A basic community walkway. Not connected to the rest of the Greenway trail. Dog park that is local members only (yearly membership fee and keyed entry). Nice views, lots of grassy areas with benches (no shade or coverings). In short a place for locals to walk a couple blocks by the river but not a real destination place.

Peaceful place to stroll. Many dogs and a great view of the Ross Island Bridge and the river.

Beautiful area to relax, stroll, walk the dog or get some air in the evening. Professional and up kept nature persevere area. Typically a quite area with lots if benches to take it n the sites.

I lived on the waterfront for 3 yrs was a great place to live.

Quiet, not too busy at peak times. Many people walking dogs if thats a factor for you. Currently doesnt connect to the north or south so 0 commute traffic. Access to the water by a pedestrian ramp.
