Quest factor is easily the best escape room company Ive patronized, and at this point Im fairly confident Ive tried them all. While I still have a bunch of rooms to go through (the one drawback is theyre not cheap, especially with a big group) Ive never been disappointed in the difficulty or the theming. Employees are always super nice and helpful, and you can tell they genuinely love their jobs. For anyone looking for a good birthday activity, this is the type of thing you remember for years to come.

We enjoyed the Pirates room today, the kids loved it! The decor of the rooms is fantastic and the staff was very nice to us. Highly recommended for a family weekend/holiday activity!

We did the bank heist which was really fun. One of the clues is really hard to figure out without a hint so dont be scared to ask, the people working there are super nice and friendly

I had a lot of fun coming here with my friends. We got the hardest room - Bank Heist, as others were unavailable. It was my first time and it was a great experience. We got lot of clues and we were so close to escaping.

The Dracula escape room was a blast. The theme was pretty awesome and the puzzles coordinated well. It was kid friendly (although the youngin was a bit spooked) and the game master offered adequate assistance when prompted without giving away the answers.

Had an awesome experience. Will definitely be coming back. Kat was a great help! Gave us wonderful service

We booked this for a group of 4. The hostess, Dawn was very friendly. The room was difficult, but doable and so much fun. The interior of the room wasn’t as ornate or detailed as other rooms I’ve done, but I liked the story and clues. We were so close to finishing the hardest room in the hour time slot. Great value for the dollar amount.

Absolutely incredible experience, did the bank heist and it was so much fun. Definitely worth doing at least once. Its even fun with just 2 people. The staff was really fun and helpful.

Took my 5 year old brother here and it was an absolute blast. This is my brother’s second escape room with Quest Factor and he cannot wait to go to another one. While the room was of higher difficulty, with some help of game masters and our work together, we were able to accomplish the mission. I love this as it is a great opportunity for me to bond with my little brother and get him excited about thinking outside of the box. If you wonder where to take your kids next, just take them to Quest Factor and they’ll sure be having a blast.

It was out first puzzle ever. We did the Bank Heist. The puzzles were cleverly done. Puzzles in the last room were not set up correctly. When the worker came in and put it in the right spot, we were able to solve the puzzle. We had a fabulous time.

I love this escape company. Detailed sets and cohesive stories. You will not be disappointed. Pirates and Mission were awesome. I cant wait for Thor, Dracula, and Harry Potter.

A little hard to find, but definitely worth it. Loads of fun, and their employee Jared was very helpful. We did the Pirate themed one and will be coming back to try the others.

Not your basic escape room experience.So “Escape Rooms” are where it’s at nowadays for the experiential entertainment. I was searching for an experience more than that. Quest Factor offered it! Mission Impossible: Bank Heist is a break-in, break out, experience that I absolutely LOVED! My party adventures have a bit of a rep of being awesome so my street cred was at stake and ... Quest Factor DELIVERED!

My friends and I had a great time here. The decorations in the rooms are super well done and they have some great puzzles!

The hints were reaaaaaaly hard to activate physically, even if you know what you were suppose to do. one clue in the last room was completely open, throwing things off sequence.

We did pirate and bank room with coworkers on Halloween. Games were challenging but fun. Very polite staff, exceptional customer service.

Did the Dracula puzzle. It was not a good experience. It felt like staff was not interested. They let us into the room even when the puzzle was damaged and they knew about it. They didnt inform us intially. The guy just blamed the previous group when we asked after completing our time. Still paid full amount for half puzzle. They also did not explain any backstory or the final objective in the start and only did so when we asked. Would prefer Conundroom any day.

This my second escape room with Quest Factor so far, and I have to say, this one did not let me down.I did the Dracula room with a relative, which turned out to be as fun as it sounded. The atmosphere is great, especially with the ambient sounds being played. The puzzles, while being challenging enough to make you really think, arent too difficult, which makes for a great experience for teens and adults. The props are well made and the lighting is just right. Both of these qualities in tandem, along with the ambience, create a very immersive and fun experience that anyone can enjoy.The game master, Jacqueline, was very attentive and friendly.Overall, we had a great time and will definitely be back for more. If you are looking for a good, fun experience for your friends or family, this is the place to go.

A lot of room options and a cool lounge. Weve been a few times and always have a great time. Weird location and the directions to there make you feel lost. If they are busy you can hear other people doing different rooms and it can be distracting.

So much fun!!!! This was my first time doing an escape room and it was a blast! We are actually coming back in a couple of weeks for another one for a bday gift for my father in law! They did a really good job with the set up and clues! Staff was friendly and helpful!

Great decor, atmosphere, and staff. The cocktails are beautiful. The price is a little high for what you get in terms of quality and quantity.

I booked the Mona Lisa escape room for my daughters 13th birthday. She invited 7 friends and they all had a great time. The escape room was challenging and they worked together well. Dimitry was our host and he provided a clue or two which was helpful. The team finished the challenge with only 4 minutes to spare! Dimitry was helpful and complimentary. Many of the kids in the group liked it SO much they want to book it for their birthday. Definitely recommend this - good entertainment!

