First time to Plantation Woods and still wondering why we waited so long! Were big Disney fans so we typically stay close to Disneyland but never realized GW is down the street. We decided to bring the kids for one night after we saw a Fall deal. Such a great place! Check in and check out was so EASY! They even got us at check out for an upgrade but so glad that we did. The kids loved the Wolf Den room and it offered us much more space

#Good for families. Large playground with a number of activity areas including a nice sized splash pad. We drove out from Fort Lauderdale to give our children some space to run. Was especially nice later in the day when the sun was no longer beating overhead. Padded play surfaces but artificial turf in rough shape in many places.

Its October 2020, and the Playground has now been closed for 7 months! All other businesses and parks have reopened, yet this park is still closed due to COVID-19. Were in phase 3... Get with it, get sanitizing, get open! Children need to get out and play too! Very disappointing!

Great variety of playground equipment even if the water feature is off. A lot of space for children to play, well kept and clean park. Highly recommend for small children and toddlers. Pavilion easy to rent with notice, theyre now a available all day.

Plantation Woods Park is a city run water park and playground by Plantation with private sponsorships and local businesses like The Rick Case Group of the auto dealership. This park is very clean and is typically filled with kids until nightfall. The playground is typically wet due to the splash pad in the middle. So all the slides can be a bit slippery, so watch out. It is a great location for birthday parties and other smaller events. There are no grills and animals are not permitted.

Great little park, great splash pad area and very well maintained. We had a Birthday here and all the guests enjoyed this location. Side comment to anyone thinking of visiting. Please make sure your kids wear rubber swim shoes, I have seen so many kids slip or even rip off a toe nail and it is so easy to avoid. As long as people attending this park stay considerate of others this will stay a little gem in the community.

This an amazing park, is really beatiful, the kids enjoys a lot the water and all the playgrounds. I think is one of the most beautiful parks around here.

We love this park! It’s probably our favorite in Broward. We love the large playgrounds and the splash pad is the best way to cool off in the hot south fl sun. Kids can easily go from splash pad to playground and parents have plenty of room to picnic and relax in shade or the sun!

Great little playground and splash park, lots of seating and picnic tables, bathrooms, clean park, lots of parking available. Too bad the weather wasn’t that hot, but kids still played in the water. Would come back again if it was closer to our Airbnb

This park is amazing!! It has 3 different play areas for different age groups as well as a splash pad for all ages and pavilions with picnic tables for parties or just to sit and relax while the children play. This is always our go to number one park. We spend at least 2-3 hours here every time we visit!

This is such a hidden gem in the heart of Plantation. Family oriented, well kept, loads of rides and water features for the kids. Beautiful spot to either relaxed, host kids party under pavilion or play tennis this is the park for you.

The park is really nice and clean and offers tennis courts and racquetball courts. The splash area is really fun for the kids. The last time I was here, the splash pad was cordoned off for maintenance along with some other areas of the playground. It looks like lots of improvements are being made. I cant wait to see the end result.

A great park for children. Has 3 different play areas for children of different ages. It also has an enclosed splash area where kids can get wet. Bring water shoes, extra clothes, sunscreen, and towels for your kids just in case.

Three playgrounds for different age groups and a greenspace with a splash pad in the middle. Super smart design, but at a playground like this you need swim shoes or slip proof sandals for safety bc kids do go back and forth. Love and will go again!

I host a summer camp every year at my fathers martial arts school, master Baez martial arts. This is one of the kids favorites park. They have a really nice splash pad and also a nice playground for the kids to enjoy. The park is well maintained.

Great park. It has a fenced sprinkler/water park which is pretty fun. There are three play areas with swings, slides, monkey bars, tunnels, etc. One of them is on the smaller side for younger children. There are plenty of green space to lay out a blanket and have a picnic or whatever. The park also has a walking trail, bathrooms, water fountains, covered pavilions for parties, and benches around the park. If there were more benches and if they were placed in shades areas it would be an improvement. The benches now are out in the blazing sunlight and it gets way too hot.Over all though it is a wonderful park and my kids always have a great time here.

