Overall, we had fun. Our first game master, Morgan, was great. We did 2 rooms, black beards treasure and then valley of the kings. Both rooms were designed and decorated very well. We didnt complete either room.On valley of the kings, several puzzles were questionable, in my opinion. More than 1 of them that our team figured out quickly, but the doors didnt respond. We wasted a lot of time trying to figure out a puzzle we had right all along but the room didnt respond right away.Even at the end, when the game master came in to show us what we didnt get, a door didnt work. Kind of frustrating considering escape runs arent exactly a cheap activity.I gave it 5 stars because our group did have a lot of fun, but having been to several other escape rooms, they could have been done better.

Angie was excellent! She made our first time experience really great for our family. We absolutely loved it and would recommend this experience to other families. Super friendly staff and our kids had a great time!

I booked two rooms at this location for 12 of us. I have played once before and this is my second time working with Angie and my first time working with Kenny. Our game masters were both awesome! We all had a great time and I will be back again! Im sure we will do every room they offer!!

The room and whole experience in general would have been better, if we had better service from the staff. It seemed as though some of the progress you make in the room depends on the staff members paying attention to your progress and activating certain things in the room to unlock. Our particular set of staff members did not keep track of our progress and even though we had completed some steps correctly, they did not notice until we had to call in for help, then the next step just happened to reveal itself right after we had called in, and did not do anything differently.I hope I am wrong and that it was my error, but I do not think that that was the case.Good luck

Had such a great time. Not only was the escape room so much fun, engaging and challenging, but the staff is excellent. Highly recommend this place! We will be back.

Had a Great Time. The Puzzle Room offers 5 or more different Escape/Puzzle Rooms, and for the 1st Go... I was quite surprised at the difficulty and enthusiasm of our group. It is Entertaining. Angie was our HOST, and was quite polite and offering to help, if needed. I recommend for the family or small group. Large Groups might divide, for it can get hectic if too many chiefs are trying to figure out all the clues.

Fun.. Entertaining... Took my daughters down and a Good Time. Angie was very Helpful in providing the information, without clues to help find our Goal. Yes, We Escaped. Worth it... Good Family Fun

Our game master Angie was really funny and made the experience more fun. Ive done the lost cabin and the aslyum and both were a blast. The rooms were a little difficult but you got a big boost of excitement when you solved the last clue.

Went to this place for the first time for my birthday tonight! My fiancee and I did the Blackbeards Treasure room and Angie was our game master!! The room was so fun and Angie was awesome! She even gave us a few extra minutes when our time ran out because we were so close to finishing! We did escape and made it out!! It was an awesome room and we will definitely be back to do other rooms!!

It was a great experience. John was a great game master! Was always quick to answer our questions and give really good advice. 10/10 would come back again. Lost Cabin was a great room to do.

We visited on 21Sep20 with friends who are escape room junkies. The four of us played the Below Ground room. As first timers, it was a real challenge. Our veteran friends were often stumped by it. Game Master, Brian, was awesome with keeping us moving forward when we needed and keeping up the stoke! Were definitely hooked now!

So much fun! Angie was the best game master ever! She took great care of us. Next time I come back I’m requesting Angie!

Our group attempted The Cabin. Game master Angie did a great job moving us forward. Even though we werent able to escape within the hour, we will try again. Its a great way to spend an hour challenging your brain.

My wife and I took our three kids to the puzzle room Reno last Friday night. Our kids are 14, 12, and eight. The older kids wanted to do the scarier room and Morgan could tell that our eight-year-old was a little nervous about it. Morgan was awesome! She took our eight-year-old in to the room before they got started and helped her feel comfortable with everything. Once they started the room we went next-door for a quick dinner and came back with a few minutes to spare. Morgan was perfect and it was a fun night for everybody. We’ll be back!

We did Valley of the Kings puzzle room & it was a blast! Got out with 6 minutes to spare. Cedrick was our guide & he was absolutely amazing! He made our experience the best possible. He was funny telling us the rules & had an overall great attitude! Will definitely be returning :)

Angie was great at assisting us through our experience! Our room was very tough, so if you’re not with incredibly smart people level down to an easier room than the mines.

This is a fun and productive alternative to the typical night out at a bar. It’s much more exciting and gave us way more laughs than expected. Angie was our host and was super energetic and funny. We’ll see you all again soon!

I came here for my 15th birthday and I had the best time! I did Valley of the Kings with my friends and Morgan our game master was amazing! She helped us so much and even gave us extra time where we ended up escaping! She really made the experience great.

So much fun 10/10 try the asylum! Ashton was awesome only needed his help a little bit but he was very kind and created a friendly work environment.

My boyfriend and I were randomly walking the streets of Reno, when we stumbled up the escape room. We were welcome by Angie upon entering and they were lucky enough to get us into a room within 15 minutes. We had never done escape rooms so we were excited for what was in store. After failing to complete the escape room, we were still happy about our experience. We would recommend going with more than 2 people ;). You could do the room with just 2 but i think it would be better with more than 2. They also provide you with a locker and key to place all personal items, as you can’t take them inside with you. In addition, they give you a walkie talkie that you take with you, inside the room, so you can have contact with an employee who gives you unlimited amount of hints. Angie did an amazing job getting us situated last minute and helping us throughout our quest.

Just did the asylum room and it was the best escape room I’ve done so far. Morgan our host was super duper spectacular. She made the experience pretty real.

The room I did was pretty easy however half of the equipment didn’t work. I would solve a puzzle and the next clue wouldn’t appear. So I would then ask for a hint and staff would summarize everything I just solved. It would have been more effective if the staff started by asking what I have solved and actually point us in a direction rather completely telling us what to do. There was at least 3 times when the next clue didn’t come out. The laser and flashlight barely worked. I would have had a great time if the equipment worked adequately but unfortunately it was faulty and a waste of my time.

