Not a bad place to live. If you have no where else to go and dont mind bedbugs, roaches and do not tell the owner. That you are a Christian. If you dont fit in his box. Of what a Christian should look like. The man will only laugh in your face and up charge you rent. Youre not allowed to use the pool unless you work there either. It is what it is though I guess

Visiting a buddy

Well they wont let me show you, but the new management is never on site, the police are in here every, just tonight we had every one of the Pinellas Park police in the park, all because the new management is in love with a drunk, drug,dealer. 2 ambulances and two rescue vehicles. I have lived here for 10 years and it is not getting any better. Shoot outside and drugs are an every day occurrence.

This is the worst place to live nothing in the tairlers work they say who can come and go to visit you they are invested in roachs and bedbegs and they will record you

Would not recommend this place to NO ONE!! This place has the police in and out if it all the time, drunks walking the park, and the landlord doesnt up keep with the trailers. The trailer my husband and I rented was infested with bed bugs and roaches. The landlords idea of fixing anything is doing the absolute minimal work required. Our lock on our door broke, and the landlord came by ONCE looked at it, and that was it. Our lock was broken for over a year! Plus not to mention, the drunk a few trailers down from ours would harass us whenever we came home from work or left our home. It was getting to the point that we hated coming home. We couldnt talk to the landlord about it because she was one of the landlords favorites. When my husband and I found out we were pregnant, we had no choice but to get up and move out. That trailer and community is not a safe place to raise children or bring home children to.

Drama drama drama. Watch out for lots 19 40 and 60... Two faced back stabbing liars who thrive on drama like kids in Jr high. Day in n day out from sun up to sun down.... Beware... Do not move in with children either....

This place is very well maintained and the management and staff are wonderful to work with great place in my mind to raise your family

Not very decent residence lot of drugs and drug activity police always there typical trailer park trash type of place but they do have a nice pool and Grill and Clubhouse all in all out of Low End trailer parks its one of the better ones but still what I would consider trailer park trash

Decent neighbors great location

Went to put money on a trailer that was supposed to be held for us and it gets sold out from under us. Now we are homeless. Poor management. False hopes.
