If your looking for a nice place to live with great and friendly manegment, this is not the place for u. If your looking for a place thats family friendly this is not it. The residents in the park are great. Quiet neighborhood sometimes you see kids playing in the streets which is nice but the management sucks. The rules can be extreme and they have no people skills. They are very rude to everybody. Owners guests even children. Any maintenance done around the park you can be sure to see it on your next bill. Water prices shoot up Everytime the do tests on there hydrants which is quit frequent and they have no problem pushing responsibility on you for them loosing your rent check. Checks get stollen from the office all the time and they will come back holding u responsible because they have yet to cash it. Be ware. Think before u buy. Speak to residents there.

Literally the worst mobile home park you could move to would not recommend at ALL. the management is so corrupt and literally goes around harassing people for fun yeah youd be better off homeless than here

They say its a family Mobile Home Park but its really not that family oriented and to that specifically the management. The managers I had an encounter with were not polite or professional. But the neighborhood and neighbors are nice.

For me this place is very good the manager are so good they They treating you like family always tried to help you

The worst place to call home for many residents. My mom sadly bought her home in this mobile home park. They have the worst management the RUDE women attending calls has no phone etiquette and is bluntly rude. They also have a handyman or I dont know his job title a this establishment, he is very hostile and of course rude and unprofessional. The way they are managing the property and treating residents is very sad. Your are not allowed to do much here. If you rent they will ask to evict your renter . Many neighbors have complained and know exactly the type of individuals . Corporate has been contacted for their poor character and professionalism .

My sister lives here and its a very nice quiet mobile home park.clean. The only thing i so t like is there is not much visitor parking

Dont ever buy a mobile home in this place or rent there. one of the worst facilities ever. Terrible rules and they treat their tenants terribly and the house park is very dirty...
