Ok, let me start by saying this!!!! I loved it and the kids loved it. My 6 year old was a bit Scared and Nervous but he was just fine. It was not scary and it was so so much fun. My 9 year old got most of the clues. We had a blast and would definitely do this again. I am waiting on the picture for them to send me since you can not take photos. Thank you for a great time.

Fantastic experience for us! We did the pirate ship which was really well thought out, very detailed, and the story was really fun to follow. Mix of intuition, puzzles, logic and just trying stuff. Great!

Best escape room weve been to in the area! Our family has been to a few other rooms, but none were as spectacular as this one! A super fun family activity and very interactive! Our family of four was able to solve the puzzle with a minute and thirty three seconds left!!The Immersium absolutely lives up to its name!! We highly recommend it as a must do!

Great escape experience with high production value. Not the typical locked in a room game that gets old after a while. Clever and creative puzzles, although on the simpler side. Price is higher than competitors but still worth it for the uniqueness.

This is not your average escape room. The amount of detail and thought that has gone into the set design and the game is amazing. The game is actually played in a full size ship built in the location. The game play is great. I cannot say enough good about this attraction. Ill be back for the next room they are working on.

We have done a couple of escape rooms around town but nothing compares to this experience. From the ship itself to the intricate storyline to the fog and music its an unforgettable time! Even the way they keep time and the communication is authentic to the ship setting. The owners are friendly and helpful. It was a great way to spend an hour and celebrate my birthday. I highly recommend the Immersium and cant wait for them to create more fun and challenging rooms to explore.

We had a group of 9 tween girls for my daughters birthday. They had so much fun! It was an AMAZING interactive experience! Its family friendly (not scary). The sound effects, props, lighting, and special effects really immerse you in the game, and the time goes by so fast. I was especially impressed by the puzzles which were created with so much care & love. And the actual ship is pretty cool-- beautiful wood, open, with plenty of space for our group. Very unique game! The owners are wonderful. I initially spoke with the husband, Josh, to book the reservation, and he was very nice & accommodating to our group. His wife ran our event. She was great with the tween girls and related to them very well. They were both kind and thoughtful.

This was the first puzzle room weve ever done, but it has set a standard to beat. So fun, had a great atmosphere, and the young lady who helped us was a good sport when we needed help with our 10 person group.Definitely looking forward to the next room the Immersium does in 2020.

I did this with a group of 10. We had so much fun figuring it out! I loved how it was so unique by it not being a typical room that you get out of. Figuring out the clues and working together as a team was great fun! I highly recommend this place!

Lots of fun! Very entertaining!

We booked the Immersium for my daughters 13th birthday party. These girls have tried many different escape rooms for other kids birthdays, but this puzzle room is a one of a kind experience! We also included younger sister who is only 7 years old, and she also had a wonderful time exploring and trying to help figure out the clues. No scary factors, only immersive, interactive and super fun experience! The owners Josh & Jamie are very friendly and professional. When asked for hints, they provide fun riddles for you to solve. They are building another game next door, so we will be definitely going back for more!

The Immersium claims that they want to immerse you in the puzzle room experience, and they accomplish that wonderfully. The whole experience is interesting and fun. When we started, they were careful to give good pointers and tips to help us be successful, and that we were. We were very excited to complete the puzzles with time to spare, but not without lots of thinking and working together. We are looking forward to new experiences that they are developing.

The Immersium was fun! Although it doesnt play like an escape room, it was very similar. The ship looked great, the music was cool, and the props and decorations were fitting. However, the experience was NOT worth $35/person. The Immersium was supposed to be better than ordinary escape rooms. It just felt like another escape room. In fact, I have paid $20 for better escape rooms. Overall, 4/5.

WOW! The Immersium did not disappoint. Our entire family (including our 2 teenage daughters) had a FANTASTIC time. If your ever in or around Reno, do not miss this attraction. Best escape room EVER, we defiantly will be back!

Super fun. The owner was really nice and made us feel welcome. Puzzles were interesting and didnt really on combination locks like a lot of puzzle rooms tend to. You could tell how much effort and creativity went in to the design and puzzles. Cant wait for their next room.

If you want an escape room that make you also lets you escape to a new time a place this is the place for you. The owners cared about the experience so much they are private games, so only the people you book with will play, making sure your experience will not be ruined. Best escape room I have been to, seeing the ship in all its Glory is an amazing experience!! Highly recommend.

I have played multiple escape rooms at all of the Reno/Sparks locations and Immersium stands apart as one of the most fun and unique. The theme is excellent and the puzzles are well done. If you like escape rooms youll love Immersium.

By far the best escape room experience for our family and we have been to many. We went as a family with two kids 10 and 13 and they were both able to help participate and contribute which is not always the case for other rooms. Josh the owner was there and was awesome. The “set” was very cool because you feel like you are on a ship. The music was great and the clues perfect - they all made sense but were challenging enough to keep us thinking. We did not finish but Josh gave us more time so we could since we were the last ones there for the day. Highly recommend!!!

