This is a fun and educational place to take the kids on a special day. If youre expecting an imax experience, take another look at the ticket price and enjoy what the EKU planetarium offers. The programs are great and the gift shop usually has something unique and fun.

Thought to take wife out for some star gazing, if you will, and ended up pretty disappointed. the entire visual experience was blurry and out of focus. when I asked the moderator about it, I was told it was the film quality and that there was nothing, regrettably, that could be done. I was then told that the presentation afterwards would be much better....it was not.. very faint with no clarity. staff very pleasant and friendly no knock there, just walked away unimpressed and a little disappointed about what I thought should have been a real cool visual experience....

Gem hidden next to Lexington. A must trip for a kid. $6 admission for an adult. Awesome theater with 3D feeling. Attended various 3D, 4D, IMAX theaters in US, but enjoyed Hummel theater most.

Great place to take the kids, seats go back and is like a ride through space

Currently the planetarium is closed to the public. I did have fun volunteering at WEKU for their spring fund drive.

Great place for the family and the individual.

Great learning experience

All there was to do there was watch a movie and see a pathetic room with stuff in it. There was no stars to view or teaching going on. Not worth the trip or cost.
