The kids had fun!! Great place to release all the energy the kiddos have. The bar is a great add on, I tried the food and it wasn’t great but for a snack works out pretty well. They have a “battle field” for nerf guns or archery. A worker told me that they are planning 18+ events for the future we’ll see if they do it. Over all it’s a nice and fun new place.

A solid fun place to take the kids and burn off some energy. A good variety of activities and space to roam. Didnt get a chance to try the restaurant yet, but maybe on another visit.

This place is frankly amazing. Huge, really high quality and well designed. Kids have SO much fun. Glad we discovered it!

Really great experience. I have three boys under 10 and they all had a blast with just the basic Action Pass which gets you access to many diff areas/activities. Plenty of different areas and I didnt find it overcrowded at any point.

Had my sons birthday party there last night. Was a lot of fun and the staff were great especially the lady working in the restaurant who served us. She was wonderful! The manager was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Had a great first visit to Vertex Arena. Very clean and spacious. Staff was amazing! Gal at front desk, gentlemen “policing” the trampolines, the bartender, even the manager(Paul?)!!! We will be back for sure!

Lots of different play areas for the kids. The place was clean and well staffed. Gets a little cold during the winter.

Amazing especially if you go early for little kids or post lunch for bigger kids. Unlike other places, all the areas are pretty much safe for all ages. Theyre only limited by their own ability.

Always happy to have another indoor play place.Pros- great with special needs- restaurant with adult drinks available- reasonably good repair- reasonably clean- the ninja course is challenging :-)Cons- activities a little limited compared to other similar places- require you to use their socks (vs other grippy trampoline socks you may already own)- the super bouncy tramps don’t seem as bouncy as I would expect.All in all though love having this in Redmond area.

Awful and rude personnel !Brought my kids today to play virtual reality. We have tried to buy a ticket at 3.30. We were told that ticket cant be purchased till 4.30, which is fine. We have waited and were first in line to buy a ticket. My kid was first in line.. guess what ? We were forced to wait for an hour, because the host have decided to let some other people to come and play. After AN HOUR of waiting and asking why others are being seated in front of us the answer was and I quote Because I feel like it host said. We have wasted an hour of our time, kid is crying ... we have asked for our money back. What an awful experience.

Great place for the kids to play. Many options for all different ages from the littles to older kids. Its great for the parents also with a bar and restaurant which does great food. Ive tries the pizza, burgers and chicken so far and they are great and prices reasonable so it wont break the bank.

We hosted our Sons 10th Birthday party here and I must say I am extremely happy with the Manager and staff with everything they have done to make the party successful. Kids ranging 2 years till 35 year old adults enjoyed the party playing at Trampoline area. Its very safe and enough things to keep kids busy. I had lot of special requests as it was my Sons 10th Birthday and the Manager Ryan is such an amazing person who is so patient and made every little thing happen. I highly recommend Vertex Arena to anyone planning for a birthday party from 4 to 13 year old kids.

My kids had a great time here. Nice and new...Vertex Arena is well maintained. Theres a restaurant and bar so everyone can be happy. Nick, the manager, personally checked in with me to make sure everything was going great and everyone on the staff was friendly. We will definitely be back.

The place was clean, the staff is just a bunch of young kids who really dont care what is going on. They spend most of the time chatting with each other. my 4 year old son did have a good time. Probably wont take him there again till he is a little older though.

Good indoor trampoline and nerf park. The service is good. The only downside is that it could be a bit crowded inside.

Such a gem. Clean, good layout, bar/restaurant in house and lots of seating for parents. Great for play dates and bdays!

Fun mostly for kids and teens, but my buddies and I played nerf tag, and I jumped on the trampolines.

This is a great place to take the kids! There are tables near the play area to eat as a family, but even better theres a quiet bar and dining area for parents to eat in peace! Good food, reasonably priced. I love the poutine here!

Fun, super convenient spot for the kids. If there is an event, be sure to get there early. Their check in process moves super slow. There is seating for parents and others not jumping, but not comfortable at all!

Lots of fun for the kids.. their restaurant menu could use some more variety and their prices were outrageous ($28 for 14 small chicken wings?) But all in all as far as the trampoline park, the kids had a great time.

Brought the mouths (kids) here on a slow, rainy Saturday afternoon. We bought a two hour action pass, which allows access to the trampoline garden, and ninja academy. We figured the kids would get bored, because its not a playstation, but we were pleasantly surprised when they said they had a great time.Clean space. Great bar (full bar). And very fair prices. $6.00 for a pour of Lamarca! Insane.We will be back.

Fun, clean place with nice staff. My one issue is that it’s relatively small with less variety than some other places in the area. However, still fun for some jumping with friends!

So much fun!! Rings and some other obstacle practice for OCR athletes, a trampoline park with a fun battle bridge and a trampoline dodge ball arena! There were lots of children but they all had great sportsmanship and fun to play dodgeball with (they’re much better than expected - watch out!) We left around 3pm and more teenagers started to show up who were more annoying than any children. Overall we had a really great time, I just recommend going in the morning to avoid crowds and rowdy teenagers. We’ll have to check out the battle arena and bar/food next time!

Very cold and desolate warehouse full of trampolines. Food better than average for a kids play space. Parents look tortured.

Its fun for adults and kids. And if you adults dont wanna jump. Theres a spot up stairs with a bunch of massage chairs, and has a perfect view so you can watch your kids too.

I drove a bus full of Menny middle school kids here. They had a ball ! It seemed like a nice place. We had 3 bus fulls of kids and all of them had a great time.

Its good place to go with your friends and family also a good exercise

Its such a fun place! Small kids may have some troubles alone, so adults, yk your job! Speaking of adults, its really fun for all ages tbrh, it made me feel like a kid again, and I loved it! It just made me feel free, like all my troubles were away! Soool I highly suggest!
