Always doing construction and now they force home owners to lay to remove trees the property owners dont like. They will charge you to do home work if they dislike anything about the home and if the workers damage your home..well you are responsible. The have a lack of parking and the management is not helpful. Dont move in here!!

Its a great community and great people run it

I live here it is a bad place they will force you to fix the home that we did not do it was the workers a so don’t live here is not safe either a old woman came in our backyard and said we is China and a other women was trying to get in the houses

CB mobile home specialist done a good job on putting new homes in.. looks like a good neighborhood to live in.
