Am amazing place to visit,and for many, an amazing place to live if you enjoy live away from the city. All in all, a nice place to visit, but I prefer more greenery in nature than desert. Non the less, a beautiful place to picnic or hike.

Overall its a great place to live. Its very quiet. Beautiful location, beautiful views, close to shopping and freeways.

An easy place to visit. seems like a quiet little local, friendly people that mind their own beeswax but still say hello. convenient to shopping and activity. someday I may consider moving here for the peace and quiet...when I need the rat-race I can just drive down the street and visit and then return to this quiet haven.

I give this place five stars because it has been one of my favorite places to live in the 25 or so years I have lived in CA. Here are the the two main reasons: It is so quiet and the people that live in the park are friendly just enough. What I mean is, they mind their own beeswax but seem to be able to be welcoming. It must come from the top. I just happen to be living here again after being absent for 4 or 5 years. It was the same as it was then.For certain holidays, they send out fliers to the residences where we can meet at the clubhouse. I do remember going one July 4th years back and enjoyed the energy of the people there. We had a potluck.I want to give a fair and informational review so I am going to mention the downside for me; and that would be the gym hours. I am an early bird and work early and am more active in the AM hours . They do not open the gym until I am due to be at work: 9am. I really wish they would change that but I believe that it is due to staff hours beginning at 8 or 9.Hope this helps!

Great place to live

Love the young residents make the park much more lively. The swimming area is always clean and theres a nice club house with many activities and a library.

Great place to live

Been here off and on for 8+ years management used to be a lot better but people make the park what it is. Theres some annoying little kids that are very rude but for the most part people are caring and things dont reallyget stolen. Its a great environment for families of all kinds.

We have lived here for a year and a half and so far we love it. We have great neighbors and enjoy the community center that we have access to. We are thankful to be here and in this area!

Nice clean place. Went to a function in there guest lounge, banquet room, neat roomy, with pool tables and swimming pool.

This place is awful! Many years ago it used to be a nice park but it has steadily gone downhill because of terrible mngmt. They do not listen nor do they make any effort to help resolve a TERRIBLE situation!!

Mngr is a spineless loser. Avoids the problems in the park by avoiding confrontation because she lacks the management skills to diffuse problems before theyre out of control. A real LOSER.

There are a lot if annoy kids that dont follow the parks rules also in the summer the pool gets over crowded and it is very unpleasant
