Great park with lots of amenities: seasonal bathrooms, water fountain, Accessible playground, well-maintained tennis courts, picnic areas, horseshoe courts, large field for sports with 2 baseball diamonds, unfenced dog area. The dogs definitely dont stay confined to their area though, so be aware that you may be visited by a furry friend if youre taking a nap on the grass . . .

Always an awesome time! Most parents are super cool. If you bring toys be prepared to share. We have shared scooters, sand toys, and balls. Its super safe. If you have a wandering kid most parents will turn them back around to the play structure. Its an all inclusive park so its a great place for special kids.

This park is the absolute BEST!!! We love taking the kids here to play on the innovative and inclusive playground. Has a great sidewalk loop that has been fantastic for teaching the kids how to ride bikes in a safe and controlled environment. It also has a great area for dogs and open spaces to enjoy the sunshine in summer (with some trees too for those who need shade). You will always meet friendly neighbors willing to chat as well - Overall this is the park to be at if in NoPo.

Great park with excellent features to suit ANY needs. This is a Harpers Playground which means it is ADA accessible, but truly it is a well designed space with fun for all. This park does not have a covered space, so plan accordingly, but one of the better play areas. Road adjacent to the playground is blocked off for a school, which increases safety, and huge open spaces for running around too. Go check it out!

Very nice park set up. The sand box is a big hit with my kids and they love the water fountain at the top of it. The majority of all the rides have the squishy rubber floor material so it hurts much less when you take a tumble off something. Theres a large open field for playing around in, and a big hill in the center of it all that lets you slide down a slide and run back up the hill to slide down again.

My wife and I go to take the dog and our infant son. One half of the park has a dog section, the other a great little park geared toward kids under 10. My son loves the sandpit they have there, my dog loves the friends that are usually there. Weve never been and not seen another dog for ours to run around with.

My Syster moved to PDX 17 years ago and when she had her first child a year later we used to go to arbor lodge park. The degree of displacement through gentrification in PDX is astounding. As I was watching my 16 yr old niece play tennis yesterday, I looked around at the homes and the folks in the parks and it was apparent an entire neighborhood had changed in 15 years. The park is fine. I brought my dog nephew who is a runner and he did ok with the offlease. It wasnt perfect, so Ill have to continue to bring him out to chimney park. I wish there were a closer fenced dog park.

Great place for families and people with pets. There is usually a soccer game or ball game on the weekends during the summer (school sports). There is also a tennis court and lawn bowling. There is an area for dogs to be off leash, but like many Portland Parks, there is no fence. There are trash cans along the perimeter which is great. Overall a well-maintained park. The winter means muddy area in the dog park.
