I’ve been coming to this park since the mid 1980s and it is always a nice experience. It’s adjacent to other great amenities in downtown and the Paint Creek and Clinton River trails provide lots of recreational opportunities. Very picturesque in autumn

Hello this was my 1st time ever at this park and I have been enjoying it very much I like to scenery. I did go on one of the trails I believe it was Paint Creek that used to be an old rail road line. I enjoyed following the river i almost made it to the lake Orion lake. I wish they had portable Laboratories on the trail but I do understand Because of the virus it will be hard to maintain them and to keep everyone safe But I will recommend it.I Add after your finish the trails with your bike or walk or run You can hang Hang out at downtown Rochester and to visit all the beautiful places to shop Or eat or drink

Great little park with a small playground. I use it as an access point to the Paint Creek Trail, which is awesome for biking/walking. It goes all the way to downtown Lake Orion and is very smooth. The vast majority is also in the shade, and the scenery is great. Highly recommend checking it out!

The park was amazing this morning... The weather was perfect, the sound of Paint Creek flowing thru the park was soothing, people fishing on the river and at the pond and to top it off there was a gentleman playing beautiful music on a keyboard for all to enjoy. Truly a great way to start the day. This park is a highlight of the community!

We absolutely love this park. Weve been coming here for over 5 years. We live within walking distance so we spend a lot of time walking here. The river going through the park is our favorite plus we can walk to the library by following the paths. The park is always clean and not usually too crowded although it does get busy. Lots of large grassy areas to picnic, plenty of trash cans to deposit waste, the bathrooms are pretty clean too. There is a lack of picnic tables though. Its also great if you play Pokemon Go! Lots of pokestops and gyms.

This is a great family friendly park! It stretches for a pretty long time with a river that runs through it the entire length. On one end kids can actually walk into the river and wade in to the water a little bit. On the other end it gets a bit deeper and a little bit faster. Plenty of benches along the route for sitting and relaxing. Tons of families come here to do things like ride bikes, check out different events in the summer, and play at the playground. Theres also a volleyball court, another smaller playground, and plenty of green space to play catch or hang out with your family. The knocks I have for this place are lack of bathrooms as theres really only one pavilion. And there are no grows and the park, which I suppose being such a tight neighborhood Park thats probably because they dont want the densely packed area to get smoked out. Plenty of places nearby to grab picnic fare or carry out. Ice cream places are also nearby.

A beautiful place to bring the kids... Oops, I mean teens! Weve graduated from the mini play equipment to walking the paths! There are restrooms in middle of park. Also public restroom behind/kiddie corner to police station. Far side of fountain if you park on Pine Street side. The parking lot is excellent. Large and people generally pay more attention here in this parking lot. Alot of pedestrian traffic...plus bicycles, dogs. Ps..if you want to bring your pet into this park you need to visit the station to obtain BRIGHT PINK Rochester park pass. Vaccines records needed to verify all pets up to date on everything. Safety first!
