Excellent service. Good for kids, teens, adults, everybody! Very safe. Excellent for families. The name of the person who was helping us is JOEL. He was awesome. Fast in his service, he knew what to do do, explaining things without the need to be asking all the time. Always smiling and very correct.
This place was pretty awesome! My 3 y/o loved it and wants to go back right now! The place is pretty small compared to other trampoline parks Ive been to, but they sure crammed a lot of attractions into a small space. It definitely caters to parties, and older kids. But mine is 3 and he still had a blast! The food was pretty expensive, but their slice of pizza was huge and delicious, and their chicken strips were the best that me and my family had ever eaten! The employees were all young teens but they were all very helpful and polite, which made the atmosphere even more delightful! The tickets were decently priced too, and I loved that we werent charged full price tickets since our son is only 3. My least favorite thing here was having to pay $3 for a locker for 2hrs. I definitely recommend this place. We might even do our sons 4th birthday party here!
We bring my 3 year old here often. She always has lots of fun and ends up super tiered! Definitely recommend.
We took our children to the park last week, and my children loved it. Said it is the best trampoline park they have been to. Before we went, I read their sanitary practices about covid. They said all the right things on their website, so we felt decently safe. On our way in there was a group of children, from mid-teens to four or so, that were wearing no masks even though the sign on the door said it was required. I asked about it and they said kids 10 and under dont need to, but that didnt excuse the teenagers. Against my better judgement, we stayed. For two hours, my children were the only kids wearing masks, and I will say 85 percent of adults were not either, no matter what they were doing. Once, they came on the speaker and said adults need to put on masks, but none listened. Only once did they stop action to have people use hand sanitizers. Never did they sanitize anything else. Whoever is in charge needs to take covid as seriously as they take putting on the harness for the zip line. Other businesses we visited in the area have all people wearing masks. Covid sanitation is all lip service here. You have been warned. Go at own risk.
It was a great choice going to Urban Air for fun with the family! They had rock climbing, good food, obstacle courses, and it was a great way to hangout and spend the day being out!
Its a nice location, the kids had a blast. Didnt give them 5 stars because I didnt see many employees cleaning the pay areas during the 2hrs I was there. I would expect them to have a cleaning team around the clock especially now with the whole covid-19. Besides that its a fun place.
They continue to remind patrons that anyone 10+ must be wearing a mask, but its clearly not enforced. I would say 80% of the adults walking and sitting around are not wearing masks....If you want to enforce face coverings, perhaps lead by example and start with your staff. Most of the staff had their mask on their chin; why even wear one? There is a lady walking around constantly cleaning tables, which I guess is something. In my opinion, the other local trampoline parks are much cleaner and are taking covid a bit more serious. We really enjoy urban air, but wont be back for a while.
Very fun environment for everyone. There are a lot of options for everyone to enjoy. Four stars given instead of five because the snack bar was extremely slow as the was only one person working the front which included working the register, preparing drinks and other snacks, and leaving the counter to deliver food.
Went to Urban air for the first time with my family and our friends family. A very interesting experience to say the least... I want to start with saying the two women that were working behind the cashier were very helpful and polite. Most of the obstacles were fun for the kids and even us adults. Heres where some of our issues were while we were there. The first thing I noticed was were staff members saying curse words to each other in their conversations right next to my 3 and 8 year old. The next thing that we noticed was the lack of supervision by staff in the area of the ball pit, most children were older and either crowding the end of the obsticle or even going down the obstacle backwards towards other children trying to complete the course. This occurred the entire 2 hours of being there. Also in the ball pit besides the balls themselves, it was especially apparent the dirtiness of the walls obstacle on the right side of the course. The facility was very warm and it may be a large building with lots of people but even to sit down and watch was hard on our friends mom. While on one obsticale I was trying to help my children with bouncing in one of the courses that you land on your back and you bounce back up with your feet going up the wall; while demonstrating what to do I had landed on my back and instead of bouncing up normally my belt was caught by one of the springs that hooked around my belt and ripped it as I was bouncing back up. This was a quite a scare as I had no idea what I had landed on until after and we had noticed the hook sticking out from the rest. I am thankful it did not hurt me in any other way but sadly that could have been a child and it could have hooked into someones skin and been a lot worse. I had told the only employee in the area immediately and showed them where the metal was. They tried to tuck it back under the tarp and proceeded to allow children to continue jumping. I wanted to make sure no one got hurt from this so I shared the information with the managers (I believe it was the owner of the business). Unfortunately, there was no response in compassion from the owner which ultimately led me to writing this review. I do believe there should have been a are you okay or something along those lines but instead it was show me what your talking about and I see what your talking about but not even a Thank you for bringing it to their attention . Thankfully they did shut down that one trampoline and hopefully they were able to fix the issue before opening up again. As a fellow local business owner here in Reno I hope for the absolute best for your business and only write this in hope it will help this business improve and be a pleasurable spot for families to bring there children. Best of wishes!
