Disclaimer: I do not live here but several friends do. This is one of the the least expensive mobile home parks around. The lot rent is around $775 a month. Some trailers are very well maintained and others are not. Im here on weekends and I see many kids outside playing, which I like.My friends say it is very quiet area to live and raise a family. A high school is nearby. Shopping areas are within 3 miles west and east of the park.

I called just inquiring about the place and if they had any open spots. The lady was unbelievably rude and told me she wouldnt accept my RV. When I asked why she told me because it was over 30 years old. First, she has never seen it. Second, its a 97 which is 21 years old. Third, its been kept in very clean condition. She wouldnt even look at it and then give me an answer. When I told her I was in my 30s and born in the 80s, there is no possible way my RV is over 30 years old she didnt have anything to say. I told her her website had old RVs in the pictures, she said they didnt have a website. Then keep on your Google listing because theres a website attached.