High level of immersion. We like to do a lot of escape rooms and this one was great! The Asylum was a fun & creepy mystery with fun technical/electronic puzzles to navigate.

I was part of a group of six who took part in an escape room here on Saturday. Our group leader accidentally made or reservation for the day after we were planning our escape, we were pleasantly surprised when Beau and the rest of the team were able to get us a different room on a busy Saturday only 15 minutes later than we were originally planning.Our entire group of adults greatly enjoyed working together to get out of the room after Beau kindly explained the game and the specifics of the room we were to puzzle our way out of, we did manage to escape.Beau was incredibly helpful making sure that we enjoyed our experience even after we made the mistake of booking incorrectly. He also made sure that even though some of us, (I), forgot my parking pass that we all got our validation stickers and knew how to correctly attach them to the pass to get the parking credit for attending an escape room.

Enjoyed trying to escape the asylum. Group of four of us we did not escape in time. The only downside was it got hot halfway thru and hope thats it was better air conditioning.

Been there a couple times with my family. Did asylum and valley of the kings. So much fun. Today we had a man named cody as our game master he made it fun and was on top of it. What a great place to take kids and better yet take a family and become a team and figure out unique puzzles. Such a great team building experience.

I was a little nervous about being locked in a small room for an hour but once we got started trying to solve the clues I lost track of time and was completely focused on the game. Im sure to be back sometime to try the other rooms. Our Puzzle Master Megan made the experience easy and fun.

Took my dad for his birthday along with my little sisters (13 and 24), and it was an absolute blast. The room (Blackbeard) was so much fun, and we had the pleasure of being guided by Kendall, who gave awesome, helpful clues and stayed in character. Definitely going back, and would highly recommend to anyone. They even looked for my keys that I lost during the day just before closing, and gave me a call back when they really didnt have to. Awesome place, great staff and super fun experience. 10/10!

The puzzle room itself was a blast. Everything is set up so well which never left any of my friends bored the entire time. The staff are friendly and uplifting. Audrey was so helpful the entire time we were in the room. She’s also a super sweet person and it really shows! Definitely one of the best ways to spend your time in Reno.

We started with the cabin room and liked it so much that we decided to do the asylum room as well! Luke was a great gamemaster and definitely a scary warden. Super friendly, funny, and gave us “clues” at just the right time. Would def recommend and go again!

This was by far the best escape room experiences I have ever had. The rooms were difficult but not frustrating the best part was our game master Stone. He was very nice and his clues were helpful but not obvious. Overall a great experience 10/10.

When we arrived the front desk was very polite. We had the rules listed to us then we were led to the room without any flashlights or anywhere to start. We started asking for hints and we eventually made it out of the first room. The second room was very unclear on where to start. We were getting help from a wonderful gentleman. But then some lady chimed in with a rude remark “that’s wrong!” with very unpleasant tone. Which we already knew! It seemed like this place was run by teens with nothing to do very unorganized/unprofessional. Maybe they were just having a bad day because these reviews seem like it’s a good place.

Quite the enjoyable place, my team and I managed to escape! We had the blessing of Addi being our guest, she was friendly yet played with the theme of the room. I have been here once before close to the opening of the store and the second time was even better. I would highly recommend this as an entertainment piece for an hour

Overall a great experience! The puzzle room was difficult but extremely fun at the same time. It helped that we had Stone as our attendant, as he was always insightful and very funny. Would recommend to anyone wanting to have a fun time with friends! Stone rocks!

We are so addicted to puzzle rooms, this was our first time here and it was the best one yet! Excellent way to spend time with your family and friends!! Addi our game master made this experience come to life!

This was my first escape room experience and im happy it occurred at Puzzle Room in Reno. The Blackbeard room was exhilarating from start to finish. It was tricky but our group managed to make our escape with 13 minutes to spare, so it is not impossible. Our games master Stone was very good at explaining the rules to us prior to the experience. He made sure we knew how to ensure our ideal escape room experience.

We LOVE escape rooms, and have now officially done all the rooms at puzzle room, in fact today we did two rooms and were lucky enough to have Audrey as our game master both times. We did Blackbeards treasure then left for lunch and returned at 3:00 for The Cabin both games started on time, everything was explained beautifully and we were able to escape both times with lots of time to spare. Thank you for a fun filled afternoon!! Time for some new rooms or find a way to make them replayable so we can keep coming back!!

Went there for two escape rooms. It was awesome. The rooms were tricky but still fun! The game masters for each rooms for us were great and when asked for help their clues given were clear. Addie was the game master for us when we played the asylum room. She was great and her acting was awesome. Gave me the scare and shivers. I recomend trying out a room just for the heck of it. It sure made us come try another room the next day.

What a FUN time. I didnt even know things like this existed. Had a great experience with Addi, Jonnie, and Luke. Will be going back again for sure.

I had such a great time! I brought my family even closer! We really came to trust each other during our game, we decided to choose asylum, it was so thrilling and a little scary if I’m honest. We didn’t escape but we had an amazing time! We had such a fun and lively game master too which made the experience even better! His name was stone and i couldn’t thank him enough for making our puzzle room awesome!

What a great place! We did the Lost Cabin first, with Sabrina as our game master, and loved every minute of it. We loved it so much, we came back and did Blackbeards Treasure with Stone. He was also a fabulous guide. Thank you, Sabrina and Stone, for two wonderful experiences!

It was fun! I messed up a little bit and actually found a loop in the game that made my friends and I win faster, but still. It was very fun. The guy (Stone) helping us through was hilarious and good lad. Definitely I’ll like to go again.
