Nice building very clean good place to have a party if need be

A good safe and clean place to go work out Sports it have family fun.

We rented out the building for our wedding and reception. Theres nothing horrible about the premises and nothing great about it either with the exception that you can rent the playground and park area along with building for an extra 15 dollars. Its a great price and for that alone made it worth it. The biggest issue is the procedure in place that lets the city of Rochester guards know that someone has a permit to rent the place. The guard didnt show up until about 45 minutes after we were supposed to be let into the premises. Despite having paid for the building months before the date we were renting it, they didnt find out that someone rented it until they got a fax shortly after 9AM, the time the rental started. The closing guard didnt show up to check on the premises until 10:30pm, about an hour and a half after our rental ended. There system killed around two hours of my time!

Small park for kids, outdoor basketball court. Unfortunately the park area is filled with what looks like mulch with dirt and we dragged all that dirt into the car...
