I visited The Vietnam Wall. Thanks to two sets of others visiting there also, they captured these photo memories for me. I came to visit Daniel Charles Patterson and Paul E. Lee. 1966 classmates from our Morse High School San Diego, California. Huge thanks to all whose names are listed on The Wall. THANKS to all involved in having The Wall here in Punta Gorda, Florida.

Went here on my first date with my boyfriend. We were friends at the time but it was still romantic. 2 years later its still the perfect spot for a stroll next to the water and a beautiful sunset.

I love this place. Long walk along the water. It has few gazebos and big courts to play pickled bowl.This promenade so long, its lead you to a Fishener Village Restaurant.Nice place to enjoy sunset.

My boys love Laishleys, they love the water park, the walking trail and that its close to the water. They enjoys going down by the water to find shells. Its, just, a cool little spot to take them to get out of the house for awhile and to cool off, if need be, as well...

One of the best walking parks in SWFL. No read lights or need to stop. Never too crowded and plenty of parking. Great way to get to know the area.

Beautiful, great wide open spaces for all to enjoy an abundance of activities. Arrived just before sunset, nice breeze from river lots of people walking, biking, skateboarders, families playing in the water fountains. Fun for all ages people with baby strollers or walking their dogs mice walking path around large field where we have watched soccer and rugby played on occasion. Great views of river, boats and sunset! Love this place!

Nice places to get family pictures done in the park . You can stand by the water and get some beach pictures or you can stand by the gazebo and get some fountain pictures very nice park very clean

A beautiful park to go for a bike ride, fishing, good food from the restaurant nearby. A childrens park with water spouts. Calm and peaceful. A great view overlooking the water.

This is a great park. I wasnt familiar with this park, not from Charlotte County. This would be a great place to ha e a picnic and enjoy time on the lawn. Theres plenty of spaces to throw a frisbee,play catch or just relax and take in the views of Charlotte Harbor. There are public restrooms and the pier offers sweeping views of the harbor. I highly recommend!

We go to Laishley Park often. Its open and provides a large space for my daughter to explore safely. The scenery is beautiful and there is a nice breeze by the water. Its a great place for events too, but could use some sort of shade on the green. Its a big open space and there is no relief from the sun, save a few tents at the festivals held there. The facilities are usually clean, and the kids love the fountain. The water appears clean and the whole area looks well-tended. We always have a good time.

If you Love walking or biking, youll love walking and biking in this beautiful park. If you love picnicking, youll love coming to this park. If want a beautiful place where the kids can splash in water while you sit back comfortably and enjoy their fun youll love this park. A Great restaurant and ice cream parlor near by. Events, awesome and kind people. The beautiful water and boats. Well this is the place to come to. Can you tell I love it?

Love love love Laisley park. Theres a restaurant there & a little water play area for kids. Its dog friendly and right on the water! I went during a Pride event and it was lovely to be on the big open field by the water. And theres a fishing dock that goes out onto the water.

Always beautiful and the water pad is for everyone it is a major must see

Beautiful walk to the pier, grounds at the park well manicured. Enjoyed watching people fishing, esp. for stingrays which the locals use for shark bait. We took the drive to scout out places to fish, we did indeed find several.

Went to Taste of Punta Gorda. Beautiful, sunny day with lots of people!! Boogie Men, one of the best bands, played. Excellent. Not enough seating, and as far as tasting food, the lines were too long. I dont have a lot of patience, but come on. Should have had more people working

Great place to walk for rehab or general health. Start at Fishermans and go to town along the wide pathways. Nice views.

Beautiful Vietnam Memorial Wall Park with the names of American soldiers who gave their lives during the Vietnam War. 1/2 scale of the Memorial Wall in D. C.

Had my first date here, it ws quite romantic i must say, especially since the park is always so clean and the grass is always so perferct.

Beautiful park, great ice cream shop with 100% home made treats, we walked and found a cool tiki bar to finish the day with! Wonderful day!

We went out for Taste of Punta Gorda which was held at the park!! The park is very nice & well maintained!! And it was nice to see the community come together for this event!!

Beautiful spot along the Myakka

Went to a wedding held on the waterfront it was a beautiful setting for the wedding. The park also has a splash fountain for kids and was dog friendly. The restroom was better than most public parks.

Beautiful waterside park with beautiful views. The Harbor Walk goes through it so you can have a great walk going either direction. (east or west).

This is very personal beautiful place to go. Its also very sad as youll see the Veterans Wall with so many that served our country including nurses that never made it home. If you visit the wall please be respectful.

Love to relax with my Grandaughter. She loves the water play area. Nice place to just relax.Suggestion, would like picnic areas with Barbecue areas and a swing set for the kids.

Great marina, lots of walking paths, resraunt, ice cream, and free loaner bike to allow you to explore the area.

Visited on Labor day. Nice breeze from Hurricane Dorian. We had ice cream at Harborwalk Scoops & ice cream 47 flavors made fresh everyday. it was deliciously decademt! we walked the vietnam wall and picked weeds out of the wall area. Surprised they werent already picked. took pictures on the gazebo ny the fountain. all in all was a nice & relaxing day!

The park is right on the water, and there is a beautiful memorial part of the park you can walk through. Its in downtown Punta Gorda so there is a lot to do in the area.

Great fun for my 3 year old daughter. And being a 3 year old...slides are a must do @ following older kiddos. The climbing up to the slide could be made a little less difficult, as kids will try and with their wet feet will slip up that 3 step climb, ready for a faceplant into it. . But very nice place

Quiet area for walking, meeting friends and watching the Harbor boats. The Hurricane Charlie statue draws many to read the plaque. The interactive fountain is fun for children. On the south side of the park is a Vietnam memorial wall/walk. This is a must visit for all who live here and the tourists that come to enjoy our temperate climate year round.

Beautiful place for a music festival. Ive been through Punta Gorda hundreds of times but never saw the appeal until this weekend. Now that were out and about on foot Im impressed. Punta Gorda Rocks! :)

The Christmas Eve service was great but the grounds are always wet at night and seating for the disabled should be more prevelant

Immaculate! The childrens water fountain play area were fantastic. I couldnt say more about this park. Simply the best.

Visit for the 4th of July celebration 2019. It was a good time for all ages with water inflatables for kids and live music and food. The fireworks were really great!
