Super fun affordable place to bring the kiddos! There was a guy in tattoos when we got there... The owner I think? He was super friendly and really laid back. Definitely recommend!

Pay by the hour but worth it for kids. We were visiting Reno and this was the perfect place to tire out the little ones. Lots of jumping and other activities for the kids. Adults don’t pay and are encouraged to help their little ones onto the bigger jumpers. Super friendly staff, Will definitely be back if we are in the area.

Good place to let the kids burn off energy. Book birthdays and events and management is easy to work with. Can bring catered food and has kitchen area too

Very nice and quaint place to bring kids. My daughter loves it there. There are so many toys for her to play with. Its damn near impossible for your child to injure themselves while playing in the designated play area.

Weve gone a couple times and have enjoyed it Owners were nice. Real slow during the weekdays but were very busy on Saturday with parties but still let us jump.

Kids seem to have fun. But, this is the most unclean and filthy place Ive ever taken my kids. I brought 3 children her Saturday afternoon and they woke up with fungus infection on her check and hands the next morning. I will never bring my children back her again.

Horrible experience at my grandsons third birthday. There were two older kids one over 5 foot that turned out to be the owner’s kids in the 3 yr old section. Had to watch to make sure our kids weren’t crushed. Told the front office Josh and he said they can’t say anything to them or they could be fired. Then Josh cussed out a parent who was trying to tell him to be more professional. They wouldn’t refund a cent so I wouldn’t spend $200 to have a party there. Check out the reviews on FB. Wish I would’ve.

My wife and I met the owner today at Jump Man Jump and it as a great experience through and through. We were not quiet sure if we could go in because there was a birthday party going on and the owner came out and greated us with open arms. I dare you to find another establishment for young and older children that has the same atmosphere that Jump Man Jump has created. It was very clean like always, equipment very well maintained and overall my son loves it! Family owned and it shows. If you want to support Nevada smalls business and you have children Jump Man Jump should 1st on your list.

My daughter loved it. She had the best time. This would be a great place for parties. Fortunately we were apart of a group. I didnt see any staff.

Unsafe, blowers in between and path of children. Nothing is preventing children to go behind the unsafe jump houses. Entry, exit and bathroom doors are within 3 ft of each other. Adults and children were being hit ir nearly hit by the doors and bumped into by incoming and outgoing customers and staff. My 2nd and last visit.

Good place to go with the kids during school breaks. Lots of bouncy things, houses, mats and the like. A good amount of toys for kids to play with as well. The hours are not too bad either, I believe there are 3 or 4 hour and a half slots for $7 cash, $2 fee for using credit cards. And now they sell ice cream too!

This is one of the greatest things any Baker open up for kids theres a establishment very clean my grandkids had a last he had so much fun that he fell asleep 5 minutes after I got in the car

This was a great place!! We had such a fun playful stress free time for our party!! We had littles from age 6months crawling to 14 yrs old and all in between and everyone had some way to play and entertainment!

The remodel looks awesome and theres way more toys and activites and as always great service!

Love being able to take my 2 toddlers here for solid fun and energy burn. Plenty for them to do. My youngest loves the toddler area.

Took 4 and 7 year old granddaughters and they played full blast on everything for 2 hours. They had a ball and good place to exercise during the winter. Prices were more than fair.

Great place for kids big & small. They have 2 separate areas, one for kids 3 & under with tons of toys, jump houses, play houses, slides, etc. The main room has 10 or so huge jumpers with slides. Bathrooms are clean, vending machine has snacks. Only open at specific jumping times. 1 1/2 hours per session. $7 for kids

This was great are 3 year could play and go wild. We dont live in Reno and just need a place to get out an let him play. He had a great time and for $8. Very clean, toys and blow up were nice.

Good for smaller kids as well as pre teens. My 3 year old, 11year old and 9 year old all love going. Would like to see more staff monitoring kid area but all in all a good spot

I love that the kids can have so much fun here and that its not crowded or chaotic! Great little family fun center and adults are free, plus the staff is very helpful and kind. Awesome place to relax while the kids burn off excess energy and have fun. Highly recommend and definitely coming back.

Love this place! We have been coming here for 8 years and my disabled daughter still loves it!

Large well padded and clean area! Huge area for toddlers, and good variety for older kids. 7$ a child for a solid hour and a half of kids constantly working hard is a steal! I would absolutely recommend this place if you have kids!

Super fun for the kids, I loved the toddler area! Just wish they had an area to buy and eat hot foods and snacks for the kids.

We needed a place to burn off our two year old’s energy after swimming was cancelled on us due to snow at 6pm. They were gonna close due to nobody showing up... but saw us and kept the place open JUST for us! Very cool of them to stay open for one 2 year old. We really appreciated it.

So many options and just soooooo fun for pre-teenagers. I really like the large area for kids 3 & under-- there is a wide variety of toys and climbing apparatus to occupy the very young and it keeps them from being overwhelmed by highly active older kids. MAKE SURE you bring/wear socks (with appreciation, no bare foot nor shoes allowed in play area). The 1-1/2 hour time slot works well as most kids leave exhausted. ALSO, PARENTS! During winter months, bring your coats. The kids are running around and staying warm but it can be pretty chilly if you are sedately just supervising.

A fun easy way to spend time with your family. Very affordable, and pretty clean considering all the kids that are in this place. My son was almost 3 when we took him here. It was easy to let them run and jump while having a good eye on them. Lots of variations and skill sets.