Very clean, very cute! awesome waterworks and awesome playgrounds. The one and only reason why I gave 4/5 is the complete lack of shading. Cold water is cool during the hot hours, but besides of some trees, there are no places to chill in the shade; plus, all the slides get ridiculously hot.Super awesome place, nonetheless!

South Floridas hidden gem. Excellent play sets and a great splash garden, all for free. There are restrooms, picnic tables, and pavilions, so you can plan to stay all day. The pavilions can be reserved for parties.

I love the splash area it was recently cleaned and they added fencing which is super awesome but there is a serious wasp and bee promblem. It’s my favorite park to bring my daughter to b cause of the water area but it’s always covered in bees. At least 10/15 or more every time I visit. And as someone that is terrified of being stung it’s just not reasonable anymore I have no idea if my daughter is allergic and I don’t want to find out hope they fix the problem because otherwise it’s the park I would recommend to go play in

One of my favorite playgrounds in Broward. All my kids love this playground and splash pad. Great for ages one through 10. The clubhouse is really nice as well

Great park with a lot of tree shade and a fun water playground for those hot days which is almost every day in Florida. Bring a towel. Also has tennis courts and a nice walking path.

Great for kids! The park could use a little fixing up since some of the equipment if gated off and needs repair. That said, if youre looking for a place to wear out the kids, go go go! The splash pad is amazing, so bring your swim suit. There are plenty of pages to climb and run. Expect a lengthy naptime to follow a visit here.

What a whimsical park! This play space is 2.5 acres of sheer childhood delight. The parks design came from the imagination of Planation Landscape Architect Jeffrey Siegel. Sadly he passed away before the park was completed but his legacy lives in the happy smiles of the children playing at the park.At the entrance to the park is a tree and squirrel sculpture designed by artist Davis Serrano who also designed the log benches in the park. Inside the park are three playground areas for different age groups. The forest theme is continued throughout the park with tree houses, grizzly bears, and tree swings. In the center of the park is a splash pad which is a wonderful addition to help children cool down in the Florida heat.

This park is absolutely beautiful! We cant wait till the splash pad is open again.

We love this park. They keep it nice and clean (I believe its closed Wednesday mornings for maintenance) and its for a variety of ages. Only thing is the back gate that leads into the neighborhood. I thought the main entrance and the entrance by the bathrooms were the only openings, but I noticed once that theres a small gate in the back.

Very nice park. There is a tot lot. Half of the park has great shade. There are activities for 2-12 year olds. There is also a water splash pad.

This is a cute park with a nice playground conveniently located close the library perfect for reading time, you may tag along story time on Thursdays mornings or just to cool from a hot day, or just using the restroom! Overall the park is located in a nice safe neighborhood area with minimal traffic. It does have a walking path for a stroll or bike riding for the whole family. I like that it has two swings and a play section with climbing fun and slide under mulched so expect to find some in shoes when you get home bring your coffee and snacks there is no where close by to get any food supply so please do come prepare!

Great splash park for little ones and free tennis courts. Hard courts only, only two with lights. Free parking. Restrooms and water fountains on property.

The layout of the park is a masterpiece. The Pavilions could use a couple more square feet in space but then again that is just me being picky and I would definitely give it a 5 stars but there is a hazard in the parking lot with the canal with no barricades and little kids play around. But other than that the park is a phenomenal place.

Love this park, but not a lot of parking...

The park is neat and caters to all age group with three different size play area. It has four party areas and a water splash zone. If you are planning a party, there is no bbq area and bounce houses allowed. I find the bathroom to be a little dark. For the most part its a quiet safe little park. It has had many upgrades since my youth.

Great splash pad, lots of great playground structures. One of them, however, is very tall and dangerous for younger kids yet it has the swings near so tempting for the kids. But overall we love this park

Wonderful Place for Kids. Water Area is the highlight. Entire play area is kids proof and parents can relax watching them play. Worth a visit.The maintenance team were kind and walked to each visitor to announce the closing time and waited for us to move out.
