This place is so beautiful! So many beautiful birds, deer. Good fishing, easy to get to. The Camp ground and sites are primitive but very nice. Very clean and well maintained

Great wildlife drive. Was able to see a rare woodpecker as well as a host of other birds. Long easy driving paved and unpaved roads to travel and check out wildlife. A huge place to explore. We just scratched the surface. Camping spots and restrooms available.

Nice lake for kayaking or fishing, convenient camping - no hookups but close to town. Most spots are full ( its currently early January) and its first come first serve. There are people reserving their spots with a tent, then leaving for weeks.. which is frustrating when trying to find a spot. During hunting season, off roading is allowed here. Were nature enthusiasts and not hunters, so it was sad to see so many tire tracks into the wildlife areas.

This location has much to offer. Secluded picnic areas, paved flat winding road for biking, gravel roads for the more adventurous, fishing, gun range, very nice camping area, hunting, hiking and relaxation.

I am a avid Bass Fisherman and this is my go to place! Dont forget to pay at the entrance!! We always see deer and lots of wildlife!!!

Beautiful walk but the trails arent well marked so pay attention unless you are doing the full loop.

How do you have seasons on invasive wildlife that should be eradicated on sight? Florida has no restrictions on hogs right now. Zone A doesn’t either. Neither does any other WMA in Zone A. But for some reason whoever is managing Cecil Webb seems to think INVASIVE FERAL hogs are vitally important to the ecosystem and can only be hunted 3 months out of the year. They also wrote my friend a ticket for not checking in at a check-in station when the home page of the FWC website says that requirement is suspended until further notice.

It was beautiful and peaceful and just a fun time with my fiancee and my boys. The sounds of nature.

I absolutely love this place! Theres something for everyone. You can kayak, you can hike, theres even several shooting areas. Theres camping and theres lots to see on your bike ride.

I understand why the camping and gun range as well as various activities are closed, but on the website the boat ramp is open just as every other boat ramp in florida currently is so please ether fix this mistake or only give access to the boat ramp as this should not be closed

Good place to visit and see the Florida nature. There is a place for rvs and tents. Also you can go to the gun range for a small fee. There are 2 trails for bikes and numerous ponds for fishing or the big lake. The first preserve in Florida is worth your while to visit and enjoy nature. Summer us very hot during the day and in the afternoon be prepare for rain. Winter is the best time to visit. Enjoy natural Florida !!

Love coming out here, the gun range and camping grounds are awesome always clean and well kept.

Always love coming out here. So much wildlife and it is very relaxing. The kids love it also. Lots of bass and perch. Lots of gators. Only time that we try to avoid being out there is deer season because there is way too much traffic and majority trash the place and dont pay attention to anybody else on the trails.

Awesome place!! Costs $6 to get in with vehicle but totally worth it. Miles of dirt roads take you way back into the preserve or stay on the paved road that hugs the lake shore.

Nice range. Clean. The range personnel are very nice. They a good job.

Great place to go shooting. You can shoot anything here, just bring your own refreshments. They were supposed to start selling g paper targets and such, but I dont know if that has happened yet so bring your own just in case. They are very safety conscious and will kick you out for breaking the rules. Parking is cheap and goes towards the cleanup of the place.

Gorgeous lil nature paradise. Nestled off of Interstate 75 and tuckers grade rd. Great small boating and kayaking. Good fishing. There 5 mile rd is Great for biking running or walking. Camping on the weekends only...public gun range which can get full on weekends as well...

Great place for bike riding. Water is high and some places are a bit flooded, but its still doable and enjoyable.

I ride my bike there a lot. Miles and miles of beautiful dirt roads, two tracks and trails. You will see alligators, deer and many birds....and not many people. Well worth the trip.

Great place to get away for the weekend and be with friends and family! Fishing right on the lake and fire pits to make at night while gazing at the stars awesome sight!

Love the pistol range, but dont bank on being able to use the rifle range. Range hogs will sit there for HOURS aan theres no way to make them move. Super discouraging when you pay to get in, just like everyone else and are unable to shoot your rifles. Wish they had a more efficient system to keep the lines flowing, so everyone gets to use the rifle range! Super annoying, but otherwise a nice place.