What a great time! Such a nice way to spend an evening especially with everything going on and the kids to be kids! The staff was amazing and super attentive. I would highly recommend Urban Air!!!!
Staff was very good except for the Chic wearing a crop top with her size Ds hanging out :/ not appropriate with children. Didnt like that there were tables underneath a climbing apparatus. Staff was cleaning above our table with a broom! Nasty! Kids had fun though. Food prices and drinks were ridiculously priced.
We were there in January and my husband lost his wallet with $300 in the ball pit after trying to get my son out of the ball pit. We understand that nothing should be in your pocket there but my son had just choked himself on one of the rings so we were obviously not thinking of emptying out pockets. When we went to ask the front desk about coming back to look for it when no one was there they said that wasnt allowed that the best they could do was take down our name and number and then maybe come by when they 1st open or check back. I asked them when they clean out the ball pit and they told me they dont really do that unless they are looking for something important like an inhaler. I have tried contacting them back via email but have had no luck! Its July now and still no answers!
I have taken my daughter to both of the trampoline parks that I know of in the Reno/Sparks area and I personally believe this was the best of the 2. My daughter said she agreed as well. I personally loved the basketball trampoline area while my daughter spent most of her time in the ninja warrior like obstacle course. My only compliant is that I wish they would have had a place like this when I was a kid!
Great place to bring kids when youre bored or cant think of a place to take them! So much fun!
Very fun place for kids and teens to go. Their pizza is amazing!.Gabriel is very nice guy.
My wife and I brought our kids here for a family day and we had an amazing time thanks to kira and Ana.. Most amazing place to come and have fun for the day! Great prices too!
Such an amazingly fun place. Kids and adults we all had a good time. Creatively constructed with varying challenges and fun for all. Lots of people were here on a Saturday and it didnt feel crowded. At first the price seemed a little high, but by the time we were done it was apparent that it was a good value. Lots of fun!
Joel is one of the best staff here. If u ever need help hes the one to go to we are really good freinds and please come to him if u need help
Ana and kira were so helpful and amazing. Im so happy that we came here to play! Definantly a great place to take the kids.. Especially birthday parties! Thank you ladies for making our experience memorable and enjoyable!
My 6 & 5 year old have a blast here and the food is pretty good. Only thing I’d change is how dark it is in there.
My kids love it and they are very strict about covid19 so must comply with the rules of covid19. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Looks small when standing in front when you walk in but there are other sections for kids to wonder into. Kids had fun but to buy food and drinks is pretty pricey. Some staff members are really friendly while others just stand and talk with their friends and pay no mind to you or the kids around them.
So much fun and so much to do. A total blast.
My brothers and I had a blast! Thanks kira and ana! #mostfunever
I give urban air 5 stars for the fun my kids had. I decided to do a party here for my child. But I wont be coming back here again the customer service was so bad. I hope anybody who decides to go to urban air doesnt get the same service I do. Horrible experience.
Great place to take the family, have things for most ages.
Park attractions were fun, however staff customer service and morale was poor. Staff used foul language in front of my 9, 10 year old. My 9 year old daughter changed her mind on the zip lining once she saw how high up she was, and the male staff worker actually told her she couldnt go back down the stairs. Another female staff worker ended up coming up the stairs to escort her down. At another attraction, adults and teenagers were hanging out in an area that was designated to be an exiting area, and staff werent asking them to leave, so the kids were trying to exit the attraction and having to move around these adults and teens throwing balls across the pit. Well probably stick to the other Trampoline Parks for now. Maybe give this one about 6 months to get it together.
