A hidden gem! Absolutely must see. I doubt there is any other place so well-preserved and so authentic to the times. A unique experience. So glad we saw it.
Cool place. I always am interested about what the insides of these cool old buildings look like. Looks great inside.
That was worth the $5 admission. Getting to see how the wealthy lived at the turn of the 1900s was amazing.
I have walked past a few times and found it quite beautiful Architecturally.
Closed: Would be awesome if the website indicated such. It was still nice to walk around Old Towne and see the other homes nearby. You should stop by and visit, but only if you dont mind viewing the house from the street. It looks like it might be a while before this museum opens again. Sadly, this was the case with the Naval Shipyard Museum as well.
The individuals who donate their time to this museum are so generous and passionate about the preservation of the Hill House. My family and I had a wonderful time. Try the tea blend they sell, its fantastic and one of a kind! I cannot wait to visit again!
Wonderful and interesting place with amazing guides! This is a must see if you are in the area or visiting! The teas and events they have are also always lovely.
The visit was ok for the price -only 5 bucks- but the guide was a little unsure of some facts and kept looking at his notes. That made following him a bit boring.
That place is so beautiful
The hill house foundation preserves this classic Victorian marvel in rare pristine form... thanks well be back
Hill house, of course high marks!