Great place to go hunt. Need to finish hunting course first though. 1400 acres of land. Went quail hunting and found multiple cubbies. Only got one bird but was a really windy day so it messed up the dogs. Still had a great time.

What a beautiful place! The wildlife must be different every time, depending on the season. in the springtime after the rain dried up, I saw many varieties of waterfowl and smaller birds, a sleepy gator, and families of peaceful cattle. While the walking trails are on the small side, if you have a vehicle that can handle bumpy dirt roads you can spend the whole day exploring. Please be mindful and respectful of areas marked with No Trespassing signs so that we can keep Cecil Webb and the surrounding areas safe and beautiful.

If you like to camp or hunt like me, this is an awesome place, if you hunt take advantage of bow season for when general gun season comes around there are way to many buggys running around and makes your hunt impossible, endless you hunt the two still areas they have, hope this helps, they have a rifle range and do have fishing as well,

Had an awesome first trip here to the skeet and pistol ranges. The rangemasters were equally friendly and professional. I neglected to bring water, sunscreen and bug spray, which wont happen again. Overall it was scenic, safe and accomodating. Cant wait to go again.

I wish I had a week just to explore this spot.Diverse habitats with plenty of wildlife from Alligators to a rare Woodpecker Species.

We visited the Cecil Webb firing range and totally enjoyed our visit with some skeet shooting today. We visit regularly and find the camping, hunting and fishing to be top notch. Theres something for everyone who enjoys the outdoors here at the Babcock-Webb wildlife management area.

I am a touring biker. Ride the scenic 5 mile (10 miles round trip) hard surface road. See lots of wildlife. Saw huge rattlesnake on road taking a sun bath. Alligators, all types of birds, even an eagle. Beautiful sunsets. Great place to see Gods Creation!

Stayed overnight on the way to Fort Meyers. Great place.

Love this place theres tons of trails, a shooting range, and hunting/camping spots. What more needs to be said, its the perfect place for people who actually go outside.

One of my favorite gun ranges. It is a very nice place and its not too strict. A good place to take kids to learn to shoot as well. Sadly, the place has grown so much in popularity and you might wait a while for a lane.

This place is awesome! I try to go on a week day, because the weekends tend to be a tad overcrowded! In order to shoot on the 200 yard lane, you must qualify at 100 yards first and hit 3 of 5 shots in a 6 inch group. I have included an example from when I qualified recently. Good idea on their part! Bullets at one point were flying over the backstop and almost seriously injuring/killing someone. I hear people complaining about this. But seriously... If you cannot shoot a group at 100 yards within six inches, you have no business shooting on the 200 yard lane! The Range Safety Officers out there are awesome!

Love the outdoors

So...went to the outdoor shooting range. Loved it. The RSOs are fantastic. If youre a new shooter they are very helpful. Especially the woman there. I never caught her name. Make sure you pickup after yourself. But my buddy, my wife and i all had a great time shooting. They have multiple ranges. Skeet, 100yd rifle, 200yd rifle(you must qualify first), pistol, and bow.Will go again, about 35mins from Bonita where i live. Get off on Tuckers Grade go east about .5 mile. Cant miss it.

We just rode our motorcycle down the road around the lake, Webb Lake. There were many nice places to fish, a couple places to put your boat in although I dont believe motors are allowed to be used- paddles only. Lovely wildlife. Places for primitive camping. There were only one or two sites that I saw that a camper could use due to getting level. It was just very peaceful and pretty. The lake was low and high fire risk due to lack of rain. There are many separate ponds to fish in also.

This is a beautiful spot. During hunting the RV area looks a tad full and has a touch of the redneck Riviera going for it, which is just fine but Im letting you know. The lake is why I go, no gas motors on it, multiple boat ramps. Its huge and its awesome. They also have a shooting range and hunting area.

The wildlife of the area was interesting. Tropical, hot but beautiful.