Fun even for a toddler. Lots of different activities.
Awesome place!!! Very friendly staff! Lots of fun!!!
We came here today for a birthday party. All the staff were great with the kids and helpful. I will be coming back with them to jump again!
Its a good place, my kids had a lot of fun. The staff is friendly and the facility is very clean. They have procedures to sanitize all surfaces and clean equipment after every use.
Great for kids AND adults! The front desk attendants couldve been a bit more aware of things but overall had a great experience for my nephews birthday. If a place like this had existed when I was a kid I wouldve thought it was heaven! I enjoyed playing in the ball pit with my niece and nephews and other bouncing activities. I loved the zip line feature too! What a workout for adults! Seriously all in all this place is great for kids, SO much to do and its clean!
It was great ill come back only because there was a cute worker there.
This is an awesome place, my nieces seem to have a great time my only complaint would be its hard to keep an eye on children in this Place due to the layout and the lighting. They had really exciting and interesting play options and everything seem to be very well maintained. its fun for both smaller and older children. We saved 25 percent by purchasing ahead of time online. You have to use their socks Witch were $2.50 a pair, but you can bring them back next time and reuse them. they also have a cheap parent pass which is a bargain at $5.99 if you want to get in on the action as well. Definitely worth the visit. My niece is now looking forward to having her birthday party here.
My 4 yr. Old loved it and played nonstop for hours! Fairly clean considering the volume of kids in and out on a daily basis! Decent customer service as long as youre not in a hurry.
We had a birthday party on 2/19 with our host Lexi! She was so great and attentive to my crazy child and his friends. She helped make the whole experience so much better!!
Weve checked out all the tramp places in town and Urban Air is by far the best... best attractions, best staff and best prices. Toddler time on Thurs mornings is our jam and so much fun but weve come for the family time in the evenings and its equally great, just a bit more crowded.
Awesome place. There is a lot for kids to do and a lot for them to explore. I plan on having at least one of my boys birthday parties there. What is really cool is when you look above you there is a cable thing that kids can swing out on. It looks like a lot of fun. Makes me want to be 7 or 8 again!
Weve been here twice for birthday parties now and its always so much fun. Its pretty expensive to come on your own and do all the extra activities, but man is it a blast
Pretty neat experience, kids had a blast!
Great place for the kids and family!
Had the best experience here with my three year old the whole staff was great but a girl stood out to me the most. If I remember correctly her name is Maria she was so kind and patient with my son and safety was her number one priority. Definitely going back.
Great place to bring the kids!
An absolute blast! Me and my family had a lot of fun. Layout is done well. Staff all around was professional. Considering how many people and kids are running around the cleanliness was fair too!
Granddaughter - 5 - loves this place. Lots to do and play. Well supervised. Dont like that they limit play time to as little as one hour, depending on package level.
Love this place, fun for the whole family
Honestly its the best trampoline park around if your an adult that likes to play hard. There are challenging features for all skill levels and the facility is huge
A complete mess. You have kids that are 3-5 yrs of age and even saw a couple of what looks like 2yr olds in the obstacle part of the place. It’s a recipe for injury waiting to happen. They need to have a min height and age for that section and even appoint someone to watch it 24/7. It can be a very fun place if they regulated the course better to fit the kids to the right areas and not allow such young young kids to inundate the courses making them unusable for other people and kids that pay to play.
Attended a group party and my children had a great first experience!! Trey and Christian were very helpful in assisting my family with getting our belongings. What a fun time
Great time with the family.
Spent $88.00 to bring my grandsons here, they wanted a treat so got some dipping dots out of a machine$4 each, one was all frozen together with the spoon frozen on the inside, manager says not their machines, wouldn’t give me money to get another, will never come here again. Such bull, if they have the machine in their place of business they should make good on it. Fly High is so much better anyway.... much cleaner and customer friendly.
The Staff are very attentive and there at every turn from Pizza to Cake. Very kid friendly and polite. Clean environment and Adult friendly too. Accommodating to anyone with a disability from parking to entire play area. Definitely making this a repeat location.
