Not a bad little water park. It was a about 76 degrees and sunny which I think is right on the breaking point. A lot of fun slides and definitely worth going. Loved the dragons lair. Locker rental was a bit pricey. All large lockers were already gone and it wasnt even that busy. Staff was nice and friendly and place seemed clean. Lots of stuff closed but still enough to do.

Fun place to go on a hot summer day. I really can’t give a fair review of water country on this visit because of the COVID. 1/3 of the slides and food areas were closed off. Which is understandable during these times. But it’s still worth going.

Online you guys have that 3 water slides are closed well their is 7 closed and 2 kid areas. Their is absolutely nothing for 4year olds, but maybe 3 things. The sanitation is absolutely horrible. The bathrooms were disgusting, the tubes were not being sanitized. All of the staff was extremely rude besides one young boy that was working in the kid area. He was the only one, that has a personality & was helpful. We will not be returning .my family and I will choose whales tales. Staff is friendly, 110% cleaner. It’s definitely worth the extra hour ride.

We went 7/30/20 and the wave pool and 8 slides were open. The lazy river and kiddie stuff were closed as well. The seagulls are bathing in the wave pool with you which is gross. The $8 fried dough was so stale is wasn’t edible. The only good thing was that there was not many people at the park that day so we didn’t have to wait in lines. Other than that, it was kind of a rip off, but we made the best of it.

They dont make you aware of the fact that some rides are close Im guessing due to covid-19 which is understandable but they do need to let people know when they making their reservation in case they want to changed their mind. Maybe half of the whole park was closed! Overall it was fun and a good time and I did seen worker being on top of the social distancing and masks!

This is the worst choice I could’ve made to take my family. More than half of the park is closed. They charge money for every last little thing you want to do. Way overpriced to come here. Even if this place was running at 100% they only have five or six water rides. Canobie Lake, Hampton Beach, or anything else is a far better value than what you’re getting from water country. Save your money and go somewhere else

Ashame the park is not maintained. The bathrooms are disgusting and half the stalls are clogged. The skimmers in the pools were completely full even as the park opened. There is no one cleaning up during the day. The slides and pools are fun but won’t go back because it’s dirty!

Always a fun time. Lines were long in the afternoon when we arrived, but towards closing kids were able to get on slides quickly. Overall, great day in the sun. Added bonus: new this summer-adults can enjoy an adult beverage in a over 21 area-Wine, beer, spiked seltzer, and margaritas are served.

Prices are not bad at all. season passes are at a low rate right now. There were a few attractions that were not open because of covid. Kids had a blast in the wave pool. Son enjoyed the slides. It was pretty busy so trying to find chairs near the wave pool was hard. Definetly recommend wearing aqua socks or you will burn the hell out of your feet. I forgot mine but wasnt expecting the ground to be as hot as it was.

I had to repeat our trip because I booked for my birthday, and the schedule changed, they werent open on Mondays. I had a confirmation email from Sunday night. We made the forty-minute drive to find the park closed. We returned on August 7th to find half of the park slides closed. Staffing was sparse. My daughter stepped on a bee, and we could not even get a band aid let alone find first aid workers. I have visited this place most years around my birthday for 30 years. I have been seriously disappointed by the changes for the past several years. Customer service is lacking. I will be taking a few years off now.

Over half the rides were closed due to low staff. This is understandable but when you purchase tickets they should make you aware. Due to this the slides had longer lines with no social distance. The wave pool was extremely overcrowded. I truly did not feel comfortable with this due to covid. They should definitely limit the amount of people aloud at one time. I understand that they due make you aware that you could be exposed but I wasnt expecting that. Overall we did enjoy the day. Although I wouldnt recommend until covid is over. Also the bathrooms were disgusting even early in the day.

Took my son for vacation, unfortunately half the rides are not operating due to COVID and payed for tubes when you absolutely dont need to rent them. The food is way over priced. We had fun, but payed full price for half the park. Further more, payed 40 dollars per ticket when, if I bought that day, would have saved 10 bucks per ticket. It was fun, but expensive and a little disappointing.

More than half of the rides closed. Nolazy river. You should be able to find Lifeguards at $40 or more an hour since you are still charging full price and saving on water and energy from closed rides. Staff wore masks but no guests did and no social distancing. Lines could be an hour long most concessions closed. Waste of $150