Today we had a party there. We paid for 20 kids to be there unfortunately only half showed up, so we were given back the amount that we paid extra for.The party room was neat and clean and there was a fridge & freezer for drinks cake ice cream or whatever you bring in.They provided balloons as centerpieces for each of the tables. theres tables for adults and for children!We had an hour and a half of jump time and a half hour for presents and cake.I definitely recommend paying extra money for more jump time because an hour and a half goes by really quick!Excellent experience and we will be booking with them again in the future.

Parking is limited but the bounce houses are phenomenal for the kids.

Weve done 3 birthday parties here before but things have changed. they mixed-up the events so through out our stay we had to stop our event since people where walking through it.the staff was very pushy a young man working there took it upon himself to let everybody know, if we are not out by 6pm there will be a $50 dollar charge.it was 5:10pm we have done 3 birthday parties here in the past but definitely wont be back for another one. Theres better places to reserve with more coordinated and friendly staff Im sure.

Inexpensive and fun. If you have a small child youll need to stay with them all the time, but 4 years and above can easily and safely run amok. They have a ton of different types of bounce houses that they swap out from time to time. They also have a specific area for toddlers 3 and under so you dont have to worry about rambunctious kids running your toddler over.Overall I find the staff friendly and the prices for open jump more than reasonable. I recommend them to anyone that has children 12 and under.

The idea of this place is awesome and the kids had fun, but the area was dirty. The bathrooms were not stocked with toilet paper. The party host was non-existent during the birthday party and the party room smelled of vomit. Worst place to have a childrens party. We walked in and it took 20 minutes to find anyone who worked there. Not going back.

Friendly staff, clean play areas and a big variety of bounce houses and slides. Our two year old loved it, we will definitely be going back.

Sunday afternoon is the best time to have a birthday party. Our party was the only ones there it was like we were a private rental. Awesome!

Great place to let the kiddos run around during the really cold or hot weather. Love that it has a large area dedicated to infants and toddlers.

This place is not what it used to be...very disappointed in the inflatables (especially for the price to have a birthday party). There werent any staff members that seemed to be adults. The party hostess was so rude that other adults in our party were making comments about her, it was embarrassing. Will never be going back.

Great fun and a great price...but... FFS please regulate the toddler area better. An employee was sitting and he was reading a newspaper while multiple (6+) big kids ranging around age 7 to 12 were climbing on top of the kids play place, taking the toddler motorcycles and rocking horses and taking them to the top of the slides and riding them down (I admit it looked fun but not when my toddler is waiting her turn and they almost rammed her numerous times), and playing tackle football in the toddler area and jungle gym. The girl employee was the only one actively trying and picking up and has always been cheerful, we like her. Still alot of fun. My recommendation? Ask up front how many kids are there and only come in with your toddler if its under 8.

Its a huge warehouse with about 20 to 25 bounce houses slides and obstacle courses. It has different sections for different age groups. Great for birthday parties.

Not bad. Try to bring cash if youre coming to the open gym. Lots of inflatables and the toddler area has lots of toys.

A little expensive but fun

We were attending a party and well first of all there was only 1 lady working and she was trying to run multiple partys and I felt really bad. Are party room was 88 dagrees when we first arrived but we dropped it only to 85 dagrees by the time we left with 2 fans. But the poor lady was being super helpful and was super sweet and she couldnt do ANYTHING about the hot room.

Jump Man Jump seems really disorganized. We arrived at our party time and the inflatables were not all inflated, balloons were not out, and the room was freezing. The balloons were over filled and kept exploding as the room warmed up. People kept walking into the party room who werent with us. Total mess.

The place needs work, but the children had fun anyway.

I like the bounce houses but most of them are slides so you cant really jump. On weekends the close way to early I think but everything else is ok!

I attended my grandsons second birthday here. It was an evening party. The place was hot as an oven, despite there being large cooling units available. The staff were two very bored teenagers who didnt attempt to be helpful or interact in any way with the guests. There was NO WARNING that the time was up to jump resulting in two very distraught, crying, upset toddlers and children. I would not recommend this place and will not go there again.

Took my daughter there for her birthday. While I must say the kids all had a great time, the place needs some work. Having a bunch of broken cappuccino makers in our party area looked really tacky. When you spend a $100 per hour youd think it could be a bit cleaner. There are also a lot of hazards in the place where children can easily get hurt. Idk if id ever book a party area again. But would go back for open jump for the 5$... Hopefully they also fix the bounce houses that have a lot of leaks in some of them. I do hope the owner of this place actually looks at peoples comments and takes em seriosly. A few cheap upgrades would easily make clients want to come back again. Why keep a place open if people leave dissatisfied with most things?

Do not make plans to take your children to Jump Man Jump for Open Jump on Friday nights even though their website says they have it every Friday from 6 pm to 7:30 pm. Twice now we have tried to take our grandsons and they have been closed. A few Fridays ago on 2/19/2016 it was because they had booked too many parties. They dont change their phone message or their website to let you know but instead you just show up and see the sign on the locked door while your kids are crying over not being able to play. I guarantee we will not try again.

Dangerous. Although the owner has guests sign a waiver, that does not protect them from gross negligence. I see a lawsuit in their future. The staff was worried about the adult with a drink, but said nothing to the 10-12 year olds doing front somersaults and spiral tumbles down the same equipment much smaller children were crawling improperly up the face.

Needs more funner things for older kids everything was fun at first but when you did everything it all got boring