I was here from out of town visiting. My kids are 2 and 4, they both had a blast. My kids played for 2 hours and a half, the only reason they were ready to go is because they were hungry and my kids don’t eat the food they offer. We will go again! Great amount of fun for the cost, and enough different things the kids could do what they want and match their skills, never got bored. Thanks got a great day of fun for reasonably good price.
Lots of fun. Kids are totally enjoying it.
The park itself is great, but I just bought a Club sandwich for 6.75 from the snack bar and then was charged about 3 dollars extra for bacon and avocado. The avocado I kind of understand, but bacon is pretty much a given on a club sandwich....
Great place for kids and parents
Lots of fun for the whole family! Is it a bit pricey? Yes. Is it worth it? Yes! Lots to do, plenty of exercise, staff was friendly. Well be back!
Honestly this is a really fun place for the price! We enjoyed everything it had to offer. Although the only reason I am giving this place 2 stars is because of the staff. I have never met a bunch of rude people like the ones that work here! You basically need to stick with your kids on the rides because they are very rude and who knows what they’ll say or do to your child!! The staff also spends their time talking to each other about nonsense! Not once did they instruct anyone on proper safety and they get angry when a child messes up or doesn’t do something correctly. I mean out of the places to be rude why a job with kids?!!!!!Overall, this place and the equipment is very fun but just be cautious with the staff. Very disgusting behavior!P.S. it gets super hot in there and they only provide A.C. to their staff.
It was fun it is the best place to go!
Such a great place to bring your kids! The staff is always super friendly, in particular, Kayla! Thank you for being patient and kind to us!
We have a monthly membership, VERY affordable. My daughter never gets tired of coming here ️
Can anyone tell me is this place open? The website says it is but the mail box is full!
Good place to bring the kids to for a fun evening. Place does get crowded on weekends. Over all a good experience.
We came to Urban Air for a birthday party and the kids loved it. There are several different areas to play. They have a zip line like ride, four different climbing walls, a ropes course, an obstacle course, a trampoline are with a padded revolving deal with padded bars extending out in two directions that kids need to duck under or jump over like a physical challenge game show, trampolines with a basketball hoop, a dodgeball arena, and a normal trampoline area. There is a snack bar, and another bar where the grownups can get a beer or wine while the kids play. This place is a great spot for the kids to run all of their energy out while having a great time.
I signed my son up with a monthly $13 membership. I can take him as many times as I wish. The staff is nice, not the greatest customer service but it’s probably because they’re all young teenagers. Overall my son loves it here and it’s nice that as a parent I can join him.
Tons of fun worth the price. Gotta love that parent pass.
Lots of different things to do and parents can join if want/need to be able . I plan on going back again .
It was nice smooth gathering. Vanessa (host) was supper helpful. I would recommend.
I followed the rules of landing feet first in their foam pit and barely walked away. I seriously injured my back and the wind was knocked out of me. Made the entire rest of my experience terrible I could no longer play with my child. The best part (sarcastically) Im a member and dont want to come back! Follow their rules and get hurt either way!
Great family atmosphere, kids had a blast and us adults enjoyed a few beers in the nice quiet bar inside the facility while the kids played.
We are disappointed with the management. We wanted to book a party here but we cant because they offer nothing for vegans and they wont accommodate or allow you to bring in something. Fly High it is!
We love this place!!
The worst experience ever
Website says play ends at 11:00. Staff said 10:30. After I complained they said we could stay until 11 but still said 10:30 over the intercom. Started mopping the floors at 10:15, requiring kids to walk on wet concrete with socks. $25 seems expensive for what you get. However, the kids had a good time.
Beware! This company falsely advertises and baits and switches membership details. I think its because of the young staff at the front desk who dont know what theyre doing and dont understand the policies themselves. We were extremely misinformed or they changed their policies drastically. We were so disappointed with the staff and service that we asked to end our membership because we wont be using the facility again. They refuse to end our membership and insist on charging us monthly for 12 months. When they opened, they allow us to redeem the snack coupon for many options in the snack bar. Now its only for popcorn. It should be a popcorn coupon. They also allowed us to wear any grip socks and now they force us to purchase their socks and they confiscate socks from their competitors. If you dont believe me ask to see the sock drawer at the front desk. Doing business like this is greedy and will hurt them in the long run. Goodbye Urban Air...Well be going to Fly High and EZ Air for a much better experience.
