Relatively quiet, lots of good people but sketchy ones too. Trailers tend to be small and not in great shape. Owners are Christian people and do the best they can for renters.

Quit out of the way relaxed atmosphere

Although its very cheap and affordable for people who are struggling. I dont feel like the owner understands that alot of his (units) need serious work done to them. It would b nice to see a little more work done when it comes to fixing up the units. So these people can not only live Where the rent is cheaper but also live stress free about where there staying. But over all its helping people who cant afford most apartments.
