For the money you cant beat it. Management is awesome. Ive been here a year and Ive had no problems.If youre in the service industry like I am its an excellent location close to the Gandy and 275.

To expensive. Plus when you sign a year lease you also then are a monthly resident and are charged a $15 dollar per year raise increase for supposed park upgrades witch are not done. There is no laundry or picnic facilities on the property. Not nice.