Absolutely awful. Over HALF the parks attractions were shut down!! We prepaid online for everyone in our family to have the tubes at a discount of $6 vs $8ea, which you are led to believe are mandatory to have but that there are a few slides that provide a specific tube instead. However tubes are NOT mandatory and we carried them around all day, as well as our children, or were forced to leave them unattended in order to go on a slide that had its own specific tube required. Two tubes were stolen because of this usless purchase which your expected to ditch at practically every slide. Come to find out there were only 2 slides operating that used the type of tubes we thought we HAD TO purchase in order to slide ...BUT those slides also provided tubes at the bottom, to carry up as well!! Just in un-needed tubes we wasted $52. Only to be refunded $10 for the 2 tubes that disappeared from entrance area of a slide, where instructed to leave them in order to get the specific tube used for that slide upon entry. Out of 15 available attractions according to website, not including the 8-9 slides/attractions listed on website as un-opened or possibly unavailable, only 7 slides/attractions were actually available. So 8 out of 15 were closed...over half! Including basic attractions for all ages, like the lazy river..but also some of the seemingly coolest slides for the kids, like the Dragons Den for example. Complete was of $$ almost $350 for 2×(Ticket 4-pk) deals, 6 online reserved discount tube rental fees& online discount of half price reserved parking pass. A bit steep when we realized how little was actually available for use compared to the 2x as many attractions we planned our trip based on. In July my family attended Whales Tale in Lincoln, NH and had a total BLAST! However there is a limited number of slides 5-7 plus lazy river, wave pool & kiddie corner water play area. Tickets prices for Water Country, we learned were actually less expensive we learned and offered 2x the slides. We were very excited to bring our family to Water Country for the first time, expecting it to be 2x the fun of Whales Tale, with 2x the slides. Absolute let down! I will definitely be paying more $ for less rides @ Whales Tale next year & yrs to come, for sure & avoid the suprisingly, unenjoyable headache Water Country turned out to be. *I will say they did well at upholding Covid-19 rules, regulations & precautions.

Very upset with this family trip had about 10 of us. Half of the slides were closed the lazy river was closed only wave pool open (which u would think they would close that as it is smaller and more clustered with people then the water that travels around the park and is bigger social distances wise) I never saw on website saying that half the slides were closed. There was only one kiddie area open. Don’t get me started on the food !????? 16.75 for 6 (thin breaded) chicken tenders and fries 8.00 for a burger (patty worst then McDonald’s, thin and slimy) no fries included. One and only one food place to eat at. And you better eat it while u walk back to ur spot before the seagulls attack that very expensive “cheap” meal. Snack cart ?!! The pretzels from there were so old u break it and powder came out ! I’m so disappointed about this trip we have 3 extra tickets due to people who were unable to make it and don’t even think i want to take the 2 and half hour ride back there.

Me and my friends have made it a yearly event to go to water country but we went on August 2nd 2020 n it was the worst experience ever! My advice DO NOT GO UNTIL COVID IS OVER! They had soo many things closed and still had the nerve to charge full price!! The kids area with the bucket was closed, the adventure river was closed, the wave pool was blocked off at 5 ft and water was soo chlorinated u could barely see underwater and many other rides were closed absolutely nothing was posted online just to scam people into buying tickets. Ohhh to make matters worse u can only buy tickets online with no advance notice of all the closures. Beware if you have a health condition that precludes you from wearing a mask. The management on site (Kathryn N.) will not honor the exception for people with a health condition. We don’t have a mandatory mask requirement in NH and even Governor Sununu recognizes there are people with health conditions that can’t wear a mask. This is discrimination towards people with disabilities.

Clean, well maintained with attractions suitable for all ages. Huge emphasis on safety, no glass allowed in park and only USCG approved flotation devices allowed. You can bring your own food and use their shaded picnic tables. For an amusement park, the food was reasonably priced. Staff were very friendly and watched the kids like a hawk. I recommend reading the park info for prohibited items and activities. See their website. My favorite water park (except for Disneys). This is my third summer bringing bus loads (100-150) of kids, worth every penny! Go, spend the day, and have a great time.

I have been to water country every year for 10 years and I love the place. In my opinion it is the best water park in New England. The staff are ALWAYS friendly and the park is always clean, even with all the people that visit. The best time to go is during the week in the summer, but it is still enjoyable on weekends. This place is legit filthy. Like beyond disgusting. I understand that there’s so many people that things are bound to get a bit dirty, but for staff not up keep the changing rooms or even the bathrooms is inexcusable. There also needs to be more staff in the lazy river. My son 6 was being pushed and trampled by a bunch of people even adults because they wanted to get ahead of other people. He almost got swept away. At the end of the lazy river there was mounds of people trying to steal tubes from people, pushing them off. I rented a tube and someone tried to take mine. It’s just a hazard having a mound of people waiting at the end of the river with no life guard directing them what to do. It was a bit ridiculous. Also I understand that people love to be able to take food, but it’s beyond ridiculous when families are bringing pots and pans and pushing people to the side as they are walking to the grass. The only reason why I’m giving this place 2 stars is because my son enjoyed himself. But legit this place needs some up keep. Save your money.

Great park, something for all ages. The staff are all so nice and seem to enjoy their jobs. We rented a cabana near the pirate kiddie pool. It was nice to have a central location to sit and relax throughout the day. A bit on the pricey side ($83 which was the discounted rate with a premium season pass, would have been $119), but I believe if you rent online, you get a discount. One of the the things I love about this park is they allow you to bring in your own food and beverages (no alcohol or glass containers).

The Wave pool was also closed which is also one of thier favorites, usually would be our main attraction, there are no discounts given, if something doesnt work you just kinda miss out on it and get fussy children. Sucks to pay full price and not be able to enjoy most of what you came for unfortunately.)
