to have trouble finding the trash cans judging from the garbage scattered about.

Nice location for events. Far enough away from traffic to provide intimacy, but close enough to major roads for easy access.

I love this park. There is always a diverse group of people enjoying the basketball courts, 3 playgrounds, and baseball fields. It’s a great place to take the kids.

Nice little park with play areas for little and older kids. Multiple basketball, tennis courts, and baseball fields. There is also a shelter, lodge, and a nature trail at the back of the park. Very nice permanent washroom on site, open during warmer months.

I am only leaving a 1 star so someone can come out and fix or rope off the broken teeter totter, the springs are broken on both sides and it is very dangerous, but it is probably the most popular ride at the park, the kids love it. If a parent isnt there to supervisor I could see a child getting very hurt. Town of Gates, please do something for the kids who frequent this park! Other than that the park does get a

This park is a nice place to give family functions and any other type of functions. Nice and big a area in the back where you can BBQ and their seatings and tables. And theres a area where children can play. A nice big kitchen restrooms, tables and chairs are included. I say about a hundred plus people can be seated in the cabinet.

I really dont like this place. It feels like your having a picnic in prison. Its not inviting and I, personally, would not bring famiily, or friends here for a gathering. The only redeeming factor is that having stores close so if you do need something it is convenient to get.

Visited the park today with KGC crew. We cleaned alot of litter up and made the park clean again. Really hope it stays this way. Love the changes to the park. I did subtract 1 star because I miss the seesaw

It was flooded when i went, but otherwise ok. The trails could use some clearing.

My first time there for a birthday party the only thing when we started setting up we found used condoms right on the side of the pavilion. Park workers should really do a dry run of pavilions before events start.

Located in the town of Gates. Open and enclosed shelters to rent. Tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball diamond, skate board park (must register to use) Well maintained and clean.
