The park itself was very nice. We went to this park specifically for the dog park. However the gate was locked and you needed private access, which was a huge disappointment.

A lots of activities for toddlers there (as well as for older kids) My 3 yo son loves it there. This park is always well maintained and clean

The kids call this one Poopy Park. The park itself it fine but Im not sure why youd put a park across the street from the waste water treatment. The smell floats its way over to the park and absolutely stinks. We dont come here often for that very reason.

Kids had a great time, lots of equipment to play on, and benches for the adults. Even the neighbor kids came out to play. No trails or outdoorsy stuff, but great for the littles.

Fun place for family

Swinford park has remained largely unchanged since I was a child. Thats not a bad thing though. As they say, if it aint broke, dont fix it. Its a solid park with plenty for you to do, plus theres a pretty sweet dog park.

Great park! Has a nice jungle gym and the like for the kids, tennis courts, pickleball courts, baseball diamonds, and a walking trail. Theres also picnicking areas and water fountains.

Great little park. Watched some kid climb onto the top of the playground one time and get stuck. It was hilarious. He was fine getting up there with his buddy but he wasnt as confident to get down. Some random parent had to get up into the playground to help his little chunky butt down. It was great

Great park. It had pickle bball courts, a baseball / soft bball diamond, a play area for the little ones, and a shelter. The bathrooms are clean.

Although soon to be overshadowed by the one within Hummel Park (in renovation as of this writing), the two playgrounds here allows both younger and older children to have separate, but closely spaced, play areas. There are the typical, old-school classics you would expect. Its not the newest and best, but the kids will have a blast regardless. This park is worth the trip for an hour or two. There are adjacent restrooms and a water fountain within sight of the playgrounds. Parking on a busier day is limited which has the benefit of restricting how crowded the park can be, which I find pleasant.

Nicely open and great trail for running or biking. Parks Dept. does a great job of maintenance.

Plainfield has wonderful parks. This one is equipped with a stellar playground, tennis courts, covered picnic area (rentable through October 31st), etc. Grounds are well taken care of.

This park is great. My daughter and I come here alot. Good for big kids and smaller kids. Two separate playgrounds. Baseball fields. Dog park. And a trail to walk.

Great park. Well maintained and multipal play grounds. Large trail system. Scenic views. Multiple shelter houses. Clean bathrooms. Softball fields, and basket ball court. Open grounds and lots of shade too. Its where 4th of July celebrations are held and where fireworks are fired off. Large Creek runs through the middle. Covers 205 acres!

Watch out for zombies! They are all over the park! Good place to hunt for survivors and supplies

Nice park

This is a clean family place with a great play ground and ample benches for the watching adults. There are two Poké stops and a gym. Parking is adequate and there is a picnic shelter. This is one of my grandsons favorite local parks.

Awesome, with both new and old school toys. Nice bathroom with soda machine on property, plus baseball diamond and pavilion. Great trees provide some shade.

My husband and I take our dog to the Bark Park at Swiford every evening. The cost is so worth going there, great people, and some wonderful dogs there. I suggest call the Aquatic Center get the details and join, you wont regret it, we dont.

Yet ANOTHER amazing Plainfield park! This one is fantastic because of the multiple play places and structures, merry-go-rounds, slides, a corn maze, and much more! Hummel Park across the street is also great, but this one has more to do for kids. The brick shelters are a great place to bring a picnic lunch and find shade from the summer sun. Bring the little ones here for a fun afternoon!

Older park but lovely to take the kids and/or pets. It even has a doggy park that is just amazing.
