As a baby-boomer and major Clemente fan this was a must visit place for me. Its the best kept secret in the burgh. The tour guide was passionate & full of stories of both the past & current day Clemente family stories.

You can feel the love that has been put into the displays. So well done and accompanied by great personal stories of the legend.

One of the most interesting museum i ever been too.. our Roberto Clemente was a truly icon. If you visit Pittsburg you cannot leave without visiting this place even if you dont like the sport.. the world should know who really was Roberto Clemente. The tour guy was amazing!! They also have wine at this location very interesting!!!

Excellent museum with very knowledge staff and a breathtaking amount of quality memorabilia commemorating an all-time great baseball player and human being.

So much baseball memorabilia to see. Obviously centering on Roberto Clemente but other local baseball info, too. Guides are friendly and knowledgeable. Museum is in an engine station which makes for a unique gallery. Visits are by reservation

This was an awesome experience- the museum guide Vince told the stories of Clemente and you felt like you were right there. I could come again and see things I missed. If youre a Roberto Clemente fan or just a ball fan the museum is worth scheduling a tour visit.

One of a kind tour! Private tour guide is a fantastic story teller. He takes you back in time, helps you visualize what it must have been like. Clemente family are very much behind this. Kudos to the gentleman who owns the studion on the second floor for saving this former fire station building and converting it into a fantastic museum in honor of baseball and Clemente.

Must see. Even if you aren’t the biggest baseball fan. Clemente was a hero on and off the field and the museum and guided tour guide does an amazing job commemorating his life. A wonderful humanitarian with some really great insight to his life! Appointment only and tours book fast.

This is a real hidden treasure. The tour is very informative and entertaining. The collection of artifacts and memorabilia is really impressive. Anyone who is a fan of the Pirates, Clemente or baseball in general really should try to find a way to fit this in during a visit to Pittsburgh.

Im just a big fan this has been on my bucket list for a long time. Im so happy I came and seen all the beautiful pieces they have my only complaint is 2 hours is not long enough for a big fan as me that I would had spent the day their lol awesome place to see if you visiting or you just lived in Pittsburgh and hasnt went Gooooooo

Our tour guide Rick was very knowledgeable. Enjoyed the tour and love that it is in an old firehouse with great architecture. The mural being painted on the building next door is an excellant tribute to him.

We went to the Clemente Museum as a Christmas gift for my dad and it did not disappoint! Vince was a personable and knowledgeable tour guide and it was enjoyable for the entire family, not just our baseball fans.

A lot of historical information that I didnt know about Roberto Clemente. Not alot of artifacts, but enough to enjoy the visit. The tour guide was very knowledgeable as he should concerning Mr. Clemente.

My daughter and I saw a lot of Pittsburgh and this was the absolute highlight of our trip! We didnt know what to except and it was just AMAZING!!!Duane was the ultimate host and educated us on Clemente, baseball, other sports and wine! The wine is amazing and the tasting is also something that blew us away. We could have spend hours in the museum and then another few at the wine bar.Duane - please keep up the great work and I am telling everyone I know about this fabulous place! Kristin

I went to the Clemente museum on a family outing. I am not a fan of baseball per se but Im a fan of the man after this trip. There is so much going on in this place than just baseball and at the same time is a must for the true baseball enthusiast. Our guide was full of energy and kept a crowd, including a few 11 year old boys engaged for an hour and a half. Im proud to have this museum in Pittsburgh. If you are coming to Pittsburgh to see a baseball game, schedule a visit to the Clemente Museum.

This is a private business this man raised all the mine him self.it was an old fire station and you can tell it has a lot of the stuff they used when it was a firehouse.rhe fire pols is tstill their the lines for where the truck parked a lot of firehelmets and fire stuff.and of course lot lot of Clemente pictures uniforms bats gloves congrats.its just amazing how much stuff he has and got over the years

The last time I visited Pittsburgh was August 1972 for a Pirates vs Dodgers game at Three Rivers. I saw my hero Roberto Clemente make one of his famous throws of which I remember like yesterday. This weekend I was blessed to return to Pittsburgh for the first time since August 1972 and watch my son pitch at PNC for the Reds against Pirates. I had to visit the museum and booked a visit. Duane did an absolutely wonderful job of telling and explaining Clementes life and accomplishments both on the field and off. I think not only all baseball fans but all people should visit this museum. This may be the greatest example I have ever seen that proves athletic ability and talent are temporary but attitude and character go on forever. We are all blessed to have either seen or later read and heard about Roberto. Thanks to Duane and the Clemente family, Robertos life and character will live on forever. Please make an appointment and visit.

Awesome hallowed place in Pittsburgh honoring an amazing baseball and humanitarian legend.

This was a really nice experience! You think you know all about somebody because theyre a public figure, and then you see the more private side.

We had an outstanding time. The collection of Clemente memorabilia was complemented with some other Pirate material, but best of all were the stories of the family and friends of Clemente who have come to the museum and shared their memories. Planning to go back soon with my extended family.

A special place dedicated a special man who lived life the way he thought would best help mankind.

This place is very cool. We were able to go a few months ago for Open Doors PGH so look out for events like that if youre looking for an easy way to visit.

This museum is closed most of the time. if you want to visit call a week ahead to reserve a tour. otherwise dont even bother.

Fun place to visit if you enjoy baseball and baseball memorabilia, and there is a winery in the basement!

Very cool museum with a ton of interesting artifacts.

The staff has amazing stories and knowledge of the showcase. On display are various art pieces, pictures, trophies, bats, uniforms, framed memos, contracts (and rejection letters), and much much more. I highly recommend spending a couple hours here.

Old Fire House with classic atmosphere, Nostalgic, displays took me back to my childhood

Really cool event space! Felt like I could wander around and just explore. Got a little confused by what was memorabilia and what was just some liquor sitting on a shelf, but Im not complaining.

Guided tour. Very knowledgeable staff, great memorabilia, kinda disappointed the wine shop was not open.

I went this summer, and I can honestly say that visiting the Clemente Museum was the highlight to my Pittsburgh vacation. I have gone the NFL, MLB, and NBA Hall of Fames, and this museum and its story kicks their butts. As a sports card collector, seeing all of the Roberto Clemente original cards in highly graded condition was definitely one of the highlights of the museum.The Clemente Museum is a must see for any baseball fan: sports fan for that matter.
