Easily the worst sign shop experience of my life.Ive been designing signage and displays for 20 years, and Ive never encountered such incompetenceThe shop was dirty and in complete dis-array. They couldnt open the cad file I brought to them, so I had to save it down to ACAD 12...also, they couldnt open the .pdf! lastly. I had to wait 2 days to get a price estimate, only getting it because I called them! I was told a week for turn around. I called a week later, and was told it would be 2 more days. This for a small piece of plex with a few holes in it which could not have been more than 20 minutes of table time.I expressed my dissatisfaction with the progress and told them I would call back that day if I needed to cancel.unable to get it turned out before then by another shop, I called back the day it was to be ready, and was told it would be another week!truly insufferable!if you want a good experience by professional and proficient people...Go Elsewhere!
