Nice playground! It seemed clean and I love the rubbery ground instead of mulch. So much more comfy to walk on

We love this park. Its always very clean and its beautiful. My kids really enjoy hiking through to the creek and walking along the water. We have also had photos taken here. Beautiful park. The play area is also fantastic. My kids never know where to start when we go and they hate leaving. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic paved bike and walking oaths for 10+ miles. Great picnic areas. Streams. Bridges. Playgrounds water parks. Very impressive for such a small city. Great place to spend all afternoon outside.

My wife and I went for a walk here on an incredibly chilling winter afternoon. She has been there for walk several times but this was my first time. There are several playgrounds and walking paths all of which are very pretty. The bathroom was very clean and well-maintained. Plenty of benches along the walking paths to just sit and enjoy the nature.

One of the nicest parks around and connected to other trails and parks. Playground and water pad are clean, paths are well maintained and paved, and mile markers everywhere. Great to walk your dog or ride a bike with lots to do.

The park itself is fine. Theres plenty of space for different activities such as cooking out, walking, and play areas. There is also a splash pad for kids which was filled with children taking in water and spitting it on others. No masks and no social distancing. As per usual, the human element was the real issue.

We have passed this place 1,000 times and never really stopped to check it out. We had so much fun we will be back with our bikes!!! Very nice and clean

Oh my god what can I say about this beautiful place. It’s full of nature everywhere, so you’ll definitely be enjoying the fresh air and the sounds of birds singing and making you feel happy. They have a volleyball court, soccer field, trail, and basketball court as well. It’s a spacious place surrounded by wonderfulness and beauty, I would totally recommend you going and spend some quality time there.

Stopped in while visiting the area... wish we had a park this great at home. Obvious that the community puts effort and money into keeping it beautiful. Great ball fields, clean public restrooms, a playground with lots of shade, a new playground coming soon, a splash pad, a gazebo, tons of picnic tables and benches, etc.

A Beautiful Park...The Creek Was Low So No Fish To Watch...But Birds & Squirrels Were Plentiful...Paths Are Long & Winding...Visitors Are Pleasant, Greeting & Enjoyn Their Time Out

Wonderful park to go to. Plenty of space and picnic tables in the shade. Splashpad area is a good time for kids in the heat. Lots of fun in the sun.

So much fun at this park. I really love the creek going through it. A lot of rocks for my rock collection.

Overall the park is beautiful! We went creek stomping. The creek is fun for the family. My only critique is the massive amount of poison ivy along the creek bank and paths.

This is a pretty large park with a creek that runs thru it. It also has quite a few parks for kids to play on.

Good for all ages, adequate seating, updated equipment. Splash pad needs a good scrubbing on the platform.

So much for the kids to do. Playground and a splash are for all. Also a little hidden stream where water is so clear

Busier than I thought it would be in the middle of a weekday but the park itself is great.

Nice place for families with little kidsPlay area floor is a soft rubber material so doesn’t hurt even if you fall. I like it better than the mulch piles. Swings and slides are good along with nice play structure. There’s a separate slides structure for kids 2-5 yearsYou can find enough benches for parents to sit and watch kids. The gazebos make it a good place for picnic in the summer too!

It had fresh air and after being locked in the house for months I love being able to breath fresh air and see thr beautiful outdoors!

Awesome place to picnic or take the kids to run around or even unwind and fish on one of the ponds available.

(We came here today Thursday July 2 2020) Very relaxing place to spend the afternoon and unwind! My husband and I are still a little bit upset (a couple days ago we tried to check into a hotel and got scammed, and had to nag the staff until they refunded it. It was a very stressful situation and a very upsetting one. Thankfully we were approached by an older couple and they let us stay in their spare bedroom and we’re still staying there. Yesterday we didn’t do much just because we were so mad and i got sick from stress the night before, but I’m feeling a lot better today and fresh air and sunlight has helped a lot. If you’re interested in the whole hotel story you can check my profile I’ll post in a couple days. I’m sorry about the paragraph but I just wanted to give context and explain the situation that we’re in and the reason we came here.) We are finally feeling happy again and we’re not mad anymore, getting fresh air and sunlight can make your mood improve drastically. I’ll continue to update my reviews

As always one of my favorite watering holes, nice fields, good bike/walk trail, kids playgrounds picnic table and shelters, fishing, and more. Over peaceful and quiet.

I love coming to this park! Very open and spacious and the kids have a lot of fun. The park has three main areas or kids to play, on either side of the creek. Great place to unwind and go for a walk as well!

Wasnt actually at the park, but at the Disc Golf course next to it.. but the park looked fantastic from where I was. Would go to it if parks werent a tool of the establishment to hold you down.