On my trip there my nephew broke his ankle. The staff were incredible. They paged an EMT who just happened to be there with his kids, I still dont know how they identified that. They helped wrangle the neices and other nephew, and they were just, greatYou have a place mostly staffed by students, and they handle things that professionally? AwesomeIt has all the standard trampoline place provisos, the big 3d maze kids run around in smells like sweat and dirty socks (and lets be honest those sorts of things cannot entirely be made to not smell like that) I liked it better than coconut bowl. Both the neices did the climbing wall, the older of the two zip lined. She loved it.The nephew is now fully recovered and his mother did not end me as is her right as a mother of a child who wasnt broken when handed off, but is coming back. Thanks folks for being so professional, compassionate, and just good at your jobs.P.s. water is incredibly expensive here.
It was very entertaining. Especially, when I got to have fun with some family members.
This is avery kid friendly indoor park. I would say its for young children. Its suited best for ages of about 4 - 10. They have a small indoor zip line which is cool. weekends often are loaded with kids and hard to get around. Also the parking in the area gets real crowded around mid day especially since its next to costco. It a little pricey. Like $25 per kid if you want them to go on all attractions. And I would not suggest ordering thwir food unless you have an iron gut, because its not that good and cant be that good for you. The food is priced ok.
Just had a birthday party for my daughter. It was fun our hostess was great! GOOD JOB ETHAN! Lots of kids at first just gotta shimmy your way in and make it fun!!! Good luck to all who go....thanks again to urban air and our party host
Went for a birthday party and was amazed at how organized the employees were. Very easy to get in touch with an employee and they were all helpful.
The trampolines arent very bouncy like fly highs plus the staff are all teens and are quite rude. Me and my friend wanted to get some mini melts which are basically knock off dipn dots. We asked if we could have some and one of the employees said to get at the machine. So we head over to the machine and try to get some. It takes our first dollar and not our second and we tried it about 4 times and it did the same thing. We went over to the employee at the food stand and told them about it and they replied with, We cant control the machine and did nothing about it. Like at least put an out of order sign. There were also some employees talking trash about another one which wasnt very pleasent.
We had my daughter’s birthday party here in March 2019. We were not impressed by a long shot. The price is exorbitant and the service is sub-par. Three pitchers of soda was $24.00!!! The pizza is excellent, but the rest of the food was undercooked and brought after everyone was done eating. The hostess was both unfriendly and fairly unresponsive. They started cleaning the room 25 minutes before our party time was over. When something costs 300.00, the least they should do is honor your time. Also, the time you spend in the party room counts as your time in the activity center. If you stay past two hours, they charge you eight dollars a child. Overall, I would never do this again. Not worth the price and not worth the aggravation.
Lots of fun and excitement. Even adults can enjoy the options offered.
Awesome time for a birthday party. Plenty for kids and adults to do. Only downside is the drinks and snacks are so expensive. Definitely worth it.
Granddaughter loves this place. Good active fun. Drinks are insultingly expensive.
If they have birthday parties booked, be prepared to stand if you want to watch your kids play as seating is exceptionally limited in these instances. Myself and two other groups were rudely told by a power tripping staff member to sit somewhere else because there was a party reserved. I have no problem with that, but maybe in the future put up a sign or something, people wouldnt have chosen to sit there if that was the case.
Had my daughter’s birthday party at Urban Air Reno this weekend. It was awesome! Our party host was attentive and on top of it all. Loved the size and decor of the party room we had. All the kids had a blast. Super clean facility with attractions for all the kids in the party. Pizza was on time and delicious. You could tell it was made fresh. Can’t wait to book more parties there!
So much more fun than I expected! Us adults had fun too
My kid loved this place so much!
Great places for kids of all ages and theyve usually got some kind of special going on to make a little more affordable.
Pretty cool place. It was really crowded when we went but is really fun and the kids love it.
Excellent place to take your kids. Good prices too.
