Has nice trail that leads to a very beautiful overlook of the outer parts of older Rochester. Its a little bit of a steep climb at first so warning to anyone who has a hard time physically. Not an easy trail right at the start. But once you reach the top its all easy level ground and nice abundant trees and nature all around you!!!
Nice small park. Trails are well marked and there are nice views of the downtown area from the top.
We had a great time hiking around in the fall! Some of the trails would have been unpleasant in the summer when all the grasses and undergrowth were filled out.
Nice but challenging trails. Steep startmeans downhill finish. We will return.
Urban, kinda loud ok. I’m not sure this deserves a 5 but it’s just ok. I was not real impressed and the construction and traffic noise made any peace of being out in the woods go away. It’s ok.. that’s about all I’d give it. Not a biking trail steep and full of old landscaping stones.
Great park with nice oak savanna ecosystem. Needs a Muir bench or two
Great hiking trails for all skill levels. Many different paths to take. Beautiful views.
Pretty good, scary at night
Super fun experience and hiking trail is not too tough.
Very short trail that either way ends to privaye property??
Many hiking trails and things to explore. The terrain has many challenges, including steep climb, marshy areas, and poor trail marking. Its not hard to lose your way.
Love this park and have for years and years. I like the fact its minimally maintained and has much more of a in the woods feeling than most of the parks in town. Dusk is great for seeing the deer wandering through.
Nice trail, hiden in the middle of the town!
Great hidden gem right inside of Rochester.
Deep woods feel without the 30 minute drive. Steep incline at times, but well worth the reward.
Great Trails vertical horizontal any kind of hiking you want tough light if you want to see a good view its all there and when some cool people there just seems like good people surrounded that area I was just great conversation with people great stranger comradery.
Great place for a short hike. Fun place for a run through the he woods.
Rustic, // woods no place to set down. A log! Almost works
A lot like country trails in the middle of town. Hiking to get to the top is not for the faint of heart. Trails mostly narrow watch out for the dropoff stone walls. Trails can be icy in winter and overgrown in summer. Nice overlook of Rochester.
If you really wanna see some nature go here. My cross country team played tag up there and its just beautiful with lots of nature and places to hide. Be careful of the sketchy kids who smoke weed up there though. Probably stick to daylight hours
Cabin fever had us wanting to get outdoors. Great place to walk around and enjoy the views
The adventure begins just looking for the entrance to this park, within the maze of neighborhoods and private roads!
Love the trails!
I saw 30 species of birds in 90 here. Nice views from the top.
Cool little place to go hiking in nature
Would never have guessed there was a place like this in the middle of rochester.
Parking lot for cars and then hiking trails