Our boss sent us to The Immersium for a team building activity. It was so much fun! We got to explore a pirate-type ship, looking for clues to solve the mystery location of Napoleon’s brother Joseph. We had an hour to solve it and did it in 52 minutes! We worked together and had a great time doing it.This would be a great group date night, since you need at least 3 people to do this. Or a birthday party would be a fun adventure.I look forward to The Immersium’s next adventure.

We did the pirate ship and found it entertaining and challenging. There were five of us and we worked really well together solving the clues. The clues were well done and made us really have to work to solve them. Great time. We recommend this activity for those looking for a fun time in Reno. Can’t wait for their new adventure.

My friends and I were visiting Reno for a few days and were looking for something fun to do. We did our first escape room in March 2018 and really wanted to do another one. This one was great! I love the special effects, and the game master was definitely helpful and made the game exciting for us. It was really helpful that this escape room was able to accommodate our large group of 7, rather than us splitting up like other escape rooms. Your game starts with a short video about the mission and then you go into the room/ship. Definitely would recommend!

As a first time escape room participant, I was spoiled. It was truly an immersion experience. It was engaging the whole time. Would love to bring my kids back and have them give it a try. Josh was super friendly and helpful.

Three of us went to experience this challenge one night. I had never heard of this place...Well, It was fun! My tip: Pay attention to the lead in to the story so you are aware of what your job is. You get the intro, go into the set and begin your adventure. I mentioned that I am sensitive to loud volume, so they managed to keep the sound just right. My partners and I had a great time working and searching to solve the mysteries! Worth the time and money to do something active together. Now take some friends out and satisfy your curiosity! Youll be glad you did.

So much fun. we had a large group of 10 people ranging from 4 years old to 70. We all were engaged and excited. It is definitely worth the money. wonderful memories created today.

Really cool escape room! We solved the pirate ship puzzle in just about 28 minutes. The game took place on a big pirate ship with a cabin and ropes and sails. the music and the sound effects were cool and really added to the fun of the game.

We have done a lot of escape rooms and this was the coolest set that weve seen. So very cool. Josh was an awesome host. If you are a beginner to expert I would highly recommend The Immersium.

This place was great. It was all of our first escape room type experience and we were able to complete the mission with 40 seconds to spare. I can not wait until they create more areas/themes.

We had a great time. Different from a typical escape room, youre not locked in, but we were laughing and having so much fun. Find one clue at the front, someone at the back asks was this always here? as the stage changed. Check things carefully as we missed a clue a couple of times until someone else looked again. Highly recommended.

Such a fun place! Really gets into the theme. Very straight forward. No impossible puzzles. We’ve been to a ton of escape rooms. This was probably my favorite. Great job!

We had an amazing time at Immersium. A completely different experience than an other escape room in town. They make you feel like your in a movie while on board the amazing 45 foot pirate ship. We had adults and kids in our group and all had a great time. We completed the mission with only 37 seconds remaining. We will be back to do future rooms. A must do.

This is seriously one of the best escape rooms Ive ever done. Actually it is the best one Ive ever done . Definitely recommend for families or groups of friends, its not incredibly difficult but still the challenge gives you a great experience. Immersium also lives up to its name, you really feel immersed in the environment making it extremely fun. 1,000/10 rating from me!!!

Great! We did the pirate ship, and it really stood out as one of the better rooms weve ever done (and we have a lot of escape room experience). The build is amazing! Id say the difficulty was on the easier side, but thats likely because the creators dont artificially increase the challenge by including a bunch of red herrings (I applaud them for that). Highly recommended!

Josh has done an incredible job creating a completely immersive escape room experience. The lights, music and set were all perfectly designed to make you feel like you were actually there. Definitely a league above other escape rooms we have been to. We went with 5 people and had a great time!

Ive done several Escape Rooms in Reno and this one is by far the most immersive experience (the name does it right!). The price is more than youll pay at other places, but if youre really into the experience of actually BEING in a different place, this one is great. The theatricality of the experience is second to none. The owner/operator, Josh, is super friendly and provides an awesome game experience where you never feel shamed after asking for a clue, or going off track. Other puzzle rooms might be harder to solve, or have more in-depth puzzles to discover, but this has the best all-around experience you could ask for. Our group of four had a blast, and cant wait to revisit when the next room opens!

What a fantastic and exciting experience! Our team of five solved the creative and well-designed puzzles with very little difficulty... Even though we were stumped multiple times, careful examination of the puzzle at hand, the situation, and the site yielded the solution...with very few Doh! moments.Solutions are based (as the host explains) on OBSERVATION and COMMUNICATION. Carefully plotted game play provides an emotionally-satisfying win (complete with thundering cannons!)Construction and quality were incredible.I cant wait to play the next game offered by The Immersium.

