My best friend lives here and its a lovely park and community

My husband and I moved here two months ago from Memphis. The park is great. Lovely neighbors, good lot feed, and incredible location. It feels like a small town but a 15 minute drive in any direction takes you to something to do. Love the proximity to the beaches, close enough that you can go every day if you want.Some of the places are in better condition than others, but Ive noticed in just the past two months a lot of upgrades being done. I see management out every day touring the park, and like I said since we got here theyve been working on increasing overall curb appeal with fresh flower beds and decorations.The management has been amazing and helped us with our cross country move. When my mother in law fell ill right after we moved here, they called several times to see how she was doing. Every question weve had theyve answered quickly and clearly.I was a little worried about losing my privacy, but I shouldnt have been. Its surprisingly nice and quiet, especially considering how many families with young children there are! Im also impressed at the amount of multiple generations living here. Several older parents in one home and at least one child living nearby. Everyone is very respectful of other peoples property lines and privacy. But if you need a hand with anything, like learning how to tend to your garden, multiple people will jump to help you learn!I love this little community. Great people all around.

Theres a lot of nice people and theres a lot of beautiful trailers in here do you like a little touch of the good class of trailers feel free to look into by one you wont go wrong

They now have a web cite to pay your lot fee. very helpful and saves on checks. now that was a good idea.

I do alot of pressure cleaning and soft washing here they really love keeping their properties looking good.

Really nice mobile home and i think they know the best about what their community needs my daughter lived here for around 5 years and she LOVED it said there isnt a better mobile home community anywhere

The people who live there seem quiet enough when I visit friends. There are lots that could use some attention while others are well kept. The roads are broken up and need resurfacing but Im sure thats difficult to complete due to the fact that there is only one entrance/exit.

The park manager is sweet as can be. The staff does a good job of making sure the park stays clean and family friendly.

I moved into my daughters home and her and I were harassed by the neighbors next door for almost two years and the manager stated that dont get involved in a civil matter. I was jumped and pinned from behind the back of my car and I am a disabled veteran and a 35 year old was punching me a 70 year old in the face with him keeping me pinned up against my car in the driveway of my daughters home and she came out of the house to get him off of me my daughter was being hit realty and had a cement statue broken over her head and 3 residents brought videos of the indecent to the manager and her response was they dont get involved in a civil matter but at that point it became criminal and she never called a officer to view the 3 videos. My daughter has been living here for 12 years and the lot rent goes up every year and very few improvements are done. The advertisement is false no basketball court and the pool is only open from April to October, there was a gym but not anymore. Buyers should be warned of the drugs and disrespectful teenagers who live here. No justification for the victims of this is due to no one else wanting to get involved not even management that said that they were sickened over what was showed by 3 different videos. But they will collect the lot rent.

Nice enough but not stuck up, double wides, pool, pond, dog park

They increase the lot rent every year but neglect to maintain the park. Roads have potholes, and they say you are responsible for the trees even though they own the land. Plus you have to deal with the ducks that poop everywhere even on your cars.

Have friends who live there feel the place is improving slowly but is being worked on.

It needs a lot of work but it was located nicely

I dont like it. They advertised things they dont have. They also allows people to rent from owner. They tell the owner They cant buy and rent.

So stupid.

Mixed some are well kept others are not you can Tell who takes pride in their homes.

Its a dump

Beware this place!!! High lot rent and they do nothing for the lot. Not even burying cable wires showing in my yard. Said its on me even tho Im renting the land and they dont mow the grass or anything. Not even a handyman on premises. Laundry room ran by a 3rd party company so if you have any problems with it not working or losing money your pretty much screwed. Office will harass you if they dont like you.

I have owned a Home in this Mobile Home Community since 1993. I have not been able to live in my home since 1996 due to a disability. I have had distant family members renting the home, until my son found that the recent one had made some changes to the interior of the home causing a Fire hazard by blocking access to exits. Also had not told us of any problems with the home. I have sold my home to someone else as is. Over the years the managers of the park have changed the ones in the past have left a lot to be desired. The Manager now

Might as well be a landfill. Not a place I would ever live again.