Nice park to spend time with family, to exercise or to have a patty on summer.

Great park for a daily run. Paved trails through the woods and a bridge over the creek connecting either side. I ran a good 7 miles without getting bored. Ran into another runner as we both finished the day doing hill repeats on the sledding hills. I bet those are fun in the winter.

The new park is awesome! Has plenty of trails. Has plenty of wide open spaces. It has plenty of parks along the trails. Great for biking, running, walking, and anything else outdoor sports related. This park is full of beauty and is always clean. Highly recommend.

This park is amazing. So much to do.

The new playground equipment is a lot of fun. We really like the caterpillar like teeter totter. Plus they kept the old twisty slide. A good way to spend an hour with younger kiddos.plus you can go for a walk afterwards on one of the many paths.

I love the variety of trails at this park! There are also places where you can take your pup to the creek, which is a fun feature. This park is very well kept, and a great place to visit!

A great park for everyone. The walking path is great & is long. The playground and splash pad keep kids entertained for hours and the picnic area close by is great for bringing your own lunch to help keep up their energy.

Always clean, big fields to fly kites, pinic areas, basketball courts, kids splash pad and playground, bike trails and a creek to fish. Clean bathroom facilities. Love this park!

Nice ballfields & walk areas.

Took my daughter to the new playground and she absolutely loved it. She is only 2yo and it is more for the 5yo kids but that doesnt stop my daughter. She tried to climb the ladder all by herself. The ground is soft for if someone is to fall it will be a softer blow with is great. She didnt want to leave the playground and it took everything I had to get her to do get a drink all she wanted to was play.

New park I love it

Massive park!!! This place is enormous and has lots of space for everyone. The splash pad was quite muddy and our toddler was afraid of the big sprinkler system. She wasnt really interested in the pad, but Im sure she will enjoy it more when shes older.However, she loves the swings and play equipment. There was lots of space to run!One thing that wasnt so great was the plastic slide was scalding hot and it burned her little legs on the way down. I was surprised that it wasnt made to not retain heat since most play equipment is engineered to not get so hot. I should have felt it before I sent her down, so I take ownership of that mishap.There are lots of gazebos, pavilions and shade with open picnic tables- so there are lots of opportunities to cool off in the summer.

It is a good place to take kids

Our son loves coming here. The new playground is really nice and you can rent the shelter homes for small events like birthday parties. I have been coming to park since I was kid and I can share my fond memories with our son.

Great place to relax enjoy a walk, read a book under a shade tree while watching my two girls play on the playground area. And of course after playing the girls love to cool off at the free splash pad. The park is very big so there is plenty of areas to picnic, play, walk the paths, or just enjoy the beautiful scenery.

One of the best parks in town for kids. This one is geared for around 7 and up, but any child would enjoy this.If you are here near Christmas, their lights are amazing!

New playground is nice. The whole park is very nice only complaint is that there isnt as much for the younger ones here. My 3 year old prefers most parks over this one just because hes not comfortable on most of the playground. For older kiddos tho its great!!

This park is amazing. Beautiful playgrounds, basketball courts, trails, splash pad, and scenery. My personal favorite is how all of the tables are under trees in the shade! That really helps in the heat during the summer.

Great park for walking in the woods or in the open. If you want to play soccer, basketball, or throw the football around. This place has it. If you have kids, there is a little recreational jungle gym for kids to play on within the vicinity.

I really nice park

My kids love Hummel Park. We live in Brownsburg, Home of the Helicoptering Parent, the playground/park atmosphere is not as easy going. Going to a park in Brownsburg just usually doesn’t have that nostalgic feeling of freedom as it did when I was a child. Hummel Park was a breath of fresh air, literally! They have a an obstacle course-like playground for the big kids & a separate area for smaller kids. They also have a huge metal twirly slide, a sandbox, a walking trail of large multitude, a creek that can be waded in & a good sized splash pad!(*& more that I didn’t get around to seeing!)

Hummel Park is always up to date, rennovating. There are endless things to do here. Great family place, including dogs. My daughter loves swimming with her dog here. Splash pad as well. Clean bathrooms and water fountains. Also, lots of track and trail for exercise. Why wouldnt somebody come here?

We walked over 4 miles total, had the dog, the day was nice, had water fountains, not cold water, but cool warer,. Large play set for children, grills, and a lot of nice scenery. Even places to fish, if you have a fishing license. We are definitely going to go back.

What an amazing city park. There are several play areas, long trails, creek access, splash pad, and more. If one area seems crowded (like the new playground), theres another area just around the corner.