Immersium was a super cool and unique experience with welcoming and friendly staff. This was unlike any other escape room experience we’ve had. It was definitely worth every penny. We all left in complete amazement at how awesome the immersium experience was. Tell your family, friends, neighbors, exes, coworkers and etc. about this place!! It is very clear to see how much hard work the creators have put into their business from the original music to creative and mindful puzzles. I definitely plan on telling all of my friends about this place. Such and awesome time!!! 10/10 recommend!

Good place, clean, easy to find. The host/owner/game master was super nice and easy to talk to, explained all the rules. Had clues when needed but overall everything you needed was there at some point in the adventure. We made it out with 1 minute to spare. 5/5 would do it again, and would recommend it to friends. Check it out, you wont be disappointed.

Our multi-generation family group needed a fun thing to do in Reno. We were so lucky to find Immersium and their puzzle room experience. On-line reservation system is a breeze and they were ready for us when we arrived. The owner himself was our guide, and really took the time to give us the tips and instructions we needed. The “room” is huge- a life sized ship is where you solve the puzzles. The lights, the music and the ambience of the room is great! The puzzles were not wicked hard but they were challenging enough to make it worth the time. I have finished 3 escape rooms in different cities but this was the best time I have had. You won’t be sorry. Check it out!

We just finished Commandeered with a group of 5 and had a blast. The owners really put a lot of thought into each detail and we loved how different it was from the other puzzle rooms in town. For once I really felt immersed in the story and mission. The pirate ship, sounds and special effects were so well done. Definitely a must do for puzzle room fans!

Our group of 8 celebrated our friends birthday at the Immersium and we had a blast! The owner is super nice and was also our guide. He explained everything so thoroughly that we had no questions, unlike other escape rooms. It was nice not being locked in a room like most rooms. With 8 of us there was still a lot space to move around with so many things to see and go through without feeling crowded. We were all able to participate in finding clues, solving one mission and moving on to the next, although we did have to ask for a clue twice, there is no limit. This was the first time for all of us at this escape room. It was surprisingly exciting how each of us became so immersed in the game and how we all contributed to our Triumphant Finale in 54 mins and 41secs. So glad we played! We Definately recommend The Immersium . Its fun for everyone!

Awesome experience! Have done a handful of escape rooms and this experience really takes it to the next level! It is a complete immersion into the game, taking place on an actual ship- great technology, soundtrack and an extremely well done and detailed puzzle to solve. The room is approachable while still quite challenging and the owner Josh is great, providing thoughtful clues when requested and creating an upbeat environment for participants. We have been to many different Adventure/Escape rooms but this one is by far the most creative and realistic! You can see that this is a passion, not just a business. There are so many places where the creators could have cut corners, but didn’t. The owner was extremely personable and our only regret is that there is only one story/room right now! This beats dinner and a movie every time!

This place was great! Huge room with a full ship inside! It was so big that we didnt feel claustrophobic, even with a group of 9 (yes, 9 people - Ive never been to a puzzle place that could put my whole group in one room). I loved how a sound went off when you got a clue correct - very helpful.They are still expanding - I cant wait to try the new one when its built!

This place, hands down, has the best escape room experience in Nevada. Probably all of Western America. The Immersium fully lives up to its name, its the only escape room experience where I actually felt immersed.When I first heard about the concept of escape rooms years ago, I developed a lot of expectations that no rooms have been able to deliver on. Some came close, offering good experiences and fun puzzles, but it wasnt what I imagined up with childlike wonder all that time ago. I wanted to feel like I was actually in the settings the rooms had advertised, but everything seemed to fall short. I began to accept that my expectations were far too outlandish and that Id never get to physically be on a pirate ship during an escape room, or anything of the sort.But then, my group and I found The Immersium. Someone actually did it. Someone else had the same imagination and passion I felt, and created an escape room that fully realized its theme and setting, having everything I could want out of it. I cant go into detail because of obvious spoilers, but you are on the genuine deck of an old time ship, with pretty much everything youd think an old time ship should be able to do. It was absolutely amazing. Everything just worked, and there was never a dull moment. You can feel the owners passion and excitement from the moment you start speaking with them. My group was the last of the night, and they stayed and chatted with us for over an hour.The Immersium pirate ship escape room was absolutely worth every penny we spent on it, and with the prospect of a space station themed escape room in the works, I cant wait to go back and throw more money at them. 10 outta 10, would escape again.

Cant wait until we get back to Reno for the next experience! These folks have created a quality setting and well thought out program with very challenging, but solvable clues. With seven of us in our experience we were able to solve multiple clues at the same time and complete the experience with about 10 minutes to spare. We all had a lot of fun!

With a larger focus on narrative over puzzles this escape room nails atmosphere.No joke, the owners built half a ship as the room.And recorded a soundtrack of original music that ties into key moments of the experience.
