Limited parking but a decent place. People seem to like eachother.

Yes,,,there were about 4 new mobile homes located in the very back of the park, they were BEAUTIFUL,,,and inexpensive,,if looking to buy one of these homes,,please be sure to read with understanding the small print, the entrance to the park, not so pretty,

Lived in this mobile home park for 14 years raised my children here its a nice quiet place to live although the traffic that goes through there drive too fast

Lived here for 15 years and raised my family here. Overall decent rent decent management and good neighbors

Lived here 15 years in total...its ok for a mobilehome park. Rent is very reasonable

Its a pathetic ghetto of a trailer park. But along with the drug dealers & trailers with far too many inhabitants, there are very low income seniors who have trouble even affording this place. It saddens me that Im not in a position to help those poor seniors financially.

Its a nice place to stay

They tow cars away from there because they rent all there visitor parking to the tenants