A couple of days ago we did the Bank Heist room.We were ignored when we arrived and I had to contact their messenger to ask when we were going to start 10 minutes after the start time. No one had approached us or called for us.A couple puzzles were broken making the puzzles unsolvable, one was fixed while we were in the room. Wasted a lot of time trying to solve these broken puzzles and didn’t know they were broken until we asked for a hint.Pretty sure they forgot about us in the room, we were in for roughly an hour and a half. Didn’t get told time was up until we asked about the second (ending puzzle) broken puzzle.Lastly, tried to contact management discretely by using their provided email and haven’t received a response. It doesn’t seem this place cares about the customer’s experience.

The location looked a bit odd at first, but the inside blew me away. Its a really cool space with a giant dragon, stone walls, and tables with games where you can hang out before your reservation.The Dracula room was really cool and very detailed. I would definitely try another one of their rooms.Our guide Limea was really nice and helpful!

Went through the Pirate escape here, great fun, awesome theme! The mood lighting really helps to make it feel like you’re in the setting, and changes as you move through the room! Very helpful staff and hints available if necessary (not given if you don’t ask, however)Overall, great experience and I hope to return to try out the other rooms. Plenty of things to distract from the real objectives.

Went here to celebrate my birthday. It was such a blast. The staff was great and my friends had a really good time. Dropped one star off just cause some of the props werent working. Id definitely go back and do more of their rooms though.

First time in an escape room. Did the pirates of the Caribbean room. Found it interesting and fun, even if the clues were a little unrealistic--in other words to break out of a cell in real life, you wouldnt necessarily solve puzzles like this. But I suppose thats how all escape rooms are and thats what makes them fun.

My group and I did the Pirates of the Caribbean room and didnt have a great experience. However, Quest Factor was very kind and allowed us to try another room. Things went a lot smoother this time and we had fun trying to figure out the puzzles in their new Dracula room. The room was very well decorated and the puzzles were quite different from some of the others Ive seen. Overall, it was a pretty fun time!

Ive done 2 escape rooms from quest factor so far and loved em. They were both fun and challenging. If youre in to survival horror type puzzles like original resident evil youll love these! Cant wait to do the rest of the rooms they offer!!

Highly recommend, great for a date night/outing. The outside buildings are different but didn’t take away from the escape room. Jarod and Reginald were helpful with clues and made it even more fun! 5/5.

My friends and I came to Washington and we chose to rent Draculas room. It was a great choice to play in the company of us was very scary and fun. The room had such a magical atmosphere and the staff were very friendly. Want a repeat of with other quest!

We did the Vampire room at midnight. The room itself was fantastic, great production value. However there were only around 5 to 6 clues and three of them had technical issues that stalled our group for a while. We thought we did them wrong when really we did it right the first time, but never knew until we had to ask for help.(This was at the Redmond location, and if it wasn’t for the setup of the room, this would have been one star)

My 2 sisters and I tried the Dracula escape room and had so much fun! Weve done a couple escape rooms and this one is the best one ever! Honestly worth it!

Thor room is tooo simple. And a lot illogical things + nobody told us that we have already made everything, just needed to push harder (didnt want to break anything), so we wasted 15min by making nothing...

It was a memorable experience trying to get out of Pirates of Caribbean room. Me and my friend just didn’t get the last clue so someone from the staff helped us which was nice :) I highly recommend to go and challenge yourself!

Just did the Bank Heist would have got more stars, but and a big BUT the equipment for several puzzles didnt work as designed. Staff knows there are issues, staff were not very friendly. As a group we have done a lot of escape rooms this is a 4 person room, definitely not 6 or more.

So much fun! The decorations made it seem like you were actually on a ship!

Pretty cool and we enjoyed it. The Bank heist is HARD! No way 4 adults can do it in under an hour without tons of hints; it is at least a 2 hour effort.

It was fun, but definitely the least polished escape room Ive done. I recommend any of the other nearby escape rooms over this.

The establishment is clean and there is a large sitting area outside of the escape rooms you can use to play games or sit and talk. We got there a bit early and were met by staff who had us sign a waiver. Then we were lead into our room. She gave us a walkie in case we needed help with any clues, which was awesome. The Dracula room was set up nicely with everything enclosed so you could follow each stage without getting too distracted by other parts of the game. The only thing I was disappointed in is that there were not live actors. Other than that, it was a fun time for the fam! :)

What fun. I really enjoyed the host, and the escape room was pretty difficult. The 4 of us didnt make it out in time, and oddly enough, I was still satisfied.

The Bank Heist Challenge was a great and fun experience for my friends and I. I deffinetly recommend this to other people especially students. We did it in a little bit less than an hour.

The quest factor Escape Rooms we really liked! Recently, there they went with the guys spent their time with pleasure, time was spent knowingly, as there will be a free minute, well come to you again :)

I decided with my young person to experience the feeling of not forgotten to raise the adrenaline go on a quest.And we succeeded in it it was amazing is simply impossible to convey in words.
